The meridian of Foot-Taiyang (Bladder) originates at the inner canthus of the eye, ascends to the forehead, and intersects at the vertex. When Qi and Blood are abundant, eyebrows grow thick and beautiful; when Qi and Blood are deficient, eyebrows become sparse and withered. Furthermore, eyebrows are susceptible to invasion by Wind pathogen causing hair loss. For treating wind-toxin-induced eyebrow loss, it is appropriate to take Wushe Wan (Black Snake Pill):
Eremazys Carinatus Meat (soaked in wine and roasted until yellow) [Note: Eremazys carinatus is a traditional snake used in TCM] Baofuzi (Prepared Aconitum carmichaelii tuber, cracked) Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, lightly stir-fried) Ganxie (Dried Scorpio, lightly stir-fried) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, removing the radicle above) [Note: The text implies burning these specific parts to ash, though standard preparation varies, translating literally as per source instruction "only burn to ash" for the listed items contextually linked to the ash preparation step].
Each of the above herbs is half liang. Crush and sieve the above medicines into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound three or two hundred times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take twenty pills each time on an empty stomach daily, administered with warm wine. Take before going to bed at night.
For treating eyebrow loss, this prescription is suitable:
Crush Lianzicao (Leonurus japonicus) and squeeze out the juice. Grind raw iron to obtain liquid or use the iron piece dipped in juice to apply to the area. Rub with hands to allow the medicinal qi to penetrate. Apply two or three times a day for optimal effect.
Another prescription:
Binfan (Alumen, half liang, calcined until juices run dry).
Grind Binfan finely into powder. Mix with steamed dough to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take seven pills on an empty stomach daily with warm water, increasing by one pill each day until reaching forty pills.
Prescription for growing eyebrows:
Qiangshang Qingyi (Green moss growing on walls, powdered, one liang) Tie Fen (Iron powder, one liang).
Finely grind both ingredients together. Every night, mix with water and apply to the eyebrows.
Another prescription:
Wuma Hua (Flowers of Sesamum indicum collected in the seventh lunar month, dried in shade).
Pound and sieve into powder. Soak in Sheng Wama You (Raw Sesame Oil). Apply every night for excellent results.

Regarding Tou Chitu (Red Alopecia Capitis): This condition arises from sores containing parasites that erode the hair follicles, leading to hair loss. There is no white crust but there is exudate, the scalp is red and itchy, hence it is called Red Alopecia Capitis.
