以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣三二百杵，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，用生姜大枣汤送下三十丸，每天三四次。
治疗寒癖气，腹部和胁部胀满，气短，恶心呕吐，手脚冰冷，不想吃东西，腰背疼痛。吴茱萸丸方：
吴茱萸（一两，用水浸泡七遍，焙干后微炒） 浓朴（一两半，去掉粗皮，涂生姜汁炙至香气熟透） 附子（三分，炮裂，水洗七遍，去掉滑腻感）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣三二百杵，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用，用温酒送下三十丸，每天三四次。
治疗寒癖气，结滞涩痛不通，围绕肚脐剧烈疼痛。适宜服用乌头丸方：
川乌头（三分，炮裂，去掉皮和脐） 甘草（半两，炙至微红，锉碎） 甜葶苈（三分，隔纸炒至紫色） 川大黄（三两……[原文此处有缺漏]）

Hanpi (Cold Phlegm-Rub) is a disease caused by the stagnation and accumulation of fluid retention, resulting in stiffness and hardness under the hypochondrium. It causes pain upon exposure to cold, hence the name "Cold Phlegm-Rub." A wiry and large pulse indicates this condition.
For treating Hanqi (Cold Phlegm-Rub Qi), abdominal distension, loss of appetite, and weakness in the four limbs: Baizhu Wan (Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill) Formula.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 1 liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 0.5 liang, roasted until slightly red and cut into pieces) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 1 liang, coarse bark removed, coated with fresh ginger juice, roasted until fragrant and cooked) Helile (Terminalia Chebulae Fructus, 1 liang, baked and stir-fried until slightly yellow).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix with refined honey, pound three to two hundred times, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered with a decoction of fresh ginger and jujube, three to four times daily.
For treating Hanqi (Cold Phlegm-Rub Qi), fullness and distension in the abdomen and hypochondrium, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting, cold hands and feet, loss of appetite, and pain in the waist and back: Wuzhuyu Wan (Evodiae Fructus Pill) Formula.
Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, 1 liang, soaked in water seven times, dried and slightly stir-fried) Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 1.5 liang, coarse bark removed, coated with fresh ginger juice, roasted until fragrant and cooked) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 3 fen, processed until cracked, washed seven times to remove slipperiness).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix with refined honey, pound three to two hundred times, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered with warm wine, three to four times daily.
For treating Hanqi (Cold Phlegm-Rub Qi) characterized by obstruction and涩 (stagnation/pain), severe cutting pain around the umbilicus: Toutou Wan (Aconitum Carmerhanianum Pill) Formula.
Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Radix, 3 fen, processed until cracked, skin and navel removed) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 0.5 liang, roasted until slightly red and cut into pieces) Tiantingli (Semen Lepidii seu Descurainiae, 3 fen, stir-fried between papers until purple) Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 3 liang [text incomplete]).
Crush and sieve the above ingredients into powder. Mix with refined honey, pound three to two hundred times, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose at any time, administered with warm wine.
For treating Hanqi (Cold Phlegm-Rub Qi) where attacks cause pain under the hypochondrium radiating to the bladder, tenesmus, abdominal fullness, and inability to eat: Jiegeng Wan (Platycodon Root Pill) Formula.
Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, 1 liang, radix head removed) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, 1 liang, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow, pulp removed) Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 1 liang, radix head removed) Biejia (Testudinis et Rhynchophoris Carapax et Plastron, 1 liang, coated with vinegar and roasted until yellow) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 1 liang [text incomplete]) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang [text incomplete]).
