乌梅（一两） 存性。为末掺之。又方。胆矾烧敷上。

金顶砒（五分） 潮脑（一钱） 螺蛳肉（晒干二两） 轻粉（三钱） 巴豆仁（去油五钱） 为末。用麻油调搽。
（治鼻痔耳挺及菌。）
砂（一钱） 轻粉（三分） 冰片（五分） 雄黄（三分） 共为细末。每日点五六次。渐渐化水为愈。
（治痈疽。疔毒。瘰 初起。调涂。火盛以芙蓉汁调。寒重用姜汁调。）
生南星（一两） 生半夏（五钱） 全当归（五钱） 生大黄（五钱） 陈小粉（一斤四两炒黑） 共为细末。
（治咽喉红肿痛。微碎。痰涎喉痹等。吹之。）
淡秋石（三钱） 淡黄芩（一钱半） 川雅连（五分） 滴乳香（一钱） 真西黄（一分） 灯心炭（五厘） 薄
荷头（三分） 大梅片（三分） 共为细末吹之。

乌梅（一两） 存性（保留药性，烧至焦黑但内部未完全炭化）。研磨成末掺撒在患处。另一方法：将胆矾烧制后敷在患处。

（治疗痈疽、疔毒、瘰疬初起时，调匀涂抹。若火热盛者用芙蓉汁调和，寒重者用姜汁调和。）

Zaojia Tan (Carbonized Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit, 1 liang) Kubaifan (Calcined White Alum, 1 qian). Grind together into a fine powder. Mix with Xiangyou (Sesame Oil) and apply externally.
(Treats Tianpao Chuang [Bullous Impetigo / Pemphigus].)
Huashi (Talcum, 1 liang) Fencǎo (Licorice Root Powder, 5 qian) Kufan (Calcined Alum, 3 qian) Lüdoufen (Mung Bean Starch, 5 qian). Grind together into a fine powder.
(Treats Ergan [Aural Fungus / Otitis Externa] with continuous purulent discharge.)
Shuilinggu (Dendrobium Officinale Stem, 1 qian) Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlebone, 1 qian) Fei Qingdai (Sublimed Indigo Naturalis, 1 qian) Kufan (Calcined Alum, 3 fen) Wubeizi (Chinese Gall, stir-fried until yellow, 1 qian) Huangyuchi (Fish Teeth/Scale residue, 5 fen) Xi Bohe (Fine Mentha Haplocalyx Herb, 5 fen) Meipian (Borneol, 3 fen) Chuan Yalian (Coptis Chinensis Rhizome, 3 fen) Zhu Zhuxie (Bamboo Worm Residue, 3 fen) Shiliu Huaban (Pomegranate Petal, roasted until crisp, 1 qian). Grind into powder. (Must be ground to an extremely fine powder.)
(That is, Wulong San minus Rou [Meat-removing agent].)
Wumei (Mume Fruit, 1 liang). Preserve its medicinal property (charred but not fully carbonized). Grind into powder and sprinkle on the lesion. Another method: Burn Danfan (Chalcanthite) and apply it to the lesion.
(Removes stubborn necrotic tissue; can also serve as a substitute for surgical incision.)
Jinding Pi (Realgar from the Golden Peak, 5 fen) Chaonao (Camphor, 1 qian) Luosi Rou (Snail Meat, sun-dried, 2 liang) Qingfen (Calomel, 3 qian) Badou Ren (Croton Seed Kernel, oil removed, 5 qian). Grind into powder. Mix with Mayou (Hemp Seed Oil) and apply externally.
(Treats Bizhi [Nasal Polyps], Erting [Ear Polyps], and Jun [Fungoid Growths].)
Sha (Arsenic Trioxide, 1 qian) Qingfen (Calomel, 3 fen) Bingpian (Borneol, 5 fen) Xionghuang (Realgar, 3 fen). Grind together into a fine powder. Apply locally 5-6 times daily. Gradually dissolve and heal.
(Treats early-stage Yongju [Carbuncle/Furuncle], Dingdu [Lupus Vulgaris/Tetanus-like toxin infection], and Luoli [Scrofula]. Adjust mixture for application. If heat is excessive, mix with Furongzhi (Hibiscus Leaf Juice); if cold is severe, mix with Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice).)
Sheng Nanxing (Raw Arisaema Cum Bile, 1 liang) Sheng Banxia (Raw Pinellia Tuber, 5 qian) Quan Danggui (Whole Angelica Sinensis Root, 5 qian) Sheng Dahuang (Raw Rheum Palmatum Rhizome, 5 qian) Chen Xiaofen (Starch from Chenxi, 1 jin 4 liang, stir-fried until black). Grind together into a fine powder.
(Treats Yanhou Hongzhong Tong [Redness, Swelling, and Pain of the Throat], Wei Sui [Minor Ulceration], Tanyan Houbi [Phlegm-Saliva Obstructive Sore Throat], etc. Blow into the throat/nose.)
Dan Qiushi (Natural Niter, 3 qian) Dan Huangqin (Light Scutellaria Baicalensis Root, 1.5 qian) Chuan Yalian (Coptis Chinensis Rhizome, 5 fen) Di Ruxiang (Dripping Frankincense, 1 qian) Zhen Xihuang (True Musk, 1 fen) Dengxin Tan (Charred Juncus Effusus Pith, 5 li) Bohe Tou (Mentha Haplocalyx Head, 3 fen) Da Meipian (Large Borneol, 3 fen). Grind together into a fine powder and blow into the affected area.
