在屋上晒白者多收，以土裹火煨，黄糖拌食，治童子痨、传尸痨，真仙丹，曾愈多人。
尖者佳，要拣净，恐有蛇虫毒屎混入，炒透研粉，治易症，疗烂孔，追毒水。

It treats ulceration and promotes tissue regeneration; take 2 qian with wine. For Lei Tou Feng (Thunderhead Wind), mix water and powder, each one sheng, soak overnight, squeeze out the juice, and take at once, administered at noon. For severe cases of Gan Li (infantile malnutrition with dysentery) where death is imminent, three doses result in recovery.
Collect the white variety dried on rooftops abundantly. Wrap in soil and bake in fire, mix with brown sugar for consumption. It treats Tong Zi Lao (childhood tuberculosis) and Chuan Shi Lao (transmissible consumption/tuberculosis); truly a celestial elixir, having cured many people.
Those with pointed tips are superior. Select carefully for cleanliness, as snake or insect feces may be mixed in. Stir-fry thoroughly and grind into powder. It treats Yi Zheng (difficult-to-treat diseases), treats rotten sores, and draws out toxic fluids.
Calms the spirit, treats fright, resolves fruit poisoning, dissipates carbuncles and sores, opens meridians and orifices, and induces abortion.
(Ji Bai Xiang, i.e., dried white fish). Opens the stomach and benefits qi. Burn the brain stone from the head, grind into powder, add Borneol (Bing Pian), and treat otorrhea (pus discharge from the ear). Patients with Fei Ju (lung abscess) must abstain from eating this for life.

Soak in children's urine for seven days. Mix Sulfur powder with vinegar for topical application. Wrap in yellow earth. Stops nocturnal emission with red/white turbid discharge, tonifies kidney and calms spirit, eliminates night sweats, and dissipates phlegm nodules.
This is sparrow droppings. Sparrows with slender bodies, round heads, and long wings are male. Collect droppings from cages; winter collection is best. Soak overnight in cold Licorice Decoction, dry over low heat, and grind. Apply to bitten boil sites to draw out Ding toxin.

Heat until red-hot in fire. Add 1 qian of Calomel per liang of herb. Grind until no star-like particles remain in the powder. Take fresh Violet Herb (Zi Hua Di Ding), crush and squeeze juice, mix with powder for topical application on leg ulcers. Wash daily and apply; heals in a few days. Use Licorice decoction mixed with powder for topical application on pediatric scrotal swelling and pain.
Available in pharmacies. Cut open abdomen, remove mud, wash with wine, and dry. For every 4 liang, mix with 1 liang of glutinous rice and 1 liang of Sichuan peppercorn, stir-fry together until rice turns yellow and transparent. Remove peppercorns and rice, grind into powder. Treats Li Jie Feng Tong (painful joint syndrome/rheumatism), numbness of hands and feet, and testicular swelling caused by ju toxins.
