产后小腹痛，是由于分娩时恶露排出量少，胞宫络脉间有残留血液，与气机相互搏击，导致小腹疼痛。
若因再次感受邪气，治疗产后余血不散，导致小腹疼痛剧烈难以忍受的，用雄黄散方。
雄黄（一两）、硇砂（半两，细研）、麝香（一分）、熊胆（一分）、石炭（二两，末）、水蛭（一两，微炒）。
以上药物，全部细细研磨成散剂。不分时候，用热酒送服半钱。
治疗产后恶血不尽，小腹拘急撮痛，用没药散方。
没药（一两）、赤芍药（一两）、桂心（一两半）、当归（一两，锉碎，微炒）、白芷（一两）、川芎（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用热酒调服二钱。
治疗产后恶血不尽，结聚不散，小腹疼痛，用琥珀散方。
琥珀（半两）、当归（三分，锉碎，微炒）、没药（半两）、青橘皮（半两，汤浸去白瓤，焙干）、赤芍药（半两）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用豆淋酒调服一钱。

以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成末。用醋熬炼硇砂如饴糖状，和药丸如梧桐子大。不分时候，温酒送服十丸。
又一方。
鲤鱼鳞（二两）、乱发（一两）、故绯帛（一两）。
以上药物，都放入瓶子内，用瓦片盖住，用盐泥封固缝隙，逐渐加大火，烧至通红为止。冷却后取出，细细研磨成末。
又一方。
五灵脂（半两）、桃仁（半两，汤浸去皮尖，双仁者麸炒微黄）。
以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成末。用炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。不分时候，用热酒送服二十丸。
又一方。
赤芍药（一两）、芸苔子（一两，微炒）。
以上药物，捣碎过细罗筛成散剂。不分时候，用热酒调服一钱。
Abdominal pain in the lower abdomen after childbirth is caused by insufficient discharge of lochia during delivery, leaving residual blood in the uterine collaterals. This residual blood clashes with Qi, resulting in lower abdominal pain.
For unbearable lower abdominal pain due to the failure of residual blood to dissipate after childbirth, use Xionghuang San (Realgar Powder).
Xionghuang (Realgar) (1 liang), Naosha (Ammonium Chloride) (0.5 liang, finely ground), Shexiang (Musk) (1 fen), Xiongdan (Bear Bile) (1 fen), Shitan (Coal) (2 liang, powdered), Shuizhi (Leech) (1 liang, slightly stir-fried).
All ingredients are finely ground into a powder. Administer half a qian with warm wine at any time.
For lower abdominal cramping and pain due to incomplete expulsion of evil blood after childbirth, use Moyao San (Myrrh Powder).

For lower abdominal pain due to the accumulation of incomplete expulsion of evil blood after childbirth, use Hupo San (Amber Powder).
