上件药。和捣令匀。每用时。取少许敷疮上。其刺自出。
治狐尿刺。多时不瘥。宜用此方。

*Ren Shen* (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang, with rhizome removed) *Long Kui Gen* (Solanum lyratum Root, 1 handful, washed clean and peeled) Vinegar (a small amount) Pig fat from the twelfth lunar month (1 liang)
Mash the above ingredients together until uniform. When used, take a small amount and apply it to the wound. The splinter will naturally emerge.
Treatment for injuries caused by "fox urine thorns" (toxic plant thorns), which have not healed after a long time. This prescription is suitable.
*Shi Shu* (Arvicola amphibianus whole body, 1 piece) *Bai Lian* (Ampelopsis japonica Root) Sheep dung (0.5 liang) *Gua Lou Gen* (Trichosanthes Radix / Tian Hua Fen, 0.5 liang)
Mash the above ingredients into a paste. Apply and wrap it over the wound. After one shichen (two hours), the thorn will naturally emerge.

Take *Niu Bang Gen* (Arctii Lappa Radix) and *Xie Gen* (Allium macrostemon Root), mash them, and apply to the affected area. The splinter will naturally emerge.
