砒枣散 红枣（三枚。法每个去核）入红砒黄豆大（一粒） 扎好炭火上 尽白烟为度。出火气。共为细末。再入
之以人中白（ 。五分） 冰片（五厘） 芦荟（三分） 共为细末擦之。专治走马牙疳。
人龙散 戌腹粮即狗屎中骨头。瓦上 存性。为末。每一钱加冰片少许敷之。能治牙疳之疾。
又方 人龙瓦上焙 为研极细末。加青黛冰片少许和搽。治同。
龙虚止疳散 屋上白猫屎 煨石膏等分。研末加入蛔虫一条炙灰。冰片少许。共研极细吹之。专治痘后牙疳。极凶
危者。及走马牙疳。吹之神效。再服清火解毒之剂。

实火虚火。虫蛀疼痛。俱可以治。如虚疼加人参末三分。虫蛆加樟脑五分。

玉带膏 白龙骨（五钱） 用生栀子仁（三钱） 生川柏（五钱） 生黄芩（五钱） 铜锅内熬汁。煮干龙骨为
度。取出为末。再用铅粉（五钱） 麝香（三分） 并煮好龙骨。同研细入碗内。加黄占（一两） 坐滚汤中熟化拌匀。
用重连史纸铺火炉盖上。将药刷在纸上。剪成碎条。卧时贴在患处。次早起时取出。有黑色可验。专治牙痛。
哭来笑去方 潮脑 川椒（去目。各五钱） 用粗碗一只。椒铺碗底。樟脑盖面。上覆一碗。盐泥固济。火上升二
炷香。取出为末。每用一二厘擦之。专治牙痛。至重者二次即效。
去牙痛方 雄活鲫鱼一尾。约四五两重。破开去肠不落水。用白信六钱为末。填入鱼腹。待其肉烂。去砒不用肉。
用净鱼骨晒干为末。每用些些。安于患牙龈上。膏盖一时许自落。
柳华散 川柏末 真青黛 人中白 蒲黄等分 为细末掺之。此方能治口舌烂久不愈。如去人中白、蒲黄。名华云
散。加枯矾、五倍子炒等分。治牙痛。
赴筵散 北细辛 黄芩 黄柏 黄连 干姜 山栀子等分 共研细末。或加冰片少许。擦之。专治口疮。
牙痛方 濂珠（一分） 朱砂（一分） 斑蝥二钱。去羽头尾 上三味研细末。用少许放膏上。贴痛牙外面。切勿
贴口内。
牙疳方：川柏（三钱）、寒水石（三钱）、黄丹（一钱）、千层蚌壳（一钱）、人中白（三钱）、梅冰片（一分）。将以上药材共同研磨成细末。
牙疳回疳散：真人中白（五分）、陈蚕茧（二钱五分，存性处理）、五倍子（一钱，打碎后去除虫蛀部分）、制明矾法：取整颗五倍子一钱，内装明矾一钱，枯研成细末使用、川连末（五分）、芦荟末（五分）、犀牛黄（三分）、青黛（五分）、冰片（四分）、子窠（十七个，存性处理）。将以上药材共同研磨成细末。先用河蚌煎煮的汤液漱口，然后取少量药粉吹入患处。
砒枣散：红枣（三枚，方法为每个去核），放入红砒黄豆大小的一粒，扎紧后在炭火上烧至白烟尽出为止。取出散去火气，共同研磨成细末。再加入人中白（五分）、冰片（五厘）、芦荟（三分），共同研磨成细末擦拭患处。专门治疗走马牙疳。
人龙散：戌腹粮即狗屎中的骨头。在瓦上焙干存性，研磨成末。每用一钱加入少许冰片敷于患处。能治疗牙疳疾病。
又方：人龙在瓦上焙干，研磨成极细末，加入青黛、冰片少许调和后搽擦。主治同上。
龙虚止疳散：屋上白猫屎、煨石膏等分，研磨成末，加入一条炙烤后的蛔虫灰、少许冰片，共同研磨极细后吹入患处。专门治疗痘疹后出现的牙疳，病情极其凶险者，以及走马牙疳。吹药后神效。再服用清热泻火解毒的药物。
又方：绿矾（一钱，炒至发红）、煨石膏（三钱）、儿茶（一钱）、月石（一钱）、人中白（一钱）、冰片（二分）、人中黄（一钱）。研磨成细末吹入患处，立即见效。
牙痛方：薄荷尖（五分）、荜茇（五分）、月石（三分）、黄丹（五分）、梅片（三分）、樟脑（五分）、青盐（五分）、骨碎补（去毛皮晒干，五分）、麝香（一分）。共同研磨成细末擦拭。
又方：生石膏（一钱）、细辛（一钱）、儿茶（五分）、川连（一钱）、冰片（二分）。共同研磨成极细末。擦拭患处。无论是实火还是虚火引起的疼痛，或是虫蛀疼痛，都可以治疗。如果是虚疼，加人参末三分；如果是虫蛆引起，加樟脑五分。
牙痛方：蟾酥（一钱，用陈酒化开透彻）、五灵脂（一钱）、麝香（一钱）。研磨混合制成丸剂，做成二百粒小丸。用新零绸包裹，丝线扎紧，装入瓷瓶内。每当遇到风火虫疼引起的牙痛时，取一丸咬在患处，丸药融化后疼痛自愈。
牙痛方：荜茇（一钱）、川椒（五分）、石膏（五分）、青盐（四分）。共同研磨成细末，点涂于疼痛处，立即止痛。
一笑散：初平方去掉火硝，加入荜茇等分。青盐、火硝、硼砂、樟脑各等分，研磨细末后擦拭，立即停止牙痛。
牙痛一笑散：火硝（一钱）、元明粉、生石膏、黄柏（各五分）、全蝎（茶洗后炙烤研磨）、青盐、月石、雄黄（各三分）、真蟾酥（五分）、冰片（二分）。共同研磨成细末搽擦。
玉带膏：白龙骨（五钱）。用生栀子仁（三钱）、生川柏（五钱）、生黄芩（五钱）在铜锅内熬汁，煮干龙骨为止。取出研磨成末。再用铅粉（五钱）、麝香（三分）与煮好的龙骨一同研磨细末放入碗内，加入黄占（一两），置于滚水中加热融化并搅拌均匀。用重连史纸铺在火炉盖上，将药刷在纸上，剪成碎条。睡前贴在患处，次日早起时取出，如有黑色痕迹可验证疗效。专门治疗牙痛。
哭来笑去方：潮脑、川椒（去目，各五钱）。用一只粗碗，花椒铺在碗底，樟脑盖在上面，上面再覆盖一只碗，用盐泥密封固定。用火熏烧两炷香的时间，取出研磨成末。每次用一二厘擦拭。专门治疗牙痛。病情严重者，使用两次即见效。
去牙痛方：活鲫鱼一尾，约四五两重，剖开去肠但不落水。用白信六钱研成的末，填入鱼腹。待鱼肉腐烂后，去掉砒霜和肉，只将干净的鱼骨晒干研磨成末。每次取少量，放在患牙龈上，用膏药覆盖约一时辰左右会自动脱落。
柳华散：川柏末、真青黛、人中白、蒲黄等分，研磨成细末掺撒患处。此方能治疗口舌溃烂久不愈合。如果去掉人中白、蒲黄，名为华云散。加入枯矾、五倍子炒制后等分，治疗牙痛。
赴筵散：北细辛、黄芩、黄柏、黄连、干姜、山栀子等分，共同研磨成细末。或者加入少许冰片，擦拭患处。专门治疗口疮。
牙痛方：濂珠（一分）、朱砂（一分）、斑蝥二钱（去羽头尾）。以上三味药研磨成细末，用少许放在膏药上，贴于疼痛牙齿的外面。切勿贴入口内。
Yagan Fang (Tooth Rot Powder): Chuanbai (Cortex Phellodendri, 3 qian), Hanshuishi (Calcitum, 3 qian), Huangdan (Minium, 1 qian), Qianceng Bangqiao (Shell of Tridacna gigas, 1 qian), Renzhongbai (Calcinata Urinae Humanae, 3 qian), Meibingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 fen). Grind all ingredients into a fine powder.
Yagan Huigan San (Tooth Rot Reversal Powder): Zhenren Zhongbai (Calcinata Urinae Humanae, 5 fen), Chen Canjian (Silkworm Cocoon, 2.5 qian, processed to retain nature), Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis, 1 qian, crushed and impurities removed), Zhi Mingfan (Processed Alum): Take 1 qian of whole Galla Chinensis, insert 1 qian of Alum inside, calcine and grind into fine powder; Chuanlian Mo (Radix Coptidis Powder, 5 fen), Lvhui Mo (Fructus Aloe Powder, 5 fen), Xiniuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 3 fen), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 5 fen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 4 fen), Zike (Silkworm Nest, 17 pieces, processed to retain nature). Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. First rinse the mouth with decoction of river mussel, then insufflate a small amount of the powder into the affected area.
Pizao San (Arsenic Date Powder): Hongzao (Red Date, 3 pieces, pitted). Insert one grain of red arsenic (Hongpi) the size of a soybean into each date, tie securely, and roast over charcoal until white smoke ceases. Remove and dissipate fire heat. Grind into fine powder. Then add Renzhongbai (Calcinata Urinae Humanae, 5 fen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 5 li), Lvhui (Fructus Aloe, 3 fen). Grind together into fine powder and apply to the affected area. Specifically treats Zouma Yagan (Rapidly Progressive Necrotizing Ulcerative Gingivitis).
Renlong San (Human Dragon Powder): Xufu Liang (bones found in dog feces). Roast on tile until carbonized but retaining nature, grind into powder. Add a small amount of Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) per 1 qian of powder and apply. Treats Yagan (Tooth Rot).
Another Prescription: Renlong (bones from dog feces) roasted on tile, ground into extremely fine powder. Mix with small amounts of Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) and Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) and apply. Indication is the same.
Longxu Zhigan San (Dragon Void Gum-Stopping Powder): Wushang Bai Maoshi (White cat feces from roof), Weishigao (Calcined Gypsum, equal parts). Grind into powder, add one roasted Ascaris (Hui Chong) turned to ash, and a small amount of Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum). Grind extremely fine and insufflate. Specifically treats Yagan following smallpox/variolous eruptions, especially severe cases, and Zouma Yagan. Insufflation yields miraculous effects. Additionally administer formulas for clearing heat and detoxifying.
Another Prescription: Lüfan (Green Vitriol, 1 qian, stir-fried until red), Weishigao (Calcined Gypsum, 3 qian), Ercha (Catechu, 1 qian), Yueshi (Alumen, 1 qian), Renzhongbai (Calcinata Urinae Humanae, 1 qian), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 2 fen), Renzhonghuang (Calcinata Excrementum Humanum, 1 qian). Grind into fine powder and insufflate for immediate effect.
Yatong Fang (Toothache Formula): Bohejian (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba tip, 5 fen), Biba (Piperis Longi Fructus, 5 fen), Yueshi (Alumen, 3 fen), Huangdan (Minium, 5 fen), Meipian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 3 fen), Zhangnao (Camphora, 5 fen), Qingyan (Halitum, 5 fen), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma, de-haired, dried skin, 5 fen), Shexiang (Moschus, 1 fen). Grind into fine powder and apply.
Another Prescription: Sheng Shigao (Raw Gypsum Fibrosum, 1 qian), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 1 qian), Ercha (Catechu, 5 fen), Chuanlian (Rhizoma Coptidis, 1 qian), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 2 fen). Grind into extremely fine powder. Apply. Effective for both excess heat and deficiency heat toothaches, as well as pain caused by dental caries. For deficiency pain, add Renshen Mo (Panacis Ginseng Radix Rubra Powder, 3 fen); for worm-caused pain, add Zhangnao (Camphora, 5 fen).
Yatong Fang (Toothache Formula): Chansu (Bufonis Venenum, 1 qian, dissolved thoroughly in aged wine), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces, 1 qian), Shexiang (Moschus, 1 qian). Grind and mix to form pills, making 200 small pills. Wrap in new thin silk, tie tightly with thread, and store in a porcelain bottle. Whenever wind-fire or worm-pain causes toothache, take one pill and bite it at the affected site. The pain will subside naturally as the pill melts.
Yatong Fang (Toothache Formula): Biba (Piperis Longi Fructus, 1 qian), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 5 fen), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 5 fen), Qingyan (Halitum, 4 fen). Grind into fine powder. Dab onto the painful spot for immediate relief.
Yixiao San (Laughing Away Powder): Chu Ping Fang (Initial Peace Powder) minus Huoxiao (Saltpeter), plus Biba (Piperis Longi Fructus) in equal parts. Qingyan (Halitum), Huoxiao (Saltpeter), Pengsha (Borax), Zhangnao (Camphora) in equal parts. Grind fine and apply for immediate cessation of toothache.
Yatong Yixiao San (Toothache Laughing Away Powder): Huoxiao (Saltpeter, 1 qian), Yuanmingfen (Mirabilite), Sheng Shigao (Raw Gypsum Fibrosum), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 5 fen each), Quanxie (Scorpio, washed with tea, roasted and ground), Qingyan (Halitum), Yueshi (Alumen), Xionghuang (Realgar, 3 fen each), Zhen Chansu (True Bufonis Venenum, 5 fen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, 2 fen). Grind into fine powder and apply.
Yudai Gao (Jade Belt Plaster): Bailonggu (Fossilized Bones, 5 qian). Use Sheng Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Semen, 3 qian), Sheng Chuanbai (Phellodendri Cortex, 5 qian), Sheng Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 5 qian) to boil in a copper pot until liquid reduces. Boil the Bailonggu until dry. Remove and grind into powder. Then use Qianfen (Lead White, 5 qian) and Shexiang (Moschus, 3 fen) and grind together with the boiled Bailonggu into fine powder in a bowl. Add Huangzhan (Yellow Rosin, 1 liang), place in boiling water to melt and mix evenly. Spread the medicine on heavy layered paper placed over the stove lid, cut into strips. Apply to the affected area before sleep, remove the next morning. Black residue indicates efficacy. Specifically treats toothache.
Kulai Xiaochu Fang (Come Crying Go Laughing Formula): Chaonao (Camphora), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, de-eyed, 5 qian each). Use a coarse bowl, spread pepper at the bottom, cover with camphor, place another bowl on top, seal with salt mud. Roast over fire for two incense sticks' duration. Remove and grind into powder. Use 1-2 li per application. Specifically treats toothache. Severe cases show effect after two applications.
Quyatong Fang (Remove Toothache Formula): One live crucian carp, approx. 4-5 liang weight. Gut without letting it touch water. Fill the fish belly with 6 qian of Baixin (White Arsenic) powder. Wait until meat rots. Remove arsenic and meat, keep only clean fish bones. Dry and grind into powder. Apply a small amount to the affected gum, cover with plaster for about one shichen (2 hours), and it will fall off naturally.
Liuhua San (Willow Flower Powder): Chuanbai Mo (Phellodendri Cortex Powder), Zhen Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Renzhongbai (Calcinata Urinae Humanae), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen) in equal parts. Grind into fine powder and sprinkle. This formula treats chronic oral and tongue ulcers that do not heal. If Renzhongbai and Puhuang are removed, it is named Huayun San. Add Kufan (Calcined Alum) and Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis) stir-fried in equal parts to treat toothache.
Fuyan San (Banquet Attending Powder): Bei Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Shanzhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) in equal parts. Grind into fine powder. Optionally add a small amount of Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum). Apply. Specifically treats Kou Chuang (Oral Aphthae).
Yatong Fang (Toothache Formula): Lianzhu (Pearl, 1 fen), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 fen), Banmao (Mylabris, 2 qian, remove wings, head, and tail). Grind these three ingredients into fine powder. Place a small amount on a plaster and apply to the outside of the painful tooth. Do not apply inside the mouth.
