由客风吹背，传入于髓，故背突如龟，或咳嗽久以致肺虚，肾无所生。肾主骨，风寒乘
虚而入于筋骨，致精血不能流通，故骨弓而驼，治以松蕊丹。
松蕊丹
松花 枳壳 防风 独活（各一两） 麻黄 前胡 大黄 桂心（各五钱）
上为末，蜜丸黍米大，每服二十丸，粥饮下，外以龟尿滴脊背中缝即愈。
按龟胸、龟背，乃先天大虚不足之败证，百中难救一、二，岂宽中化痰松蕊丹，遂可治
乎，姑附之。
乳房内结一块，红肿热痛，大则言痈，小则言疖，由忿怒郁结，或多食浓味，致厥阴之
气不
醒消丸一服酒送，以止其痛，外贴洞天膏。如溃久，或老年人气血衰伤，脓出反痛，恶寒发
热者，须用八珍汤补之自愈。

香白芷（炒） 制乳香 制没药 浙贝母 当归（等分）
上为末，每服五钱，热陈酒调服。专治乳痈乳疖，一服即消。

紫河车草 贝母（各三钱）
上为末，黄糖拌陈酒冲服，醉，盖取汗。

八珍汤（通用二十五。）
乳房结肿一块，皮色不异，坚硬木痛，治法同流注。倘遇溃烂之甚者，按溃烂不敛治法
，七日后接服大枣丸，日服收功。
大枣丸（通用五十五。）
由于外感风邪侵袭背部，传入骨髓，导致背部隆起如龟背；或者因长期咳嗽导致肺气虚弱，进而使肾气无法得到滋养。肾主司骨骼，风寒之邪趁虚侵入筋骨，致使精血运行不畅，因此出现脊柱弯曲驼背的症状，治疗使用松蕊丹。

以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成如黍米大小的丸剂，每次服用二十丸，用米粥汤送服，外用龟尿滴在脊背中间的缝隙处即可痊愈。
按语：龟胸和龟背，属于先天禀赋极度不足的败坏证候，百人中难得救一二人，难道仅凭宽中化痰的松蕊丹就能治愈吗？姑且附记于此。
乳房内部结成一肿块，红肿热痛，大的称为痈，小的称为疖，多由愤怒郁结，或过多食用浓腻厚味食物，导致厥阴之气不能疏泄通畅所致。使用醒消丸，服药时用酒送服以止痛，外部贴敷洞天膏。如果溃破日久，或是老年人气血衰败损伤，脓液排出后反而疼痛，伴有恶寒发热的症状，必须使用八珍汤进行补益，身体自然痊愈。

香白芷（炒制）、制乳香、制没药、浙贝母、当归（等分）。
以上药物研为细末，每次服用五钱，用温热的陈年黄酒调服。专门治疗乳痈和乳疖，服用一次即可消散。
又一方（经验验证有效）
紫河车草、贝母（各三钱）。
以上药物研为细末，用红糖拌和陈年黄酒冲服，直至醉意，盖被取汗。

乳房结肿一块，皮肤颜色没有变化，质地坚硬且有麻木疼痛感，治疗方法同流注病。如果遇到溃烂严重的情况，按照溃烂不愈合的方法治疗，七日后接续服用大枣丸，每日服用以收功。
大枣丸（通用方第五十五首）
Due to exogenous wind pathogen invading the back and transmitting into the marrow, the back protrudes like a turtle's shell; or due to prolonged coughing leading to Lung Qi deficiency, causing the Kidney to lack generation. The Kidney governs the bones; Wind-Cold takes advantage of the deficiency to enter the sinews and bones, resulting in the inability of Essence and Blood to circulate freely, thus causing spinal curvature and hunchback. Treatment utilizes Songrui Dan (Pine Catkin Pill).
Songrui Dan (Pine Catkin Pill)
Pinus pollen (Songhua), Aurantium fruit (Zhike), Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng), Notopterygium rhizome (Duhuo) (each 1 liang), Ephedra stem (Mahuang), Peucedanum root (Qianhu), Rhubarb (Dahuang), Cinnamon twig (Guixin) (each 5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, swallowed with gruel broth. Externally, apply turtle urine to the midline seam of the spine for cure.
Commentary: Turtle chest and turtle back are degenerative syndromes resulting from severe congenital insufficiency. Fewer than one or two out of a hundred can be saved. How could Songrui Dan, which widens the middle jiao and resolves phlegm, possibly cure this? It is recorded here tentatively.
The breast belongs to the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian. The nipple belongs to the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian.
A lump forms inside the breast, presenting with redness, swelling, heat, and pain. If large, it is termed Carbuncle (Yong); if small, it is termed Furuncle (Jie). This is caused by anger and stagnation, or excessive consumption of rich and greasy foods, leading to the failure of Jueyin Qi to awaken and circulate. Use Xingxiao Wan (Awakening Inflammation Pill), taken with wine to stop pain, and externally apply Dongtian Gao (Cave Heaven Plaster). If ulcerated for a long time, or in elderly patients with depleted Qi and Blood, where pus discharge causes increased pain accompanied by aversion to cold and fever, Bazhen Tang (Eight-Treasure Decoction) must be used to tonify for spontaneous recovery.
Kaijie San (Knot-Opening Powder)
Angelica dahurica root (Baizhi, stir-fried), Processed Frankincense (Zhi Ruxiang), Processed Myrrh (Zhi Moyao), Fritillaria thunbergii bulb (Zhe Beimu), Angelica sinensis root (Danggui) (equal parts).
Grind the above into powder. Take 5 qian per dose, mixed with warm aged yellow wine. Specifically treats Breast Carbuncle and Breast Furuncle; one dose leads to resolution.
Another Prescription (Verified Experience):
Placenta herb (Ziheche Cao), Fritillaria (Beimu) (each 3 qian).
Grind into powder, mix with brown sugar and aged yellow wine to take orally until intoxicated, then cover with blankets to induce sweating.

A single lump swells in the breast, with unchanged skin color, hard texture, and numb painful sensation. The treatment method is the same as Liu Zhu (Flowing Deposit). If encountering severe ulceration, treat according to the methods for non-healing ulcers. After seven days, sequentially administer Dazao Wan (Jujube Pill) daily to achieve therapeutic effect.
