After the treatment of febrile disease (Febrile Disease) with sweating methods, excessive sweating leads to a deficiency of body fluids (Jin Ye). A deficiency of body fluids causes dryness and stagnation in the stomach. Heat accumulating in the stomach results in constipation. Additionally, there are cases where internal heat is generated spontaneously by the zang-fu organs. This arises from qi stagnation and obstruction in the Sanjiao (Triple Burner), disharmony between the Spleen and Stomach, and the accumulation of heat within the interior, which also leads to constipation.
