治小便出血。心神烦热。口干。眠卧不安。柏叶散方。
柏叶（二两微炙） 黄芩（二两） 车前子（二两） 甘草（二两炙微赤锉） 阿胶（二

上件药。捣粗罗为散。每服四钱。以水一中盏。入生地黄半两。竹叶二七片。
煎至六分。去滓。每于食前温服。
治尿血。水道中痛不可忍。茅根散方。
白茅根（三两锉） 赤芍药（一两） 滑石（二两） 木通（二两锉） 子芩（一两半）

治虚损。膀胱有热。尿血不止。宜服蒲黄丸方。
蒲黄（一两） 生干地黄（二两） 葵子（一两） 黄 （一两锉） 麦门冬（二两去
心焙） 荆
实（三分） 当归（三分锉微炒） 赤茯苓（一两） 车前子（三分）
上件药。捣罗为末。炼蜜和捣三二百杵。丸如梧桐子大。每于食前。以粥饮下三十丸。
又方。
大麻子根（三两锉） 乱发灰（研令细）
上以水二大盏。煎麻根取一盏三分。去滓。每于食前。暖一小盏。调下发灰一钱。
又方。
蒲黄（二两） 郁金（二两）
上件药。捣细罗为散。每于食前。以粥饮调下二钱。
又方。
生地黄汁（五合） 生藕汁（五合） 蜜（一合）
上三味相和。暖令温。食前分为三服。
尿血这一病症，是由于膀胱内有外来热邪，导致血液渗入膀胱的缘故。血液遇到热邪就会妄行，因此因热而流散，渗入膀胱内部从而出现尿血。
治疗小便出血、心神烦热、口干、睡眠不安的柏叶散方：
柏叶（二两，微炙） 黄芩（二两） 车前子（二两） 甘草（二两，炙至微赤并锉碎） 阿胶（二两，捣碎后炒至黄色干燥）
以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，加入生地黄半两、竹叶十四片，煎煮至剩余六分药液，滤去药渣。每次在饭前温服。
治疗尿血、尿道中疼痛难忍的茅根散方：
白茅根（三两，锉碎） 赤芍药（一两） 滑石（二两） 木通（二两，锉碎） 子芩（一两半） 葵子（二两） 乱发灰（一两半）
以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至剩余六分药液，滤去药渣。每次在饭前温服。
治疗小便尿血，皆因膀胱有虚热所致，适宜服用此方：
柏叶（一两，微炙） 黄芩（一两） 甘草（一两，炙至微赤并锉碎） 阿胶（一两，捣碎后炒至黄色干燥）
以上药物，捣细并过筛成散剂。每次在饭前，用暖好的生地黄汁一小盏，调服二钱散剂。
治疗因劳损导致尿血不止的方子：
生地黄汁（五合） 车前叶汁（五合） 鹿角胶（三两，捣碎后炒至黄色干燥）
以上药物，将两种汁液混合。每次在饭前，取暖好的一小盏，调服胶末二钱。
治疗虚损、膀胱有热、尿血不止的蒲黄丸方：
蒲黄（一两） 生干地黄（二两） 葵子（一两） 黄芪（一两，锉碎） 麦门冬（二两，去心焙干） 葶苈子（三分） 当归（三分，锉碎微炒） 赤茯苓（一两） 车前子（三分）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用米汤送服三十丸。
又一方：
大麻子根（三两，锉碎） 乱发灰（研细）
以上药物，用水两大盏，煎煮麻根取药液一盏三分，滤去药渣。每次在饭前，取暖好的一小盏，调服发灰一钱。
Hematuria (blood in urine) is caused by exogenous heat pathogens residing in the Bladder, causing blood to渗 into the bladder. Blood tends to act recklessly when exposed to heat; thus, due to heat, it flows and scatters, infiltrating the interior of the bladder and resulting in hematuria.
Formula for treating bleeding from urination accompanied by mental restlessness, irritability, dry mouth, and restless sleep: Boye San (Cacumen Platycladi Powder).
Cacumen Platycladi (Boye, 2 liang, slightly roasted)
Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 2 liang)
Plantaginis Semen (Cheqianzi, 2 liang)
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 2 liang, roasted until slightly reddish-brown and chopped)
Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao, 2 liang, crushed and roasted until yellow and dry)
Crush the above ingredients and sieve them coarsely to make a powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add 1 zhong zhan of water, half a liang of fresh Radix Rehmanniae (Sheng Dihuang), and 14 leaves of Bambusae Folium (Zhuye). Decoct until one-sixth of the liquid remains. Strain off the dregs. Take warm before meals.
Formula for treating hematuria with unbearable pain in the urinary tract: Maogen San (Imperatae Rhizoma Powder).
Rhizoma Imperatae Bai (Baimaogen, 3 liang, chopped)
Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao, 1 liang)
Talcum (Huashi, 2 liang)
Akebiae Caulis (Mutong, 2 liang, chopped)
Scutellariae Radix (Ziqin, 1.5 liang)
Abutilonis Semen (Kuizi, 2 liang)
Cinis Crinis Humani (Luangfa Hui, 1.5 liang)
Crush the above ingredients and sieve them coarsely to make a powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add 1 zhong zhan of water. Decoct until one-sixth of the liquid remains. Strain off the dregs. Take warm before meals.
For treating hematuria caused by deficient heat in the Bladder, this formula is suitable:
Cacumen Platycladi (Boye, 1 liang, slightly roasted)
Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 1 liang)
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 1 liang, roasted until slightly reddish-brown and chopped)
Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao, 1 liang, crushed and roasted until yellow and dry)
Crush the above ingredients finely and sieve them to make a powder. Before meals, take 2 qian of the powder mixed with a small zhong zhan of warm juice from fresh Radix Rehmanniae (Sheng Dihuang).
Formula for treating persistent hematuria due to labor-induced damage:
Jus Radicis Rehmanniae Recens (Sheng Dihuang Zhi, 5 he)
Jus Folii Plantaginis (Cheqian Ye Zhi, 5 he)
Cornu Cervi Colla (Lujiaojiao, 3 liang, crushed and roasted until yellow and dry)
Mix the two juices. Before meals, take a small warm zhong zhan and mix with 2 qian of the collagen powder.
Formula for treating deficiency damage, heat in the Bladder, and persistent hematuria: Puhuang Wan (Polygoni Pollen Pill).
Polygoni Pollen (Puhuang, 1 liang)
Radix Rehmanniae Recens (Sheng Gan Dihuang, 2 liang)
Abutilonis Semen (Kuizi, 1 liang)
Astragali Radix (Huangqi, 1 liang, chopped)
Ophiopogonis Tuber (Mendong, 2 liang, heart removed and baked)
Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen (Tinglizi, 3 fen)
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 3 fen, chopped and slightly stir-fried)
Poria Cocos cum Ligno Rubra (Chi Fuling, 1 liang)
Plantaginis Semen (Cheqianzi, 3 fen)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Mix with refined honey and pound three to two hundred times. Form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Before meals, take 30 pills washed down with gruel.
Another formula:
Radix Cannabis Sativae (Dama Zi Gen, 3 liang, chopped)
Cinis Crinis Humani (Luangfa Hui, ground fine)
Add 2 large zhong zhan of water and decoct the hemp root to obtain 1.3 zhong zhan of liquid. Strain off the dregs. Before meals, take a small warm zhong zhan and mix with 1 qian of hair ash.
Another formula:
Polygoni Pollen (Puhuang, 2 liang)
Curcumae Radix (Yujin, 2 liang)
Grind the above ingredients finely and sieve them to make a powder. Before meals, take 2 qian mixed with gruel.
Another formula:
Jus Radicis Rehmanniae Recens (Sheng Dihuang Zhi, 5 he)
Jus Nymphaeae Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Recens (Sheng Ou Zhi, 5 he)
Mel (Mi, 1 he)
Mix the three ingredients and warm them. Divide into three doses to be taken before meals.
