夫小儿丹发。两臂赤。起如李子。谓之鬼火丹也。
治小儿鬼火丹方。
戎盐（一两） 附子（一枚烧灰）
上件药。细研为散。以雄鸡血调涂之。

景天草（五两） 蛇衔草〔一（三）两〕
上件药。捣如泥。以鸡血调涂之。
夫小儿丹发。赤斑斑如梅子。遍背腹。谓之野火丹也。
治小儿野火丹方。

上件药。细研为散。以鸡子白调。数涂之。以瘥为度。

灶中黄土（一两） 青竹叶（二两烧灰）
上件药。细研为散。以鸡子白和涂之。

白僵蚕（二十枚） 慎火草（一两）
上件药。捣令烂。涂之。

梓木白皮（三两） 蓼叶（三两）
上件药。烧为灰。细研。以鸡子白和。数数涂之。以瘥为度。
夫小儿丹发如灼。在胁下正赤。初从额起。而多痛。谓之萤火丹也。
治小儿萤火丹方
赤小豆（一合） 硝石（半两） 寒水石（一分）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每服。以冷水调下半钱。日三服。量儿大小。加减服之。
又方。
灶中黄土（一合） 生油（二合）
上件药。研和如泥。时用涂之。以瘥为度。若痛上阴。不治即杀人。

上取慎火草捣罗烂。以醋调涂之。
小儿丹毒发作时，双臂出现红色皮疹，隆起如李子大小，这种称为鬼火丹。
治疗小儿鬼火丹的方剂：

小儿丹毒发作时，皮肤出现红色斑片，颜色鲜红如梅子，遍布背部和腹部，这种称为野火丹。
治疗小儿野火丹的方剂：

白僵蚕（二十枚） 慎火草（一两）
将上述药物，捣烂后涂抹患处。
小儿丹毒初发时，出现在双颊、双侧腋下、双侧上臂，这种称为家火丹。
治疗小儿家火丹的方剂：
梓木白皮（三两） 蓼叶（三两）
将上述药物，烧成炭灰，细细研磨。用鸡蛋清调和，频繁涂抹。以痊愈为度。
小儿丹毒发作时，如同被灼烧，位于胁下且颜色正红，起初从额头开始，疼痛明显，这种称为萤火丹。
治疗小儿萤火丹的方剂：
赤小豆（一合） 硝石（半两） 寒水石（一分）
将上述药物，捣碎并过细筛成散剂。每次服用，用冷水调服半钱。每日三次服用。根据患儿年龄大小，增减剂量服用。
另一个方剂：
灶中黄土（一合） 生油（二合）
将上述药物，研磨混合成泥状，随时涂抹患处。以痊愈为度。如果疼痛部位出现黑色坏死（阴），不治疗就会致死。
另一个方剂：
取慎火草捣烂过筛，用醋调和后涂抹患处。
When infantile erysipelas (infantile red skin disease) erupts, the arms become red and raised like plums; this is called "Ghost Fire Erysipelas" (Guihuo Dan).
Formula for treating Ghost Fire Erysipelas in infants:
Rongyan (Halite, 1 liang)
Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix, 1 piece, calcined to ash)
Grind the above ingredients finely into a powder. Mix with rooster blood and apply topically.
Another formula:
Jingtiancao (Sedum aizoon Herb, 5 liang)
Shexiancao (Patrinia villosa Herb, 3 liang)
Pound the above ingredients into a paste. Mix with chicken blood and apply topically.
When infantile erysipelas erupts, presenting as bright red macules resembling plums, covering the back and abdomen, this is called "Wild Fire Erysipelas" (Yehuo Dan).
Formula for treating Wild Fire Erysipelas in infants:
Xionghuang (Realgar, 0.5 liang)
Rongyan (Halite, 0.5 liang)
Grind the above ingredients finely into a powder. Mix with egg white and apply repeatedly until healed.
Another formula:
Zaozhong Huangtu (Yellow earth from the hearth, 1 liang)
Qingzhuye (Green bamboo leaf, 2 liang, calcined to ash)
Grind the above ingredients finely into a powder. Mix with egg white and apply topically.
Another formula:
Baijiangcan (White silkworm, 20 pieces)
Shenhuaocao (Artemisia argyi Herb, 1 liang)
Pound the above ingredients until soft and apply topically.
When infantile erysipelas first appears on both cheeks, both axillae, and both upper arms, this is called "House Fire Erysipelas" (Jiahuo Dan).
Formula for treating House Fire Erysipelas in infants:
Zimu Baidi (Inner bark of Catalpa tree, 3 liang)
Liaoye (Polygonum multiflorum leaf, 3 liang)
Calcine the above ingredients to ash, grind finely. Mix with egg white and apply frequently until healed.
When infantile erysipelas erupts with a burning sensation, appearing bright red under the hypochondrium, starting from the forehead and accompanied by significant pain, this is called "Firefly Erysipelas" (Yinghuo Dan).
Formula for treating Firefly Erysipelas in infants:
Chixiaodou (Adzuki bean, 1 he)
Xiaoshi (Niter/Saltpeter, 0.5 liang)
Hanshuishi (Calcitum/Halloysite, 1 fen)
Pound the above ingredients finely and sieve into a powder. For each dose, mix half a qian with cold water and take orally. Administer three times daily. Adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size.
Another formula:
Zaozhong Huangtu (Yellow earth from the hearth, 1 he)
Shengyou (Raw oil, 2 he)
Grind and mix the above ingredients into a paste. Apply topically as needed until healed. If the painful area turns black/necrotic (yin), failure to treat will result in death.
Another formula:
Take Shenhuaocao (Artemisia argyi Herb), pound it finely, mix with vinegar, and apply topically.
