结毒者，熏火收遏疮毒而沉于骨髓也。又有未经熏擦，见苗未久，服药不多，内毒未尽，便用点药收敛，
郁遏毒瓦斯者，亦能致之。发则先从筋骨疼痛，日后渐渐肿起，发无定处，随便可生。发在关节中则损筋伤骨，
纵愈曲直不便；发于口鼻则崩梁缺唇，虽痊破形更相；发于咽喉者，更变声音；发在手足者，妨于行走。原来
苦楚一生，毒遗数代；情关一错，祸起百端。初起筋骨冷痛，金蟾脱甲酒发汗自愈。虚弱者，芎归二术汤；头
疼欲破者，天麻饼子并吹鼻碧云散∶年余流串筋骨不愈者五宝
散；虚弱溃烂疼痛不敛者，十全大补汤同土茯苓煎服。初起筋骨痛甚者雷火针法。已溃腐烂者，解毒紫金膏根据
法施治。年远毒盛者，玄武丹兼外搽灵药；年近毒浅者，只在百日，自然可愈。毋得再熏，为祸伤人耳。
以下看法治法，俱照本论。医治自有条款，未及重录。
一男子熏药之过，六年后两腿骨痛，半年始肿。以雷火针肿小者一处，肿大者三处，针之七日后，作脓腐
溃，内服仙遗粮汤，两月余其疼渐止，肿亦渐消；又两月方得腐尽肌生，更十全大补汤，三月而敛。
一男子玉茎患此半年，阳物已损七、八。遇一方士，以熏药照之，患上流血不止，人似鬼形。予曰∶毒发
已伤元气，再加熏火一逼，血得热而妄行，故去盆许，此有限之物也，恐其难保。先以四物汤兼黄连解毒汤合
而服之，二剂其血乃止；更八珍汤加麦冬、五味子、黄柏、知母，十余服元气乃定。外以甘草汤浴洗患上，以
银粉散搽之，如此月余，气血渐醒，红肉渐生，阳物复长大半，仍用前汤加土茯苓二两煎服，此不舍其根本，
共约有四月之余，其疾乃愈。
一男子患此，头疼欲破，至夜尤甚，苦楚不睡。自以解毒药治之，俱不相应。诊之寸关脉细数而无力，此
虚阳之火上攻，以补中益气汤加土茯苓一两，服至三剂，其疼渐止；又十余剂，其疾全安而不再发。
一男子患此，自膝以下腐烂无空，伏枕半年，内以芎归二术汤，外以甘草、白芷、归尾、葱白煎洗，三日
一度，以解毒紫金膏搽之，如此三月余，渐渐而安。惟足不能步履，以史国公酒药加土茯苓一斤浸煮，又服半
年，其足方能步履。又一料，行
步亦然如旧。
一妇人患此，头疼手腕俱痛。诊之脉滑而弦，此痰毒相兼之病也。以天麻饼子服之半月，头痛痊安。又以
二陈兼四物加红花、升麻、黄芩，服至月余而愈。
一男子头额腐烂，外搽解毒紫金膏，内以萆 汤两月余而敛。又一人小腿患之年余，仍以前药而愈。
一妇人咽间损坏半年，汤药难下几死。服结毒紫金丹，外吹结毒灵药，一月内其疾痊安。又一女人手膊、
头、背肿痛六、七年不溃，诸药不应，仍服前药而安。
一男子咽喉腐烂。予以遗粮汤内服，外用解毒生肌药治之。彼以为缓，仍用熏药照之，口烂几死，大便纯
去黑血，及遍身浮肿，饮食不进，肌破三月而死。

结毒，是指因熏蒸疗法遏制疮毒，导致毒邪深陷入骨髓所致。也有未经熏蒸或外擦药物，见症状不久，服药不多，体内毒邪未尽，便使用点药收敛，致使毒气郁遏滞留的，也能导致此病。发病时先从筋骨疼痛开始，日后渐渐肿起，发作部位不固定，随处可生。发在关节中则损伤筋脉和骨骼，即使痊愈也弯曲伸直不便；发于口鼻则鼻梁崩塌、嘴唇缺损，虽然治愈但容貌破损更甚；发于咽喉者，声音会发生改变；发于手足者，妨碍行走。原本痛苦一生，毒害遗留数代；情欲关口一旦失守，祸端由此而起。初起时筋骨冷痛，用金蟾脱甲酒发汗即可自愈。体质虚弱者，用芎归二术汤；头痛欲裂者，用天麻饼子并吹鼻碧云散；病程一年余，毒邪流窜筋骨不愈者，用五宝散；体质虚弱且溃烂疼痛久不愈合者，用十全大补汤同土茯苓煎服。初起筋骨疼痛剧烈的，用雷火针法。已经溃烂腐烂的，用解毒紫金膏根据方法施治。病程久远、毒势盛者，用玄武丹兼外用搽抹灵药；病程较近、毒邪浅者，只需百日，自然可以痊愈。不得再行熏蒸，以免为祸伤人。以下看法治法，均参照本论。医治自有具体条款，此处未及重新记录。
一男子因熏药之过，六年后双腿骨痛，半年后才肿胀。用雷火针将肿小的一处、肿大的三处进行针刺，七日后，患处化脓腐溃，内服仙遗粮汤，两个多月后疼痛逐渐停止，肿胀也逐渐消退；又过了两个月才得腐肉尽去、新肉生长，再用十全大补汤，三个月后伤口愈合。
一男子玉茎患此病半年，阳物已损坏七八成。遇到一位方士，用熏药照射患处，导致流血不止，人形似鬼怪。我说：毒邪发作已伤元气，再加熏火逼迫，血受热而妄行，所以流出约一盆的血，这是有限的物质，恐怕难以保全。先用四物汤兼黄连解毒汤合在一起服用，两剂后出血才停止；改用八珍汤加麦冬、五味子、黄柏、知母，十余剂后元气才稳定。外用甘草汤清洗患处，用银粉散搽抹，如此月余，气血逐渐恢复，红肉渐生，阳物复长大半，仍用前汤加土茯苓二两煎服，这不舍弃根本，共约四个月左右，疾病痊愈。
一男子患此病，头痛欲裂，至夜间尤其严重，痛苦无法入睡。自行用解毒药治疗，都不见效。诊察其寸关脉细数而无力，这是虚阳之火上攻所致，用补中益气汤加土茯苓一两，服用至三剂，疼痛逐渐停止；又服十余剂，疾病完全安定不再复发。
一男子患此病，自膝盖以下腐烂无完好皮肤，卧床半年，内服芎归二术汤，外用甘草、白芷、当归尾、葱白煎水清洗，每三日一次，用解毒紫金膏搽抹，如此三月余，逐渐安稳。只是足部不能行走，用史国公酒药加土茯苓一斤浸泡煮制，又服用半年，脚才能行走。再服用一料，行走依然如旧。
一妇人患此病，头痛手腕俱痛。诊察其脉滑而弦，这是痰毒相兼的疾病。用天麻饼子服用半月，头痛痊愈。又用二陈汤兼四物汤加红花、升麻、黄芩，服用至月余而愈。
一男子头额腐烂，外用搽抹解毒紫金膏，内服萆薢汤，两个多月后愈合。另一人小腿患病年余，仍用前药而愈。
一妇人咽间损坏半年，汤药难以下咽，几乎死亡。服用结毒紫金丹，外用吹入结毒灵药，一月内疾病痊愈。又一女人手膊、头、背肿痛六、七年不溃烂，诸药无效，仍服用前药而安。
一男子咽喉腐烂。我用遗粮汤内服，外用解毒生肌药治疗。他认为见效慢，仍用熏药照射，导致口烂几乎死亡，大便纯排黑血，及遍身浮肿，饮食不进，肌肉破裂三个月后死亡。

Jiedu (Knotting Toxin) refers to the condition where toxic pathogens sink deep into the bone marrow due to the suppression of sore toxins by fumigation therapy. It can also be caused by those who have not undergone fumigation or external application, but after a short time since symptoms appeared and with insufficient medication, use astringent agents to converge the sores, thereby causing the toxic qi to stagnate and suppress. When it manifests, it begins with pain in the sinews and bones, followed by gradual swelling. The onset location is indefinite, appearing anywhere. If it occurs in the joints, it damages sinews and bones; even if healed, bending and straightening become inconvenient. If it occurs in the mouth and nose, it causes collapse of the nasal bridge and loss of lips; although cured, the disfigurement is more severe. If it occurs in the throat, the voice changes. If it occurs in the hands and feet, walking is hindered. Originally, one suffers for a lifetime, and the toxin is passed down for generations; once the gate of desire is breached, myriad disasters arise. In the early stage, with cold pain in the sinews and bones, sweating with Jinchan Tuojia Jiu (Golden Toad Shedding Armor Wine) leads to self-healing. For those with weak constitutions, Xiongui Eryue Tang (Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction with Atractodes) is used. For those with splitting headaches, Tianma Bingzi (Gastrodia Cake) and Biyun San (Green Cloud Powder blown into the nose) are used. For those with toxin flowing through sinews and bones for over a year without healing, Wubao San (Five Treasures Powder) is used. For those with weak constitutions, ulceration, pain, and non-healing wounds, Shiquan Dabu Tang (Perfect Ten Great Tonifying Decoction) is decocted and taken with Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome). For severe early-stage bone and joint pain, Leihuo Zhen Fa (Thunder Fire Needle Method) is applied. For already ulcerated and rotting sores, Jiedu Zijin Gao (Detoxifying Purple Gold Ointment) is applied according to method. For those with long-standing disease and strong toxin, Xuanwu Dan (Black Tortoise Pill) is used along with external application of Lingyao (Spirit Medicine). For those with recent onset and shallow toxin, natural healing occurs within a hundred days. Do not undergo fumigation again, lest it cause harm to people. The following views on treatment methods all follow this treatise. Medical treatments have their own clauses and are not re-recorded here.
A man suffered from the error of fumigation; six years later, his leg bones hurt, and swelling began half a year later. One small swelling and three large swellings were needled with Leihuo Zhen (Thunder Fire Needles). Seven days later, pus formed and necrotic tissue ulcerated. Internally, Xian Yiliang Tang (Immortal Remnant Grain Decoction) was administered. After two months, the pain gradually ceased, and the swelling subsided. After another two months, the necrotic tissue was completely gone and new muscle grew. Then, Shiquan Dabu Tang (Perfect Ten Great Tonifying Decoction) was given, and the wound healed after three months.
A man suffered from this disease on his penis for half a year, with seven or eight parts damaged. He encountered a quack who used fumigation on the affected area, causing continuous bleeding, making him look like a ghost. I said: "The toxin eruption has already injured the Yuan Qi (Original Qi). Adding fumigation heat forces the blood to move recklessly, hence the loss of about a basin of blood. This is a finite substance; I fear he may not survive." First, Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) combined with Huanglian Jiedu Tang (Coptis Decoction to Relieve Toxicity) was taken internally. After two doses, the bleeding stopped. Then, Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasures Decoction) added with Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), and Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome) was taken for over ten doses, stabilizing the Yuan Qi. Externally, the affected area was washed with Gancao Tang (Licorice Decoction) and applied with Yinfen San (Silver Powder Powder). After more than a month, Qi and Blood gradually revived, red flesh grew, and the penis recovered more than half its size. The previous decoction was continued with Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) added at two taels, taken internally. Not abandoning the root cause, after about four months, the disease was cured.
A man suffered from this disease, experiencing splitting headaches, worse at night, suffering so much that he could not sleep. He treated himself with detoxifying medicines, but they were ineffective. His Cun (Inch) and Guan (Pass) pulses were fine, rapid, and powerless. This indicated Deficient Yang Fire attacking upwards. Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction to Supplement the Middle and Augment the Qi) added with one tael of Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) was administered. After three doses, the pain gradually ceased. After another ten-plus doses, the disease was completely resolved and did not recur.
A man suffered from this disease, with rotting from the knees down, lying in bed for half a year. Internally, Xiongui Eryue Tang (Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction with Atractodes) was taken. Externally, Gancao (Licorice Root), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Guiwei (Angelica Sinensis Tail), and Congbai (Scallion White) were decocted for washing, once every three days, and Jiedu Zijin Gao (Detoxifying Purple Gold Ointment) was applied. After more than three months, he gradually stabilized. However, he could not walk. Shiguo Gong Jiu (Ministerial Merit Wine) soaked with one jin of Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) was decocted and taken for another half year, allowing him to walk. After one more dose, his walking ability returned to normal.
A woman suffered from this disease, with headache and wrist pain. Her pulse was slippery and wiry, indicating a disease of Phlegm-Toxin combination. Tianma Bingzi (Gastrodia Cake) was taken for half a month, curing the headache. Then, Erchen Tang (Two Aged Things Decoction) combined with Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) added with Honghua (Carthamus Flower), Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome), and Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) was taken for over a month, leading to recovery.
A man had rotting on his forehead. Externally, Jiedu Zijin Gao (Detoxifying Purple Gold Ointment) was applied. Internally, Bibi Tang (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Decoction) was taken for over two months, leading to healing. Another person had an affliction on the lower leg for over a year, cured by the same medicines.
A woman had damage in her throat for half a year, unable to swallow medicine, nearly dying. Jiedu Zijin Dan (Knotting Toxin Purple Gold Pill) was taken, and Jiedu Lingyao (Knotting Toxin Spirit Medicine) was blown externally. Within a month, the disease was cured. Another woman had swelling and pain in her arms, head, and back for six or seven years without ulceration; various medicines were ineffective. She still took the previous medicines and became stable.
A man had rotting in his throat. I treated him with internal Yiliang Tang (Remnant Grain Decoction) and external detoxifying and flesh-generating medicines. He considered it too slow and continued fumigation. His mouth rotted almost to death, he passed pure black blood in stool, his whole body swelled, he lost appetite, and died after three months of muscle breakdown.
