芜荑 青黛 芦荟 川芎 虾蟆灰 白芷 胡黄连（各等分）
猪胆浸 。丸如麻子大。每服十丸。食后并临卧杏仁汤下。
黄连 芦荟 木香 青皮 胡黄连 雷丸（用白者） 白芜荑 鹤虱（各半两炒） 麝香（

用粟米饭丸绿豆大。每服一二十丸。米饮下。

治肾气素虚。不交于心。津液不降。败浊为痰。咳逆。

余为末。加蜜丸如梧子大每服五六十丸。空心。滚汤或盐汤温酒下。

沸。去渣热服。未成者二三服。已成者一二服。又治湿热疮疥。肠风。痔漏诸疮作痛。尤效

上除续随子麝香外。三味为细末。却入研药令匀。用糯米煮浓饮为丸。分为四十锭。每
锭。各根据后项汤使服。如治一切药毒蛊毒瘴气吃死牛马驼骡等肉。毒发恶疮。痈疽发背。无
名疔肿。及蛇犬恶虫所伤。汤荡火烧急。喉闭缠喉风。诸般头风。牙疼。用凉水磨搽。并治
四时瘟疫。感冒风寒。暑热闷乱。及自缢溺水鬼迷惊死未经隔宿。心头微温。并用凉水磨灌
。良久复苏。男子妇人急中颠邪鬼气狂乱。及打扑伤损。中风中气。口眼 邪。牙关紧急。
语言謇涩。筋脉挛缩。骨节风肿。手脚疼痛。行履艰辛。应是风气。并用热酒磨服。小儿急
慢惊风。八疳五痢。脾病黄肿。瘾疹疮瘤。并用蜜水磨服。并搽有效。诸般疟疾。不问新久
。发日用桃柳枝煎汤磨服。

（即肾气丸）治疗肾气素来虚弱。不能上交于心。津液不下降。败浊之物化为痰。咳嗽气逆。干山药（四两）、泽泻（蒸制）、牡丹皮（白色者佳）、白茯苓（各三两）、山茱萸（去核四两，酒拌）、熟地黄（四两，酒拌，瓷器中蒸半天捣成膏状）。其余药材研为细末，加入蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用五六十丸。空腹时，用滚开水或盐汤温酒送服。
治疗一切疮毒，不论已经形成还是未形成，以及痈痛者，一并治疗。槐花四五两，微炒至黄色。趁热加入酒两钟，煮沸。滤去药渣，热服。未形成的疮毒服用二三剂，已形成的服用一二剂。又治疗湿热引起的疮疥、肠风、痔漏等各种疮疡疼痛，尤其有效。

（一名神仙追毒丸，又名太乙丹）治疗一切痈疽。五味子（焙干三两）、山慈菇（焙干二两）、麝香（三钱，另研后加入）、红牙大戟（焙干一两半）、续随子（去壳去油一两）。除续随子和麝香外，将另外三味药材研为细末，再混入研磨好的药物使其均匀。用糯米煮浓汁作为粘合剂制成药丸，分为四十锭。每锭，各自根据后文所列的汤剂送服。如治疗各种药物中毒、蛊毒、瘴气，食用死牛马驼骡等肉类引发的毒发恶疮、痈疽发背、无名疔肿，以及被蛇犬恶虫咬伤，汤火烧伤急症，喉闭、缠喉风，各种头风，牙疼，用凉水磨碎后搽涂。并治疗四季瘟疫，感冒风寒，暑热导致的烦闷混乱，以及自缢、溺水、鬼迷惊死未经过一夜，心头尚有余温的情况，均用凉水磨碎灌服。良久即可复苏。男子妇人突发癫邪、鬼气狂乱，以及被打扑造成的损伤，中风、中气，口眼歪斜，牙关紧急，语言謇涩，筋脉挛缩，骨节风肿，手脚疼痛，行走艰难，凡是风气所致病症，均用热酒磨碎送服。小儿急慢惊风，八疳五痢，脾病黄肿，瘾疹疮瘤，均用蜜水磨碎送服。并搽涂也有效。各种疟疾，不论新久，发作日用桃柳枝煎汤磨碎送服。
Perilla Leaf (Zisuz), Peucedanum Root (Qianhu), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Red Poria (Chifuling), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng), Licorice Root (Gancao), Asparagus Tuber (Tianmendong, remove heart), Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang) (each 1 qian), Lungwort (Sangbaipi) (0.5 liang, processed with heat). Take 3 qian per dose. Decoct in water. Take after meals. Follow with Huawan Pill.
Candied Barberry Fruit (Wuyi), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Aloe (Luhui), Szechuan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Toad Ash (Xiamahui), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huahuanglian) (equal parts). Soak in Pig Gallbladder Juice (Zhudan), form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 10 pills per dose. Take after meals and before bed, washed down with Apricot Seed Decoction (Xingren Tang).
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Aloe (Luhui), Costus Root (Muxiang), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huahuanglian), Allosorus Fern Rhizome (Leiyuan, use white ones), White Candied Barberry Fruit (Baiwuyi), Nematode Flower Head (Heshi) (each 0.5 liang, stir-fried), Musk (Shexiang) (2 qian, separately ground). Form pills the size of mung beans using Millet Rice (Sumi). Take 10-20 pills per dose, washed down with Rice Drink (Mi Yin).
(Also known as Shenqi Wan / Kidney Qi Pill) Treats deficiency of Kidney Qi (Shenqi) from constitution. Failure to communicate with Heart (Xin). Fluids do not descend. Turbid waste transforms into Phlegm (Tan). Cough and rebellious Qi (Ke Ni). Dry Yam (Ganshan Yao) (4 liang), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie, steamed), Moutan Bark (Mudanpi, white is better), White Poria (Bailing) (each 3 liang), Cornus Fruit (Shanzhuyu, remove pits, 4 liang, mixed with wine), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang, 4 liang, mixed with wine, steamed in porcelain for half a day, pounded into paste). Pound remaining herbs into powder, add honey, form pills the size of梧zi (Chinese parasol tree seeds). Take 50-60 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with boiling water, salt water, or warm wine.
Treats all sores and toxins (Changdu), whether formed or unformed, including abscesses and pain. Sophora Flower (Huaihua) 4-5 liang, lightly stir-fried until yellow. While hot, add 2 zhong of wine, boil. Strain dregs, take hot. For unformed sores, take 2-3 doses; for formed sores, take 1-2 doses. Also treats sores and scabies caused by Damp-Heat (Shire), Changfeng (intestinal wind), hemorrhoids and fistulas causing pain, especially effective.

(Also named Shenshen Zhuidu Wan / Immortal Poison-Chasing Pill, or Taiyi Dan) Treats all carbuncles and ulcers (Yongju). Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi, roasted 3 liang), Smilax Bulb (Shancigu, roasted 2 liang), Musk (Shexiang) (3 qian, separately ground and added), Red Tooth Spurge Root (Hongya Daji, roasted 1.5 liang), Croton Seed (Xuisui Zi, remove shell and oil, 1 liang). Except for Croton Seed and Musk, grind the other three herbs into fine powder, then mix in the ground drugs evenly. Use thick rice gruel made from Glutinous Rice (Nuomi) as binder to form pills, divided into 40 ingots. Each ingot should be taken according to the specific decoction listed below. E.g., treat various drug poisonings, Gu poison (Gu Du), miasma, eating meat of dead cattle, horses, camels, mules causing toxic eruptions, carbuncles on back (Yongju Fabei), unnamed Ding swellings, injuries from snakes, dogs, or evil insects, acute burns/scalds, throat closure (Houbi), winding throat wind (Chanhou Feng), various head winds, toothache. Grind with cold water and apply externally. Also treat four-season plagues, cold-wind common cold, heat-stroke causing confusion, suicide by hanging, drowning, spirit possession/fright death not yet overnight but with residual warmth in chest. Grind with cold water and administer orally. Revive after a while. Acute mania/demonic possession in men and women, sudden madness from ghost qi, trauma from blows/falls, Wind Stroke (Zhongfeng), Qi Strike (Zhongqi), facial paralysis (mouth/eye deviation), locked jaw, slurred speech, muscle spasms, joint swelling from wind, hand/foot pain, difficulty walking. All wind-related conditions: grind with hot wine and take internally. Pediatric acute/chronic convulsions, eight types of malnutrition (Gan), five types of dysentery, spleen disease with yellow edema, urticaria, sores/tumors: grind with honey-water and take internally. External application is also effective. Various malaria cases, new or old: on the day of onset, decoct Peach and Willow branches, grind pill with this decoction and take.
