产后气血虚弱，夹杂寒邪。寒邪与血相搏结，导致血液凝滞无法消散。气机逆乱向上，则血液随气上冲，冲击心脏。
凡是分娩之后，治疗产后恶血上冲心胸所致的神志昏迷、不省人事且不能言语的症状，使用刘寄奴散方。

治疗产后恶血未尽，上冲心胸引起疼痛，呼吸急促烦躁不安，使用乌金散方。

鲤鱼（二两） 乱发（一两） 皂荚（一根，长七八寸的） 砂（一两） 穿山甲（一两） 香墨（半挺）
以上药材，一同放入密封好的瓷瓶内，用泥密封瓶口，待干后，用炭火烧至通红，冷却后取出，加入麝香一分，一同研磨极细。每次服用，不分时候，用红蓝花酒调服一钱。
玳瑁屑 延胡索 当归（切碎，微炒） 赤鲤鱼鳞（烧成灰） 麝香（细研，各三分） 琥珀 水蛭（炒制）
以上药材，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，加入已研好的药末，搅拌均匀。每次服用，不分时候，用温酒调服一钱。
麝香（一分，细研） 朱砂（一两，细研，水飞法处理） 乌鸦毛（二两，烧成灰） 香墨（半挺） 苏枋木（一两）
以上药材，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，加入朱砂和麝香搅拌均匀。不分时候，用温酒调服二钱。
赤鲤鱼鳞（二两，烧成灰） 虻虫（半两，炒至微黄，去翅足） 狗胆（半两，干燥者） 蒲黄（半两） 乱发（二两）
以上药材，一同研磨极细。不分时候，煎煮生姜和童子小便，调服一钱。
麒麟竭（二两） 没药（一两） 木香（一两） 代赭石（半两） 麝香（半两，细研）
以上药材，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次服用，煎煮当归酒调服二钱。如人行走五七里后再服一次，可排出恶血，效果神奇。
治疗产后恶血上冲心胸，神志昏迷，以及血气疼痛难以忍受，使用没药丸方。
没药 麒麟竭 当归（切碎，微炒） 芫花（烧成灰） 姜黄 金罗藤 凌霄花（以上各半两） 麝香（适量）
以上药材，捣碎过细罗成为散剂，加入已研好的药末，搅拌均匀。用醋煮面糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。不分时候，用温酒送服。
治疗产后恶血上冲心胸，眼前发黑，时而怕冷发热，时而胡言乱语，或者腹部疼痛难以忍受，使用芫花丸方。
芫花 香墨 釜下墨 当归（切碎，微炒） 姜黄 威灵仙（以上各一两） 砒黄（半两）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成为粉末。取生姜汁一盏，醋一盏，同熬药末成膏状。加入神曲末半两，调和制成如绿豆大小的丸药。不分时候，煎煮当归酒送服七或十丸。
生地黄汁（半中盏） 凌霄根汁（半中盏） 槟榔（二枚，切碎） 羚羊角屑（半两）
以上药材，混合在一起，煎煮五到七沸，滤去渣滓，加入酒三合，分为三次服用，温热服用。

以上药材混合，细研成为散剂，不分时候，用热酒调服一钱。

黑豆〔二或三合，炒熟〕 浓醋（一大盏）
先煎醋使其极度沸腾，然后投入豆子，煎煮两三沸，捞出。每次服用半合，或者加入煎汤一合混合，温热服用。

鸡蛋（一枚） 米泔水（一合） 醋（二合）
以上药材，先煎醋及米泔水两三沸，打入鸡蛋搅匀。不分时候，服用半合。
以上药材混合，煎煮两三沸，分三次温热服用。
以上药材，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入生姜半分，煎至六分，滤去渣滓，不分时候温热服用。
治疗产后七日内，恶血不散，时时上冲心胸，神志昏迷不认识人，使用荷叶散方。

以上药材，捣碎过筛成为散剂。用水一大盏，煎至六分，滤去渣滓，加入地黄汁二合，再煎煮两三沸，不分时候，分两次温热服用。
