茵陈（一分） 栀子仁（一分） 川大黄（一分，锉碎，微炒） 秦艽（一分，去苗） 川朴硝（半两）
以上药材，捣罗成末，用炼蜜调和做成丸药，如绿豆大小。不分时候，用温水送服五丸。根据孩子的大小，加减剂量服用。
治疗小儿各种黄病的大黄散方：
川大黄（半两，锉碎，微炒） 黄连（半两，去须） 栝蒌根（半两） 黄芩（半两） 栀子仁（半两）
以上药材，捣粗罗成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣滓。不分时候温服。根据孩子的大小，酌情增减。
治疗小儿热毒攻犯脾胃，遍身俱黄，小便赤涩，大便困难，心神躁热，两眼赤黄的大黄丸方：
川升麻（半两） 龙胆（半两，去芦头） 栀子仁（半两） 黄芩（半两） 川大黄（半两，锉碎，微炒）
以上药材，捣罗成末，用炼蜜调和做成丸药，如梧桐子大小。不分时候，用新汲水研化后送服三丸。三岁以上儿童，增加剂量。
治疗小儿各种黄病，心胸壅闷，宜服用的大黄丸方：
川大黄（半两，锉碎，微炒） 茵陈（半两） 甜葶苈（半两，隔纸炒至紫色）
以上药材，捣罗成末，用炼蜜调和做成丸药，如梧桐子大小。不分时候，用新汲水研化后送服三丸。根据孩子的大小，增加剂量。
又一方：
赤小豆（二十一粒，炒熟） 瓜蒂（一十四枚） 粳米（四十粒）
以上药材，捣细罗成散剂。取绿豆大小的量吹入患儿鼻中，有黄水流出即痊愈。
治疗小儿浑身及面色都发黄，宜服用的黄瓜丸方：
黄连（一两，去须） 胡黄连（半两）
以上药材，捣罗成末。取一个黄瓜，去掉瓤，留一小盏空间不放入药末。然后用盖子盖好，用大麦面包裹烧制。分几次服用。
又一方：
取土瓜根捣取汁一大合，加蜜半匙混合，慢慢服用。
又一方：
秦艽（半两，去苗）
以上药材捣细罗成散剂。每次服用一钱，用牛乳一合，煎煮一两沸，去渣滓。不分时候温服。三岁以下的儿童减量。
又一方：
捣韭根取汁，用少许滴入患儿鼻中，有黄水流出即痊愈。
