Jun Du (Fungal Toxin/Polyp) arises at the edge of the eyelashes, resembling a mushroom with a yellow, bright, and moist surface. It has a large head and a small stalk, gradually growing downward. This condition is caused by the accumulation and condensation of Spleen dampness and stagnant heat.
[Note] This syndrome appears on the edges of the upper and lower eyelids near the cilia. Initially, it resembles a mushroom shape with a large head and small stalk, appearing yellow, bright, and moist; some cases may have a small head and large stalk. It gradually grows and hangs down, becoming hard and firm without pain. Some cases persist for years without healing, leading to eye diseases. Since the eyelids belong to the Spleen, this condition arises from pre-existing damp-heat in the meridians combined with emotional stagnation and Qi constraint. In the early stage, washing with Qingliang Wan (Cooling Pill) can eliminate it. If the skin thickens after many years and washing is ineffective, the treatment method should involve moistening the Jun Du area on the eyelid with soft cotton paper dipped in water. After a short while, use the thumbnail of the left hand to pad the base of the lesion, and use a Bi Zhen (Bi Needle) held in the right hand to cut off the lesion at its root. Bleeding is not a concern. Immediately apply crushed Cuiyun Ding (Emerald Cloud Plug) topically to stop bleeding, and internally administer Liangge Qingpi Yin (Cooling the Diaphragm and Clearing the Spleen Decoction). Avoid seafood and fried foods.

When using, do not grind too thickly; apply with a chicken feather to the affected area.
[Prescription Song] Cuiyun Dingzi can stop bleeding; Tonglv, Qingfen, Hangfen, and Huanglian are strong. Ground together and formed into plugs, they are excellent for application after cutting Jun Du.
