心胸
治吐血衄血。此为内损。或劳伤所致。宜服竹茹散方。
青竹茹（一两） 白芍药（一两） 芎 （一两） 桂心（一两） 生干地黄（三两） 当

上件药。捣筛为散。每服三钱。以水一中盏。煎至六分。去滓。不计时候。温服。
治吐血衄血。至一斗不止。宜服麦门冬饮子方。
生麦门冬汁（五合） 生刺蓟汁（五合） 生地黄汁（五合）
上件药汁相和。于银锅中。略暖过。每服一小盏。调伏龙肝末一钱。服之。
治吐血衄血。藕汁饮子方。
生藕汁（三合） 生地黄汁（三合） 牛蒡根汁（二合） 生蜜（一匙）
上件药汁。调和令匀。每服一小盏。细细饮之。
治吐血衄血不止。郁金散方。
郁金 木香 飞罗面 黄柏（锉以上各一两） 甘草（一两半炙微赤锉）
上件药。捣罗为散。以生地黄汁一大盏。旋旋拌药后。焙令干。又拌之。令地黄汁尽为
度。
治吐血衄血。立效鸡子白丸方。
鸡子白（三个） 好香墨（二两）
上件药。捣墨细罗为末。以鸡子白和丸。如梧桐子大。不计时候。以生地黄汁下十丸。
治吐血衄血。或发或止。皆心脏积热所致。宜服黄芩散方。
黄芩（一两去心中黑腐）
上捣细罗为散。每服三钱。以水一中盏。煎至六分。不计时候。和滓温服。
又方。
伏龙肝（一两）
上捣细罗为散。不计时候。以蜜水调下二钱。
又方。
贝母（一两炮令黄）
上捣细罗为散。不计时候。以温浆调下二钱。
治吐血衄血。积日不止方。
新羊血
上热饮一二小盏即愈。慎勿刺羊取血。神道不 。当无瘥也。
又方。
石榴树根下地龙粪（不限多少细研）
上以新汲水一中盏。调三钱。饮之即瘥。
又方。
柿（楮）叶
上捣绞取汁。不计时候。服一小盏。
又方。
人中白
上细研为散。入少许麝香相和。以少许吹入鼻中。立效。
凡是口鼻同时出血的，是由于劳倦和热邪引起的。因为血本归属于心，在经脉中流行运行，不会暂时停滞。一旦关窍不利，就会导致心胸部位受损。治疗吐血、衄血，这属于内伤损及血脉，多由劳倦损伤所致。适宜服用竹茹散方。
青竹茹（一两） 白芍药（一两） 川芎（一两） 桂心（一两） 生干地黄（三两） 当归（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，滤去药渣。不分时候，温服。
治疗吐血、衄血，出血量达到一斗仍不止者，适宜服用麦门冬饮子方。
以上药汁混合在一起，放入银锅中，稍微加热暖过。每次服用一小盏，调入伏龙肝末一钱，服用。
生藕汁（三合） 生地黄汁（三合） 牛蒡根汁（二合） 生蜜（一匙）
以上药汁，调和均匀。每次服用一小盏，细细饮下。
郁金 木香 飞罗面 黄柏（锉碎，以上各一两） 甘草（一两半，炙微赤，锉碎）
以上药物，捣碎过罗制成散剂。用生地黄汁一大盏，反复拌药后，焙干。再拌之，直到生地黄汁用完为止。
以上药物，将墨捣细过罗成末，用鸡子白和丸，如梧桐子大小。不分时候，用生地黄汁送服十丸。
治疗吐血、衄血，或发作或停止，都是心脏积热所致。适宜服用黄芩散方。
以上药物，捣细过罗成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，不分时候，连同药渣一起温服。
又一方。
伏龙肝（一两）
以上药物，捣细过罗成散剂。不分时候，用蜜水调服二钱。
又一方。
贝母（一两，炮令黄色）
以上药物，捣细过罗成散剂。不分时候，用温浆水调服二钱。
新羊血
以上药物，加热饮用一二小盏即可痊愈。千万不要刺羊取血，否则违背神道，病就不会痊愈。
又一方。
以上药物，用新汲水一中盏，调服三钱，喝下即愈。

柿（楮）叶
以上药物，捣碎绞取汁液。不分时候，服用一小盏。
又一方。
以上药物，细研成散剂，加入少许麝香混合。取少量吹入鼻中，立即见效。
When bleeding occurs from both the mouth and the nose, it is caused by exhaustion and heat. Blood belongs to the Heart (Xin) and circulates through the meridians without pausing. If a pathway becomes obstructed, it leads to damage in the chest and heart region. The treatment of hematemesis (vomiting blood) and epistaxis (nosebleed), which constitutes internal injury often resulting from overexertion, is suitable for the Zhuru San (Bamboo Shavings Powder).
Qingzhuru (Green Bamboo Shavings, 1 liang), Baishao Yao (White Peony Root, 1 liang), Xiong (Szechwan Lovage Rhizome, 1 liang), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Bark, 1 liang), Shenggan Dihuang (Raw Dried Rehmannia Root, 3 liang), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, 1 liang).
The above herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one zhongzhan (approx. 200-250 ml) of water until reduced to six-tenths, strain, and take warm at any time.
For hematemesis and epistaxis where bleeding amounts to one dou (approx. 10 liters) and does not stop, the Menmendong Yinzi (Ophiopogon Decoction) is suitable.
Sheng Menmendong Zhi (Fresh Ophiopogon Juice, 5 he), Sheng Ciji Zhi (Fresh Pteris Multifida Juice, 5 he), Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice, 5 he).
Mix the above juices, warm them slightly in a silver pot. Take one xiaozhan (approx. 50-60 ml) per dose, mixed with 1 qian of Fulonggan (Hearth Earth) powder.
For hematemesis and epistaxis, the Ou Zhi Yinzi (Lotus Root Juice Drink) is used.
Sheng Ou Zhi (Fresh Lotus Root Juice, 3 he), Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice, 3 he), Niubanggen Zhi (Arctium Root Juice, 2 he), Sheng Mi (Fresh Honey, 1 chi).
Mix the above juices evenly. Take one xiaozhan per dose, sip slowly.
For persistent hematemesis and epistaxis, the Yujin San (Curcuma Powder) is used.
Yujin (Turmeric Tuber), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Feiluo Mian (Fine Wheat Flour), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, sliced, 1 liang each), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried until slightly red and sliced, 1.5 liang).
The above herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Mix with one zhongzhan of Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice), stir, and bake until dry. Repeat stirring and baking until the juice is exhausted.
For immediate effect in treating hematemesis and epistaxis, the Lixiao Jizi Bai Wan (Egg White Pill) is used.
Jizi Bai (Egg White, 3 units), Hao Xiangmo (Good Ink Stick, 2 liang).
Crush the ink finely, sift it, and mix with egg white to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take ten pills at any time, washed down with Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice).
Hematemesis and epistaxis that come and go are caused by accumulated heat in the Heart. The Huangqin San (Scutellaria Powder) is suitable.
Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, 1 liang, remove black rot from the center).
Crush finely, sift, and make into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one zhongzhan of water until reduced to six-tenths, and take warm with the dregs at any time.
Another prescription:
Fulonggan (Hearth Earth, 1 liang).
Crush finely, sift, and take 2 qian at any time, mixed with honey water.
Another prescription:
Beimu (Fritillaria Bulb, 1 liang, processed until yellow).
Crush finely, sift, and take 2 qian at any time, mixed with warm fermented grain liquid.
For hematemesis and epistaxis persisting for many days:
Xin Yangxue (Fresh Sheep Blood).
Heat and drink one or two xiaozhan; recovery will follow. Do not obtain blood by stabbing the sheep, as this violates divine principles and the illness will not heal.
Another prescription:
Dilong Fen (Earthworm Excrement) under Pomegranate Tree Roots (quantity unlimited, finely ground).
Take 3 qian mixed with one zhongzhan of fresh well water; drinking it will cure the condition.
Another prescription:
Shiye (Persimmon Leaf) or Chu Ye (Paper Mulberry Leaf).
Crush and press to extract juice. Take one xiaozhan at any time.
Another prescription:
Renzhongbai (Calculus Bileum / Human Tooth Deposit).
Finely grind into a powder, mix with a small amount of Shexiang (Musk), and insufflate a small amount into the nose for immediate effect.
