每服一分半。多至三分。丸黄豆大。研末。又能敷对口疮。 麝香（三分） 冰片（三分） 乳香（炙去油七钱） 蜈
蚣（五条） 寒水石（三钱） 同烧酒浸烂。打腻如浆丸。 轻粉（一钱） 腰黄（一两） 炙没药（七钱） 血竭（三
钱） 杜蟾酥（二钱） 金箔十张为衣。
金银花（二两） 夏枯草（四两） 共研细末。白蜜为丸。解热毒如神。
（治一切火毒。）
熟石膏（四两） 大黄（生晒不可炙炙则无力二两） 天花粉（一两）
上方治一切热毒。或用马菜根汁调。或丝瓜叶汁。或侧柏叶汁调。随时拣择。又治疔温火等症。菊花叶打汁调。
（治湿毒脓滚疥疮。）
蛇床子（二斤） 川黄柏（二斤） 生石膏（四斤） 湿毒疮。小青油调。脓滚疥疮。麻油调。
（治骱穴酸疼。膏药上贴之。约二点钟时即起泡。然后用针挑之。其酸即休。）
斑蝥一物 研细。掺膏药上贴之。
蓖麻子（去壳二斤） 老松香（一斤） 纬丹（五钱） 先将蓖麻研烂。加松香打和再加麝香二钱。再打。看老嫩。
老者加蓖麻子。嫩者加松香。

金银花（二两）、夏枯草（四两），共同研成细末，用白蜜制成丸剂。解除热毒效果神奇。
（治疗各种火毒。）
熟石膏（四两）、大黄（生晒不可炙烤，炙烤则无力，二两）、天花粉（一两）。
上方用于治疗各种热毒。可用马齿苋根汁调匀，或用丝瓜叶汁，或侧柏叶汁调匀，随时选择。又治疗疔疮、温火等病症，用菊花叶打汁调匀。
（治疗湿毒脓滚疥疮。）
蛇床子（二斤）、川黄柏（二斤）、生石膏（四斤）。湿毒疮，用小青油调匀；脓滚疥疮，用麻油调匀。
（治疗关节穴位酸痛。贴在膏药上，约两个小时即起泡。然后用针挑破，酸痛即止。）
斑蝥一味，研细，掺入膏药上贴敷。
蓖麻子（去壳二斤）、老松香（一斤）、铅丹（五钱）。先将蓖麻子研烂，加入松香混合捣和，再加麝香二钱，再捣。看质地老嫩。老的加蓖麻子，嫩的加松香。
(Treating various carbuncles and swellings.)
Each dose is one-and-a-half fen, up to three fen. Formed into pills the size of soybeans, ground into powder. It can also be applied externally to treat "duikou chuang" (carbuncle at the back of the neck). Moschus (3 fen), Borneolum Syntheticum (3 fen), Resina Draconis (Zhi, oil removed, 7 qian), Scolopendra (5 pieces), Hanyuishi (Calcitum, 3 qian), soaked in rice wine until soft, pounded finely like a paste to form pills. Calomelas (1 qian), Yaohuang (1 liang), Resina Myrrhae (Zhi, 7 qian), Sanguis Draxonis (3 qian), Toad venom (2 qian), coated with ten sheets of Gold Leaf.
Vespa velutina (roasted on tiles, ground into powder, 2 specimens), Borneolum Syntheticum (2 fen), sprinkled onto plaster for application.
Flos Lonicerae Japonicae (2 liang), Herba Prunellae Spicatae (4 liang), ground together into fine powder, formed into pills with white honey. Effectively resolves heat-toxin.
(Treating various fire-toxins.)
Prepared Gypsum Fibrosum (4 liang), Radix Rheii Palmati (sun-dried, not roasted as roasting reduces efficacy, 2 liang), Radix Trichosanthis (1 liang).
The above formula treats all kinds of heat-toxins. It can be mixed with juice from the root of Portulaca oleracea, or juice from Luffa leaf, or juice from Platycladi Cacumen, chosen according to circumstances. It also treats Ding chuang (furuncle/anthrax-like lesion), Wen huo (warm fire) and other conditions; mix with juice from Chrysanthemi Indici Folium.
Dry eye medicine costs thirty-five wen. Boil chicken egg oil, mix and apply.
(Treating damp-toxin, suppurating sores, and scabies.)
Semen Cnidii (2 jin), Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis (2 jin), Raw Gypsum Fibrosum (4 jin). For damp-toxin sores, mix with Xiao Qing You (small green oil); for suppurating sores and scabies, mix with Sesame Oil.
(Treating soreness and pain in joints/acupoints. Apply to plaster, wait about two hours until blister forms. Then puncture with needle, soreness ceases.)
Mylabris (one item), ground finely, sprinkled onto plaster for application.
Semen Ricini (shelled, 2 jin), Old Rosin Pini Masso (1 jin), Minium (5 qian). First pound Semen Ricini until soft, add Rosin Pini Masso and mix/pound again, then add Moschus (2 qian) and pound again. Adjust based on consistency: if too hard, add Semen Ricini; if too soft, add Rosin Pini Masso.
Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis Seed, thoroughly processed, ground into powder, mixed and applied.
Semen Cnidii and Gypsum Fibrosum, ground equally fine, mixed with Sesame Oil for topical application. More effective than Hei Chuang Yao.
