栝蒌（一棵全） 没药 乳香（各一钱研） 甘草节（二钱）
先以栝蒌、甘草用无灰酒二碗。煎至一碗。去渣入乳、没不拘时服。
治痔久而不愈。或作漏。
皮（一两炙） 槐花（微炒） 艾叶（炒） 枳壳（炒） 白芍药 地榆 川芎 当归（酒洗）
矾（ ） 黄 （盐水炒） 贯众（各半两） 头发（三钱烧存性） 猪后悬蹄甲（十枚炙） 盈尺皂
角（一挺去弦醋炙）
为末。炼蜜丸如梧子大。每服五十丸。食前米饮下。（若气血虚。或肿痛。先投他药。
待气血稍复。肿痛已去。方可服此。此乃收后之剂。）
治一切疮毒。 痛作渴。或烦躁。苦参不拘多少。为末。水糊丸如梧子大。每服二三钱
温酒下。
治肠风痔漏。大小便秘涩。

浸炒） 桃仁（各钱半） 槟榔（五分） 大黄（炒量入）
水二钟。煎八分。空心服。
治脏毒便血。
卷柏（生石上高四五寸根黄如丝上有黄点焙干） 黄 （盐水浸炒各等分）
上为细末。每服五钱。空心米饮调下。

治臀痈肿痛。右手脉大。未成脓者。
白芷（一钱半） 升麻 桔梗（各一钱） 生黄芩（三钱） 红花 甘草（炙各五分） 酒黄芩
作一服。水一钟。酒半钟。煎至八分。食后服。
治疗痈疽、恶核引起的肿痛，以及发背等疮疡。无论已经溃破还是未溃破，均可使用。

研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，饭前用米汤送服。（如果气血虚弱，或者伴有肿痛，先投用其他药物，待气血稍复，肿痛消除后，才可以服用此方。这是收口愈合阶段的药剂。）
治疗一切疮毒。疼痛伴口渴，或者烦躁不安。苦参不限数量，研为细末，用水糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二三钱，温酒送服。
治疗肠风痔漏，大便秘结涩滞。
黄柏（酒拌） 泽泻 归尾（酒拌） 防风（各一钱） 皂角仁（烧存性） 秦艽 苍术（米泔水浸后炒） 桃仁（各钱半） 槟榔（五分） 大黄（炒，根据情况用量）
加水两钟，煎至八分，空腹服用。
治疗脏毒便血。

治疗痔疮发热疼痛。
寒水石 朴硝（各等分）
研为细末，温水调服。

治疗臀痈肿痛，右手脉象洪大，脓液尚未形成的。
白芷（一钱半） 升麻 桔梗（各一钱） 生黄芩（三钱） 红花 甘草（炙，各五分） 酒黄芩
作为一剂服用。加水一钟，酒半钟，煎至八分，饭后服用。
Treats swelling and pain caused by carbuncles, sores, and malignant nodules, as well as back carbuncles and other ulcers. It can be used regardless of whether the lesion has ulcerated or not.
Trichosanthis Fructus (whole fruit), Myrrha, Olibanum (each 1 qian, ground), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes (2 qian).
First, decoct Trichosanthis Fructus and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes in two bowls of unadulterated wine until reduced to one bowl. Strain out the dregs, add Myrrha and Olibanum, and take at any time.
Treats chronic hemorrhoids that do not heal for a long time, or those that have formed fistulas.
Cutis (1 liang, roasted), Sophorae Flos (lightly roasted), Artemisiae Argyi Folium (roasted), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (roasted), Paeoniae Radix Alba, Sanguisorbae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (washed with wine), Alum (), Astragali Radix (stir-fried with salt water), Cyperi Rhizoma (each half liang), Human Hair (3 qian, burnt to retain its nature), Porcine Posterior Hoof Claws (ten pieces, roasted), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus spanning one chi (one piece, strings removed, stir-fried with vinegar).
Grind into fine powder, make pills with refined honey the size of sophora seeds. Take 50 pills each time before meals, washed down with rice water. (If qi and blood are deficient, or if there is swelling and pain, administer other medicines first. Wait until qi and blood recover slightly and swelling and pain subside before taking this formula. This is a formula for the healing stage.)
Treats all kinds of sore toxins. Pain accompanied by thirst, or irritability. Use Sophorae Radix in any amount, grind into powder, make pills with water paste the size of sophora seeds. Take 2-3 qian each time, washed down with warm wine.
Treats intestinal wind hemorrhoids and fistulas, with constipation and difficult defecation.
Phellodendri Cortex (mixed with wine), Alismatis Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail (mixed with wine), Saposhnikoviae Radix (each 1 qian), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Semen (burnt to retain its nature), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma (soaked in rice wash water and stir-fried), Persicae Semen (each 1.5 qian), Arecae Semen (5 fen), Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (stir-fried, dosage adjusted).
Add two zhong of water, decoct until eight parts remain. Take on an empty stomach.
Treats visceral toxin rectal bleeding.
Selaginellae Herba (growing on rocks, 4-5 cun high, roots yellow like silk with yellow spots, baked dry), Astragali Radix (soaked in salt water and stir-fried, equal parts).
Grind the above into fine powder. Take 5 qian each time, mixed with rice water on an empty stomach.
Treats hemorrhoids with fever and pain.
Hanshui Shi, Natrii Sulfas (equal parts).
Grind into powder, mix with warm water and take.

Treats gluteal carbuncle with swelling and pain, where the pulse on the right hand is large, and pus has not yet formed.
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (1.5 qian), Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Platycodonis Radix (each 1 qian), Scutellariae Radix raw (3 qian), Carthami Flos, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma roasted (each 5 fen), Scutellariae Radix prepared with wine.
Take as one dose. Add one zhong of water and half a zhong of wine, decoct until eight parts remain. Take after meals.
