After washing, apply Wugong You (Scolopendra-infused oil) to the scalp until cured. Take the oil-soaked knots, place them on an iron sieve, and burn over fire. The oil dripping from the knots should be collected back into the bowl containing the soaking oil. Burn until charred and dry, then grind the knots into powder. Add approximately half the amount of Zhi Songxiang (Prepared Resina Pini) powder, mix well with the oil. Apply to the sores by brushing twice daily (morning and evening); cure within five to six days. Avoid eating pork, shrimp, and crab, and avoid fried, roasted, or greasy foods and "fa du" (food factors that exacerbate toxins); consuming these will cause the condition to spread and become difficult to heal.
