治外痔。
地骨皮 生地（各三两） 黄芩 丹皮（各一两半） 槐花 焦苍术（各一两） 焦黄柏 甘
草（各五钱）
共为细末，白蜜为丸，早晚每次每服五钱，白汤送下。
治痔管，使其自出。
苦参（四两） 川连（二两，酒炒） 当归 槐花 荜澄茄（各一两） 五倍子（五钱）
六味共为细末，另以马蹄鳖二枚，每重八九两，柿饼四两，二味水煮，去鳖骨，捣烂入
前药末，打和为丸，空心每服四钱，白汤送下，其管自出。
治漏管自出，或服双鳖丸亦可。
黄荆条上子，炙燥为末，每服五钱，拌黑糖，陈酒送下，至管出乃止。
治痈疖。白疽忌用。
大黄（二两） 藤黄（一两） 明矾 蟾酥（各五钱） 麝香 没药 乳香（各二钱）
用蜗牛打烂作锭，晒干滴醋研磨，以新竺蘸药控患顶，圈围患处，至消乃止。
治一切疔毒。
番砂 白丁香 轻粉 乳香 蜈蚣（各一钱） 血竭 麝香（各二钱） 金顶砒（六分）
均研细末，以蟾酥（一钱），酒化和，打为丸，作短线形，刺疔出血，插入疔孔。
治毒根凸起。
乌梅肉（一钱） 轻粉（五分）
同研，不见粉亮为度，如硬，用津润之，断不可用水，研至成膏，照患口大小，作薄饼
几个，以贴毒根，外用膏掩，日易一次。俟毒根不痛，落下乃止。
治疗外痔。
地骨皮、生地黄（各三两）、黄芩、牡丹皮（各一两半）、槐花、焦苍术（各一两）、焦黄柏、甘草（各五钱）。
以上药物共同研磨成细末，用白蜂蜜制成丸剂，早晚每次服用五钱，用温开水送服。
治疗痔管，使其自行排出。
苦参（四两）、黄连（二两，用酒炒制）、当归、槐花、荜澄茄（各一两）、五倍子（五钱）。
将上述六味药共同研磨成细末，另外取两只马蹄鳖（每只重八九两）和四两柿饼，用水煮这两种材料，去除鳖骨，捣烂后加入前面的药末，调和制成丸剂，空腹时每次服用四钱，用温开水送服，痔管便会自行排出。
治疗漏管自行排出，或者服用双鳖丸也可以。
取黄荆条上的种子，炙烤干燥后研成粉末，每次服用五钱，拌入黑糖，用陈年黄酒送服，直到漏管排出为止。
治疗痈疽疖肿。白疽忌用此法。
大黄（二两）、藤黄（一两）、明矾、蟾酥（各五钱）、麝香、没药、乳香（各二钱）。
将蜗牛捣烂做成锭剂，晒干后用醋滴加研磨，用新竺（一种工具或植物茎秆，此处指代蘸药工具）蘸取药液涂抹于患处顶部，围绕患处画圈，直到肿块消散为止。
治疗各种疔疮毒邪。
番砂（即砒霜类矿物药）、白丁香、轻粉、乳香、蜈蚣（各一钱）、血竭、麝香（各二钱）、金顶砒（六分）。
均研磨成细末，用蟾酥（一钱），用酒调和，制成丸剂，做成短线形状，刺破疔疮出血，插入疔疮孔中。
治疗毒根凸起。
乌梅肉（一钱）、轻粉（五分）。
共同研磨，直到看不见粉末光亮为止，如果太硬，用唾液润湿它，绝对不可用水，研磨成膏状，根据患口大小，制作几个薄饼，贴在毒根处，外用膏药覆盖，每天更换一次。等到毒根不再疼痛，脱落为止。
Treats external hemorrhoids.
*Gudupi* (Cortex Lycii), *Shengdi* (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) (each 3 liang), *Huangqin* (Scutellariae Radix), *Danpi* (Moutan Cortex) (each 1.5 liang), *Huaihua* (Flos Sophorae), *Jiao Cangzhu* (Rhizoma Atractylodis Prepared by Stir-frying) (each 1 liang), *Jiao Huangbai* (Phellodendri Cortex Prepared by Stir-frying), *Gancao* (Liquorice Root) (each 5 qian).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, form pills with white honey. Take 5 qian each time in the morning and evening, washed down with warm water.
Treats anal fistula (hemorrhoidal tube), causing it to discharge spontaneously.
*Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) (4 liang), *Chuanlian* (Coptidis Rhizoma, stir-fried with wine) (2 liang), *Danggui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), *Huaihua* (Flos Sophorae), *Bichengqie* (Fructus Tetradii), *Wubeizi* (Galla Chinensis) (each 1 liang; Wubeizi specifically 5 qian).
Grind these six herbs into a fine powder. Separately, take two *Matibie* (Trionyx sinensis shell/turtle) weighing 8-9 liang each, and 4 liang of dried persimmon cakes (*Shibing*). Boil the turtle and persimmons in water, remove the turtle bones, mash the mixture, and combine with the herbal powder to form pills. Take 4 qian on an empty stomach, washed down with warm water; the fistula will discharge spontaneously.
Treats sinus tract discharging spontaneously; alternatively, *Shuangbie Wan* (Double Turtle Pill) may be taken.
Take seeds from *Huangjingtiao* (Vitex negundo branches), roast until dry, and grind into powder. Take 5 qian each time, mixed with black sugar, washed down with aged yellow wine. Continue until the sinus tract is discharged.
Treats carbuncles and furuncles. Contraindicated for *Baiju* (White Gangrene/Alkaline Carbuncle).
*Dahuang* (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (2 liang), *Tenghuang* (Resina Flourensiae), *Mingfan* (Alumen), *Chansu* (Venenum Bufonis) (each 5 qian), *Shexiang* (Moschus), *Mayao* (Myrrha), *Ruxiang* (Olibanum) (each 2 qian).
Mash snails to form ingots, dry them, and grind with vinegar drops. Use a new bamboo stick or similar tool to dip the medicine and apply/control the top of the lesion, surrounding the affected area. Stop when the swelling subsides.
Treats all types of ding poison (carbuncular toxins).
*Fansha* (Arsenic compound), *Baidingxiang* (Excrement of White Cat), *Qingfen* (Calomel), *Ruxiang* (Olibanum), *Wugong* (Centipede) (each 1 qian), *Xuejie* (Sanguis Drachinis), *Shexiang* (Moschus) (each 2 qian), *Jindingpi* (Gold-topped Arsenic) (6 fen).
Grind all into a fine powder. Mix with 1 qian of *Chansu* (Venenum Bufonis) dissolved in wine, and form into short thread-like pills. Pierce the ding lesion to cause bleeding, then insert the pill into the wound.
Treats protruding toxic roots.
*Wumei Rou* (Endocarpium Mume) (1 qian), *Qingfen* (Calomel) (5 fen).
Grind together until no shiny powder particles are visible. If too hard, moisten with saliva; absolutely do not use water. Grind into a paste. Form thin cakes according to the size of the wound, apply to the toxic root, and cover externally with plaster. Change once daily. Stop when the toxic root becomes painless and falls off.
