五倍子（捶碎洗净，焙末三两） 山慈菇（去皮、净末，二两） 千金子（即续随子仁，去
油取霜，一两） 红牙大戟（去芦焙干，净末一两五钱） 麝香（三钱，另研）
上和匀，用糯米煮浓饮为度，分作四十锭。每服半锭，用井花水或薄荷汤磨服，利一、
二次
邪鬼气、鬼胎、挛急疼痛，以暖酒磨服。凡修合时日，须用端午、七夕、重阳或天医、天德
、月德日，于净室内焚香修制。凡奇怪之病，屡用如神。医家大家均宜预配应用。
蜡矾丸（一名黄矾丸。） 治金石发毒，一切痈疽，托里止痛护脏腑，神妙。不问
老少，皆可服之。
黄蜡（一两，黄色者佳，熔开离火入矾末） 白矾（一两，明亮净者为末）
上和匀多人众手急作成丸桐子大。每服二、三十丸，渐加至四、五十丸，熟水或盐汤送
下，
，及内痈排脓托毒。

明白矾
上为丸，每服三钱，以葱头七茎煎汤送下，则痛肿俱退。再用仙方活命饮二剂去其余毒

服，后用消毒之药，其效异常。治刍荛之人，用此即退，不用托里药亦愈。若金石毒药发疽
者尤效。盖矾能解金石之毒也。一方用矾末五钱、朱砂五分，热酒下亦效。此药托里固内，
止泻解毒，排脓不动脏腑，不伤气血，其药易得，其功甚大，偏僻之处，不可不知此方。或
虫蛇咬伤，熔化热滴患处，痛止毒消。或热酒服数钱皆效。

凡男妇大人小儿新久诸病，生死难定之间，用此芡实大一饼，贴印堂之中，点官香一枝

上研细末，于端午日净室中，午时共研加油燕脂为膏，瓷合收贮，勿经妇人之手。临用
豆大一圆，捏饼贴印堂中，其功立见。用过饼送入河中。
琼酥散 此麻药也，治一切肿毒等疮，服之开刀不痛。
蟾酥（一钱） 半夏（六分） 闹羊花（六分） 胡椒（一钱八分） 川椒（一钱八分） 川乌（
一钱八分） 荜茇（一钱）
上共为细末，每服半分，黄酒调服。如欲大开，加白酒药一丸。
整骨麻药 此药开取箭头，服之不痛。
麻黄 胡茄子 姜黄 川乌 草乌（各等分） 闹羊花（倍用）
上共为末，每服五分，茶、酒任下。欲解用甘草汤，服之即苏。
敷麻药 此药敷于患上则麻木，任割不痛。
川乌尖（五钱） 草乌尖（五钱） 胡椒（一两） 蟾酥（四钱） 生南星（五钱） 生半夏（五
钱）
上为末，用烧酒调敷。一方加荜茇五钱。一方加细辛一两。
冲和汤 治疮属半阴半阳，似红非红，似肿非肿。此因元气虚弱，宜补托消之。
人参 陈皮（各二钱） 黄 白术 当归 白芷（各钱半） 茯苓 川芎 皂针 制乳香
制没药 金银花 甘草节（各一钱）
上酒水各半煎服。
完疮散 治湿烂诸疮，肉平不敛，及诸疮毒内肉既平，而口有不收者用此最妙。
滑石（一两，飞） 赤石脂（五钱，飞） 粉甘草（三钱）
上为末干掺，或用麻油调敷，或加枯矾一钱，痒者极宜。

以上药物混合均匀，用糯米煮成浓稠的米汤作为粘合剂，制成四十锭。每次服用半锭，用井水或薄荷汤磨化后服用，可通利一两次。若因邪鬼气、鬼胎、痉挛疼痛引起不适，用温酒磨服即可。凡配制此药的时间，必须选择端午、七夕、重阳或天医、天德、月德吉日，在洁净室内焚香制作。对于各种奇怪的疾病，屡次使用如神效一般。各大医家都应预先配制以备应用。
蜡矾丸（又名黄矾丸）。治疗金石毒性引发的疮毒，一切痈疽，能托里止痛并保护脏腑，效果神妙。不论老少，都可以服用。
黄蜡（一两，以黄色者为佳，熔化后离火加入白矾末） 白矾（一两，以明亮洁净者研末）
以上药物混合均匀，多人同时快速搓制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用二三十丸，逐渐增加至四五十丸，用温水或盐汤送服，可用于内痈排脓托毒。
千金化毒丸 治疗各种恶毒之症。
将明矾研末制成药丸，每次服用三钱，用七根葱头煎汤送下，则肿痛俱消。再服用两剂仙方活命饮以清除余毒。此后服用消毒药物，效果异常显著。治疗从事体力劳动的人，使用此药即可消退，即使不使用托里药也能痊愈。若是金石毒药引发的发疽，此法尤为有效。因为明矾能解金石之毒。另一配方是用明矾末五钱、朱砂五分，热酒送服也有效。此药能固护体内正气，止泻解毒，排脓而不伤脏腑，不耗损气血，药物容易获取，功效很大，偏僻之处的人不可不知此方。若是被虫蛇咬伤，可将药熔化后热滴于患处，痛止毒消。或用热酒服用数钱也有效。
凡是男女大人小孩的新旧各种疾病，处于生死难定之际，用此芡实大小的一块药饼，贴敷于印堂穴正中，点燃一支官香，待香燃尽后一小时，若不肿不红，皮肉照旧不变，称为“白云漫野”，病情虽轻浅，最终也会死亡。小儿急慢惊风，一切老幼痢疾，都可贴敷此药。凡有病者使用此药，皆可预先判断其生死。

琼酥散 这是一种麻醉药，治疗各种肿毒等疮疡，服用后开刀不痛。
蟾酥（一钱） 半夏（六分） 闹羊花（六分） 胡椒（一钱八分） 川椒（一钱八分） 川乌（一钱八分） 荜茇（一钱）
以上药物共研为细末，每次服用半分，用黄酒调服。如果想要加大麻醉效果，加白酒药一丸。
整骨麻药 此药用于取出箭头，服用后不痛。
麻黄 胡茄子 姜黄 川乌 草乌（各等分） 闹羊花（加倍使用）
以上药物共研为末，每次服用五分，茶或酒送服均可。若想解药，用甘草汤服用，人即苏醒。
敷麻药 此药敷于患处则麻木，任其切割也不痛。
川乌尖（五钱） 草乌尖（五钱） 胡椒（一两） 蟾酥（四钱） 生南星（五钱） 生半夏（五钱）
以上药物研为末，用烧酒调匀后敷用。一方加荜茇五钱。另一方加细辛一两。
冲和汤 治疗疮疡属于半阴半阳证，似红非红，似肿非肿。这是因为元气虚弱，宜采用补益托毒的方法消散。

以上药物用酒和水各一半煎服。
Zijin Ding (Golden Purple Pill, also known as Shenxian Taiyi Dan, Yushu Dan, Wanbing Jiedu Dan). It can resolve all types of poisoning, accumulated toxins, and conditions caused by insect or ghostly qi, mania, coma, trismus (lockjaw), and pediatric acute convulsions. It is especially indispensable in places where military campaigns are conducted or labor services are mobilized.
Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis, crushed, washed clean, dried and powdered, 3 liang) Shancigu (Fritillaria Thunbergii Bulb, peeled, cleaned and powdered, 2 liang) Qianjinzi (Semen Euphorbiae Lathyridis, i.e., kernel of Sui Suizi, oil removed to obtain the frost, 1 liang) Hongya Daji (Radix Rhizoma Euphorbiae Pekinensis, rhizome tips removed, dried and powdered, 1.5 liang) Shexiang (Moschus, 3 qian, ground separately)
Mix the above ingredients evenly. Use thick rice gruel boiled from glutinous rice as a binder, and divide into forty pills. Take half a pill per dose, grind with well water or peppermint decoction, and take orally. This may induce one or two bowel movements. For conditions caused by evil ghostly qi, ghost pregnancy, or spasmodic pain, grind with warm wine and take. When preparing this medicine, dates such as Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, Double Ninth Festival, or days of Tianyi, Tiande, and Yue De deities should be chosen. Preparation must be done in a clean room with incense burning. It is effective for various strange diseases. Physicians should prepare it in advance for application.
Lafan Wan (Wax Alum Pill, also known as Huangfan Wan). Treats toxicity induced by metals and stones, and all types of carbuncles and sores. It supports the interior, relieves pain, and protects internal organs, with miraculous effects. Suitable for people of all ages.
Huangla (Yellow Beeswax, 1 liang, yellow color is preferred, melted and removed from fire before adding alum powder) Baifan (Alumen, 1 liang, bright and pure ones used for powder)
Mix the above ingredients evenly. Multiple people should quickly roll them into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20-30 pills per dose initially, gradually increasing to 40-50 pills. Swallow with warm water or salted water decoction. It is used for internal abscesses to drain pus and expel toxins.
Qianjin Huadu Wan. Treats various malignant toxins.
Mingfan (Alumen)
Grind Mingfan into powder and make pills. Take 3 qian per dose, swallow with decoction made from seven green onion heads. Pain and swelling will subside. Then take two doses of Xianfang Huoming Yin to eliminate residual toxins. Subsequently, take detoxifying medicines for exceptional efficacy. It is effective for manual laborers; even without interior-supporting medicines, recovery occurs. It is particularly effective for carbuncles caused by metal and stone toxins, as alum can resolve such toxins. Another prescription uses 5 qian of alum powder and 5 fen of Cinnabar, taken with hot wine, which is also effective. This medicine consolidates the interior, stops diarrhea, detoxifies, drains pus without damaging internal organs or Qi and Blood. The ingredients are easy to obtain, and its merit is great. People in remote areas must know this prescription. If bitten by insects or snakes, melt the medicine and apply hot drops to the affected area to stop pain and eliminate toxins. Taking several qian with hot wine is also effective.
Luzu Yizhi Mei. For any new or chronic diseases affecting men, women, adults, or children, when life and death are uncertain, apply a cake-sized piece of this medicine (made from Euryale Seed) to the Yintang acupoint. Light one stick of official incense. After the incense burns out, if after one hour there is no swelling or redness, and the skin remains unchanged, it is called "White Clouds Covering the Wilderness," indicating that despite mild symptoms, death is inevitable. It can also be applied to pediatric acute and chronic convulsions, and dysentery in people of all ages. Using this medicine allows physicians to predict life and death in advance.
Xionghuang (Realgar, 5 qian) Zhusha (Cinnabar, 3 fen) Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung, 3 qian) Badou Ren (Semen Crotonis Tiglii, 5 qian, oil not removed) Bimaren (Semen Ricini, 5 fen) Yinzhu (Vermilion Powder, 1.5 qian) Shexiang (Moschus, 3 fen)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. On the Dragon Boat Festival day, in a clean room at noon, grind together and mix with oil and胭脂 (red pigment) to form a paste. Store in a porcelain container. Avoid contact with women's hands. Before use, take a bean-sized round piece, shape into a cake, and apply to the Yintang acupoint. Effects are immediate. Discard the used cake by throwing it into a river.
Qiong Su San. This is an anesthetic. It treats all types of swollen toxins and sores; incision causes no pain after ingestion.
Chansu (Toad Venom, 1 qian) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 6 fen) Yaoyanghua (Flowers of Datura Metel, 6 fen) Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus, 1.8 qian) Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, 1.8 qian) Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix, 1.8 qian) Bibo (Piperis Kadsurae Fructus, 1 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 0.5 fen per dose, mixed with yellow wine. To enhance anesthesia, add one pill of Baijiu Yao.
Zhenggu Mayo. This medicine is used to extract arrowheads without pain upon ingestion.
Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) Huyaqie (Solanum Melongena) Jianghuang (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma) Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix) Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) (equal parts) Yaoyanghua (Flowers of Datura Metel, double dose)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take 5 fen per dose, swallowed with tea or wine. To reverse the effect, take Gancao Tang, and consciousness will return.
Fu Mayo. Applied topically to cause numbness, allowing cutting without pain.
Chuanwu Jian (Tip of Aconiti Radix, 5 qian) Caowu Jian (Tip of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, 5 qian) Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus, 1 liang) Chansu (Toad Venom, 4 qian) Sheng Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw, 5 qian) Sheng Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, raw, 5 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with distilled liquor for topical application. One variation adds 5 qian of Bibo. Another adds 1 liang of Xixin.
Chonghe Tang. Treats sores belonging to the semi-Yin semi-Yang pattern, appearing neither distinctly red nor distinctly swollen. This is due to deficiency of Yuan Qi (Primary Qi); tonification and support with expulsion methods are appropriate.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (each 2 qian) Huangqi (Astragali Radix) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 1.5 qian) Fuling (Poria) Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Zaozhen (Spina Gleditsiae) Zhiruxiang (Olibanum, processed) Zhimeiyao (Myrrha, processed) Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) Gancaojie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, joint sections) (each 1 qian)
Decoct with half wine and half water for oral administration.
Wanchuang San. Treats wet, ulcerated sores where flesh has flattened but does not heal, and cases where internal tissue has healed but the wound opening fails to close. This prescription is most excellent for such conditions.
Huashi (Talcum, 1 liang, flown) Chishizhi (Halloysit Rubrum, 5 qian, flown) Fengangcao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, refined, 3 qian)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Apply dry powder to the lesion, or mix with sesame oil for topical application. Adding 1 qian of Gufan (Alumen Exsiccatum) is highly suitable for itching.
