妊娠期间如果调养得当，气血就会调和。因此胎儿在母体内就能安稳，分娩时也容易顺利。如果生活起居调节失宜，就会导致气血紊乱。
凡是胎气上逼心脏，就会出现胸闷窒息感，待胎气下行后才会苏醒，严重的甚至会导致死亡。
治疗妊娠期胎气上逼心脏、下血不止的阿胶散方：
阿胶（捣碎炒至黄燥）一两，川芎一两，当归（切碎微炒）一两，熟干地黄一两。以上各一两。银器一斤，用水一斗煎煮成汁。
将上述药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用银器煎制的药汁一中盏，煎至六分，去渣，不分时候温服。
治疗胎动不安、气逼心脏、烦闷欲绝，具有安胎止痛功效的桑寄生散方：
桑寄生一两，当归（切碎微炒）一两，川芎一两，人参（去芦头）一两，甘草（炙至微赤并切碎）一两。以上各一两。
将上述药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，加入葱白七寸，煎至六分，去渣，不分时候温服。
治疗胎气上逼心脏、烦闷倦怠的当归散方：
当归（一两切碎微炒），甘草（一两炙至微赤切碎），阿胶（一两捣碎炒至黄燥），人参（一两去芦头）。
将上述药物捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，加入葱白七寸，煎至六分，去渣，不分时候温服。
治疗胎气上逼心脏引起心痛、热迫下血的方剂：
取神曲半斤，捣碎，用热水调和，绞取汁液三中盏，不分时候，分五次温服。
治疗胎气上逼心脏引起烦闷的方剂：
取葱白，不限数量，浓煮取汁饮用。
治疗胎位不顺、胎气上逼心脏的方剂：
取黑狗血，少量饮用。通常能促使瘀血排出。
堕胎后损伤了经脉，经脉既然虚弱，所以出现下血不止的症状。如果下血量多，会导致烦闷，甚至危及生命。
治疗妊娠期损伤胎儿、下血不止、腹内疼痛的地榆散方：
地榆（三分切碎），干姜（一分炮裂切碎），当归（三分切碎微炒），龙骨（三分），川芎（三分），牛角腮（一两，炮裂切碎）。
将上述药物捣细过筛制成散剂，不分时候，用米粥汤调下二钱。
治疗妊娠期损伤胎儿后、下血不止的当归散方：
当归（三分切碎微炒），龙骨（三分），地榆（半两切碎），艾叶（半两），阿胶（三分捣碎炒至黄燥）。
将上述药物捣细过筛制成散剂，不分时候，用米粥汤调下二钱。
治疗妊娠期损伤胎元、下血不止、腹痛，适宜服用此方：
阿胶（一两捣碎炒至黄燥），艾叶（半两）。
将上述药物用水一大盏，煎至六分，去渣，饭前分两次温服。
治疗妊娠期损伤胎元、下血不止的方剂：
甘草（一两炙至微赤切碎），阿胶（二两捣碎炒至黄燥），鸡蛋一枚。
将上述药物用水两大盏，先煮甘草取汁一盏三分，去渣，然后放入鸡蛋及阿胶，待胶稍熟搅拌，不分时候服用。
治疗堕胎后，恶露排出，四肢虚弱，困倦烦闷不能自持的艾叶散方：
艾叶（三分微炒），地榆（一两切碎），干姜（三分炮裂切碎），当归（一两微炒），赤石脂（三分）。
将上述药物捣细过筛制成散剂，每次于饭前，用淡竹沥调下二钱。
治疗妊娠三个月后，偶尔受到损伤，下血不止，绕脐疼痛，呕吐逆乱，胸闷窒息的白胶散方：
白胶（鹿角胶）（二两捣碎炒至黄燥），人参（去芦头），半夏（汤洗七遍去滑腻），秦艽（去苗），紫葳（凌霄花），甘草。
将上述药物捣粗罗过筛制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入葱白两根，煎至六分，去渣，不分时候温服。
治疗妊娠期损伤胎儿后、下血不止的当归散方：
当归（三分切碎微炒），熟干地黄（一两），鹿茸（三分去毛涂酥炙），白胶（一两捣碎炒至黄燥）。
将上述药物捣细过筛制成散剂，每次于饭前，用米粥汤调下二钱。
治疗因损伤导致妊娠、下恶血不止的龙骨散方：
龙骨（二分），当归（三分切碎微炒），地榆（三分切碎），艾叶（半两微炒），阿胶（三分捣碎炒至黄燥）。
将上述药物捣细过筛制成散剂，每次于饭前，用米粥汤调下二钱。
又一方：
取桑螵蛸，烧成灰细研，于饭前，用温酒调下一钱。
又一方：
丹参（二两切碎）。
将上述药物用酒一大盏半，煎至一盏，去渣，饭前分三次温服。
治疗妊娠期堕胎，下血不尽，苦于烦满至极，时时寒热，狂乱烦闷的方剂：
鹿角（二两烧成灰细研）。
用水一大盏，煎豆豉一合，取汁六分，分为三次服用。每次调下散剂二钱，每日三四次。
If pregnancy is managed and nourished properly, the Qi and Blood will harmonize. Consequently, the fetus remains secure in the womb, and delivery becomes easy. If daily life and diet are not regulated appropriately, the Qi and Blood will become disordered.
Whenever the fetus presses upward against the heart, it causes chest oppression and syncope; the patient regains consciousness only after the fetal pressure subsides. In severe cases, this may lead to death.
**Ajiu San (Ejiao Powder)** for treating uterine bleeding that does not stop due to fetal pressure against the heart during pregnancy:
* Ejiao (Donkey-hide gelatin) [Colla Corii Asini], crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry, 1 liang
* Chuanxiong Rhizoma [Chuanxiong], chopped and slightly stir-fried, 1 liang
* Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis [Danggui], chopped and slightly stir-fried, 1 liang
* Shugan Dihuang Radix Rehmanniae Preparata [Shudihuang], 1 liang
* Silver vessel, 1 jin, decocted with 1 dou of water to extract juice.
Pulverize the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, mixed with one zhongzhan of the silver-decocted juice. Decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
**Sangjisheng San (Taxus Leaf Powder)** for treating restless fetus pressing against the heart, causing extreme irritability and oppression, with effects of calming the fetus and relieving pain:
* Sangjisheng Taxilli Ramulus et Fructus [Sangjisheng], 1 liang
* Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis [Danggui], chopped and slightly stir-fried, 1 liang
* Chuanxiong Rhizoma [Chuanxiong], 1 liang
* Renshen Ginseng Radix [Renshen], de-gorged, 1 liang
* Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma [Gancao], honey-fried until slightly red and chopped, 1 liang

* Ejiao (Donkey-hide gelatin) [Colla Corii Asini], 1 liang, crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry
* Renshen Ginseng Radix [Renshen], 1 liang, de-gorged
Pulverize the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, with one zhongzhan of water and seven cun of Congbai (Scallion White). Decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm at any time.
**Formula for Fetal Pressure Against the Heart Causing Pain and Heat-Induced Bleeding:**
Take Banqu (Medicated Leaven), half a jin, crush it, mix with hot water, squeeze out three zhongzhan of juice. Divide into five doses, take warm at any time.
**Formula for Fetal Pressure Against the Heart Causing Irritability:**
Take Congbai (Scallion White), in unlimited quantity, decoct thickly and drink the juice.
**Formula for Malposition of Fetus and Fetal Pressure Against the Heart:**
Take blood from a black dog, drink in small amounts. This typically promotes the expulsion of lochia.
After a miscarriage, the meridians are damaged. Since the meridians are deficient, uterine bleeding persists. Excessive bleeding can lead to irritability and even death.
**Diyu San (Sanguisorba Powder)** for treating pregnancy injury to the fetus, persistent uterine bleeding, and abdominal pain:
* Diyu Sanguisorbae Radix [Diyu], 3 fen, chopped
* Jianggan Dried Ginger [Jianggan], 1 fen, processed until cracked and chopped
* Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis [Danggui], 3 fen, chopped and slightly stir-fried
* Longgu Fossilia Os Mastodi et Cornus [Longgu], 3 fen
* Chuanxiong Rhizoma [Chuanxiong], 3 fen
* Niujiaoshan Cow Horn Scale, 1 liang, processed until cracked and chopped

Decoct the above herbs in one large zhan of water until reduced to 6 fen. Strain and divide into two warm doses before meals.
**Formula for Pregnancy Injury Causing Persistent Uterine Bleeding:**
* Gancao Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma [Gancao], 1 liang, honey-fried until slightly red and chopped
* Ejiao (Donkey-hide gelatin) [Colla Corii Asini], 2 liang, crushed and stir-fried until yellow and dry
* Ji Zi Ovum Gallus [Jizi] (Chicken Egg), 1 piece
Decoct Gancao in two large zhan of water to obtain one and one-third zhan of liquid. Strain, then add Ji Zi and Ejiao. Stir until the gelatin is slightly cooked. Take at any time.
**Aiye San (Artemisia Argyi Powder)** for treating post-miscarriage expulsion of foul matter, weakness of the four limbs, and overwhelming fatigue and irritability:
* Aiye Folium Artemisiae Argyi [Aiye], 3 fen, slightly stir-fried
* Diyu Sanguisorbae Radix [Diyu], 1 liang, chopped
* Jianggan Dried Ginger [Jianggan], 3 fen, processed until cracked and chopped
* Dang Gui Radix Angelicae Sinensis [Danggui], 1 liang, slightly stir-fried
* Chishizhi Halloysit Rubrum [Chishizhi], 3 fen
Pulverize the above herbs finely through a sieve. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with Danzhuli (Bamboo Sap).
**Baijiao San (Deer Antler Gelatin Powder)** for treating occasional injury after the third month of pregnancy, persistent uterine bleeding, periumbilical pain, vomiting, and chest oppression/syncope:

**Danggui San (Angelica Sinensis Powder)** for treating persistent uterine bleeding after pregnancy injury to the fetus:

Danshen Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma [Danshen], 2 liang, chopped.
Decoct in one and a half zhan of wine until reduced to one zhan. Strain and divide into two or three warm doses before meals.
**Formula for Post-Miscarriage Persistent Bleeding, Extreme Irritability, Alternating Chills and Fever, and Manic Confusion:**
Lu Jiao (Deer Antler), 2 liang, burned to ash and ground finely.
Decoct Douchi (Fermented Soybean Paste), 1 he, in one large zhan of water to obtain 6 fen of juice. Divide into three doses. Mix each dose with 2 qian of the powder. Take 3-4 times daily.
**Formula for Post-Miscarriage Persistent Uterine Bleeding:**
Extract fresh juice from Shengdihuang Radix Rehmanniae Recens [Shengdihuang], one small zhan. Mix with 1 qian of Daihe Shi Haematites [Daiheishi]. Take 3-4 times daily.
**Formula for Persistent Uterine Bleeding and Pain During Pregnancy:**
Burn domestic chicken feathers to ash and grind finely. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine. Repeat the dose after walking for five li. Continue until symptoms resolve.
