日。出火毒后。捣罗为末。敷疮。生肉干疮口立效。
凡是因跌打损伤、从马上摔落，或被车辆碾压造成的各种创伤，以及皮肤破损、肌肉溃烂成疮的情况，适宜使用具有止痛、定脓、生肌功效的麒麟血散方。
将上述药物捣碎并过筛成粉末，用鸡毛在疮口内轻轻拂拭，然后再贴上膏药。注意不要让伤口轻易接触风和水气。

风化锻石〔七（十）两，细研，用小便浸泡三天三夜，浸透后滤出晒干研为末〕 麒麟血（三两，去掉末端炒至紫色） 鸡子（十个，取蛋清与风化灰混合做成三个丸，放入炭火中烧至红色，取出放在地上退去火毒一夜）
将上述药物全部细细研为粉末，随时撒在疮上，效果神奇。
将上述药物捣碎过细罗成为散剂，薄薄地贴在疮上，可止痛、治疗干疮，效果神奇。
紫藤香（二两） 马齿苋（十两，阴干） 薯蓣（二两） 黄丹（二两，用猪脑髓调和成白色，用火烤至通红，放在地上退去火毒一夜）
将上述药物捣碎过细罗成为散剂。凡是有损伤，疮痕长久不愈合的，敷上此药即可使疮口干燥。
治疗跌打损伤疼痛，去除腹脏内部损伤，消散毒气不散，止痛生肌，使用黄 散方。（注：原文此处“黄 ”似有缺字，通常指黄芪或大黄等，依原文保留）

又一方。
将上述药物捣碎放入沙瓶中，用泥密封瓶身四周，待干后，用一斤炭火煅烧半天取出，埋入地下三天，退去火毒后，捣碎过筛成粉末，敷于疮上，生肉、干燥疮口立即见效。
For all injuries resulting from falls, dismounting accidents, crushing by vehicles, or any trauma where the skin is broken and flesh ulcerates into sores, it is appropriate to use Qilin Xue San (Kylin Blood Powder) for its analgesic, pus-stabilizing, and tissue-regenerating properties.
Qilin Xue (Lion's Blood, *Draconis Sanguis*, 1 liang) Sheng Ren Ya (Human Teeth, Raw, 0.5 liang) Miduo Seng (Lead Monoxide, *Lithargyrum*, 0.5 liang)
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into a fine powder. Gently brush the powder into the sore with a chicken feather, then apply an ointment plaster. Avoid exposing the wound to wind and water.
For dry sores to relieve pain and promote flesh growth, use Hei Shen San (Black Divine Powder).

Finely grind the above ingredients thoroughly. Mix evenly with pig fat. Apply to the sore using a willow wood spatula; immediate effect is expected.
For dry sores to relieve pain, regenerate tissue, stop bleeding from metal wounds (*Jin Chuang*), use Ji Jin Chuang Zhi Xue San (Metal Wound Hemostatic Powder).
Feng Hua Duan Shi (Weathered Calcined Iron Ore, 7-10 liang, finely ground, soaked in urine for three days and nights, filtered, dried, and ground), Qilin Xue (Lion's Blood, 3 liang, ends removed, stir-fried until purple), Ji Zi (Chicken Egg, 10 units, take the white, mix with weathered ash to form three pills, burn in charcoal fire until red, remove, place on ground to eliminate "fire toxicity" overnight).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Sprinkle onto the sore as needed; miraculous efficacy.
To promote flesh growth, relieve pain, and regenerate tissue, use Bing Lang San (Areca Nut Powder).
Bing Lang (Areca Seed, *Arecae Semen*, 1 liang) Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome, *Coptidis Rhizoma*, 1 liang, remove roots) Mu Xiang (Aucklandia Root, *Aucklandiae Radix*, 1 liang)
Pulverize the above ingredients through a fine sieve to make a powder. Apply thinly over the sore; relieves pain and treats dry sores with miraculous efficacy.
For dry sores, promoting flesh growth, and relieving pain, use Zi Teng Xiang San (Purple Vine Fragrance Powder).
Zi Teng Xiang (Purple Vine Fragrance [likely *Millettia speciosa* or similar aromatic wood], 2 liang) Ma Chi Xian (Purslane, *Portulacae Herba*, 10 liang, shade-dried) Shu Yu (Yam Tuber, *Dioscoreae Rhizoma*, 2 liang) Huang Dan (Red Lead, *Plumbi Oxidum Rubrum*, 2 liang, mixed with pig brain marrow to a white paste, heated until red-hot, placed on ground to eliminate "fire toxicity" overnight).
Grind the above ingredients through a fine sieve to make a powder. For any injury where sores or scars fail to heal for a long time, applying this will dry the sore.
To treat pain from fractures and sprains, resolve internal organ damage from trauma, dissipate toxic qi, relieve pain, and regenerate tissue, use Huang [Missing Character] San (Yellow ... Powder).
Huang [Missing Character] (1 liang, chopped) Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix Rubra*, 1 liang) Shu Gan Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root, *Rehmanniae Radix Preparata*, 1 liang) Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger, *Zingiberis Rhizoma*, 1 fen, processed until cracked and chopped) Fu Zi (Processed Aconite Lateral Root, *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata*, 0.5 liang, processed until cracked, peel and remove rootlet) Xu Duan (Teasel Root, *Dipsaci Radix*, 0.5 liang) Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*, 1 liang) Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*, 1 liang, chopped and lightly stir-fried) Mu Tong (Akebia Stem, *Akebiae Caulis*, 0.5 liang, chopped).
Pulverize the above ingredients through a fine sieve to make a powder. For each dose, mix 2 qian with warm wine and ingest. Take 3-4 times daily.
For injuries from high falls with open sores, to relieve pain, dry the sore, and promote flesh growth, use San Fang (Powder Formula).

Duan Shi (Calcined Iron Ore, *Ferrum Oxydatum Rubrum*, 3 liang) Yan (Salt, *Natrii Chloridum*, 1.5 liang) Tong Qing (Verdigris, *Cupri Acetas*, 1.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients and place them in a clay pot. Seal the sides of the pot with mud. Once dry, calcine with one jin of charcoal fire for half a day. Remove and bury in the ground for three days. After eliminating "fire toxicity," grind and sieve into a powder. Apply to the sore; regenerates flesh and dries sores with immediate effect.
