猪胆、狗胆、牛胆、鲫鱼胆、蛇胆（以上各一枚）
以上药物，将四种胆汁合并入牛胆内，悬挂在灶北后方，待稍微干燥可制丸时，制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用，用新汲水送服。
治疗小儿渴疳的狗胆丸方：
狗胆（一枚）、猪胆（一枚，以上两种胆汁用米泔水煮过） 干漆（一分，捣碎炒至烟出） 麝香（三分） 腻粉（一分）
以上药物，细研均匀，用猪胆等胆汁和药末制成丸剂，如黄米大小。不拘时候，用冷水送服三丸，根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减。
治疗小儿疳证、大渴不止的铅丹丸方：
铅丹（一分） 铅霜（一分） 黄连末（半两） 石膏末（半两）
以上药物，共同研磨成粉末，用糯米饭和药末制成丸剂，如绿豆大小。每次服用，用新汲水淘米后的泔水研磨送服五丸，每日三四次。
又一方：

以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，炼蜜和药末制成丸剂，如麻子大小。每次服用，用温水送服五丸，每日四五次，根据患儿年龄大小调整。
治疗小儿疳热渴、干枯消瘦的胡黄连散方：
胡黄连（一分） 犀角屑（一分） 生地黄汁（二合） 羊子肝（一具，研取汁） 麝香（半钱，细研）
以上药物，捣碎胡黄连和犀角，细研成散剂，加入麝香令其均匀。用羊子肝汁、地黄汁、蜜等调和均匀。每次服用适量。
治疗小儿疳热烦渴、干枯消瘦的黄连丸方：

取蜗牛子三五十枚，放在干净的盘子里，用东西盖住（令其）爬行，就会排出像银泥一样的物质，用腻粉混合擦拭后，随即制成丸剂。
又一方：
杏仁（一分，热水浸泡去皮尖双仁） 腻粉（一钱）
以上药物，研磨杏仁如膏状，加入腻粉混合均匀，用面糊制成丸剂，如绿豆大小。空腹时用粥饮送服三丸。
治疗小儿疳证、常渴、喝冷水不停止的麝香丸方：
麝香（一分） 人中白（一分）
以上药物，共同研磨极细，用蒸饼和药末制成丸剂，如麻子大小。一至两岁的幼儿，每次服用煎好的皂荚汤送服二丸，空腹及午后各一次。
治疗小儿热疳渴方：
黄连末（半两） 定粉（一两，微炒）
以上药物，共同细研均匀。不拘时候，用熟水调服半钱，再根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减。
