上各末称足，共归一处和匀，用糯米一两二钱研粉为浓糊和入诸末，捣千棰为丸如芡实

浸药，用小杯合盖，约浸一、二时，以银物加研，热陈酒冲服，醉盖取汗。凡流注等证初起
，服消乃止。如成脓将溃，溃久者当以十丸作五日早晚服，杜其流走，庶不增出。但方内五
灵脂与人参相反，不可与有参之药同日服。孕妇忌此。
洞天救苦丹（五十三） 治痈疽溃烂不堪，毒瓦斯深固。
蜂房（取露天有子者） 雄鼠矢（尖者） 青皮 楝树子（取立冬后者）
上用瓦炙存性，各为细末，等分发准研和。每服三钱，陈酒送服，隔两日一服。
白胶香、草乌、五灵脂、番木鳖（另有炮制方法）、地龙（各取一两五钱，研成细末）、乳香（去除油质）、没药（去除油质）。
【批注】：番木鳖，需用水浸泡半个月，煮沸数次，再放入热汤中浸泡数日，刮去外皮和芯，用香油煎煮一百多次，捞出炒制，放入盆中拌合覆盖一夜以去除土气备用。
将上述药材分别研成细末并称重准确，混合在一起搅拌均匀，用糯米一两二钱研成粉制成浓稠的糊状，与诸药末调和，捣击千次制成如芡实大小的丸剂。此药为浸服法，用小杯加盖密封，约浸泡一至两个小时，用银器进一步研磨，用温陈酒冲服，服药后盖被取汗。凡是流注等病症初起时，服用至消散为止。如果已经化脓即将溃破，或溃破时间较长者，应当将十丸分作五日早晚服用，以杜绝毒邪流窜扩散，从而避免病情增多加重。但是方中的五灵脂与人参相反，不可与含有人参的药物同日服用。孕妇忌用此方。
洞天救苦丹（第五十三方） 治疗痈疽溃烂严重不堪，毒邪深固难解。
蜂房（选取露天且有幼虫的）、雄鼠矢（即雄鼠粪，选尖端者）、青皮、楝树子（选取立冬之后采收的）。
以上药材用瓦片炙烤至存性（保留药性但焦枯），分别研成细末，按等份精确研磨混合均匀。每次服用三钱，用陈酒送服，每隔两天服用一次。
Baijiaoxiang (Styrax Benzoin), Caowu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Rhizome), Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung), Fanmubie (Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed, processed separately), Dilong (Earthworm) (each 1.5 liang, ground into fine powder), Ruxiang (Frankincense, defatted), Moyao (Myrrh, defatted).
[Commentary]: Fanmubie (Strychnos Nux-vomica Seed) should be soaked in water for half a month, boiled several times, then soaked in hot water for several days. Scrape off the skin and core, fry in sesame oil for over one hundred boils, remove, stir-fry, place in a basin, mix and cover overnight to remove earthy odor before use.
Grind each ingredient into fine powder and weigh accurately. Combine all powders and mix evenly. Use 1.2 liang of glutinous rice ground into powder to make a thick paste, mix with the herbal powders, and pound/beat a thousand times to form pills the size of a Chinese chestnut (Euphorbia lathyris seed). This is an infused preparation method: seal in a small cup with a lid, infuse for about one to two hours, further grind using silver utensils, take with warm aged wine, cover with blankets to induce sweating. For early-stage conditions such as Liuzhu (flowing abscesses), continue taking until resolution. If suppuration has occurred or the ulcer has been open for a long time, divide ten pills into five doses taken morning and evening to prevent the spread of toxicity and avoid the emergence of new lesions. Note that Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung) is incompatible with Renshen (Ginseng); do not take this formula on the same day as any medication containing Ginseng. Pregnant women should avoid this prescription.
Dongtian Jiuku Dan (Pill Saving from Suffering in the Grotto-Heaven) (Formula 53): Treats severe ulceration of carbuncles and sores where toxic heat is deep-seated and entrenched.
Fengfang (Honeycomb, specifically those exposed to the elements containing larvae), Xiongshushi (Male Rat Feces, selecting the pointed ones), Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel), Lianshu Zi (Chinaberry Seed, selected after Start of Winter).
Roast these ingredients on tiles until they retain their medicinal properties but are charred (cun xing). Grind each into fine powder, measure equal parts, and blend thoroughly. Take 3 qian per dose, administered with aged wine. Administer once every two days.
