紫癜风，是指皮肤上出现紫色斑点，搔抓后皮屑隆起，但不感到瘙痒和疼痛的疾病。这通常是由于风湿邪气侵入腠理（皮肤纹理及肌肉间隙），与血气相互搏结所致。
治疗紫癜风的白花蛇散方：
白花蛇（二两，用酒浸泡，去除皮骨，炙烤至微黄色） 麻黄（半两，去除根节） 天麻（半两） 何首乌（半两） 天南星（半两，需炮制） 羌活（半两） 犀角屑（半两）
以上药材，捣碎并过细筛制成散剂，加入磁石粉末研磨均匀。每次在饭前，用温酒调服二钱。忌食热面、鸡、猪、鱼、蒜等食物。
治疗紫癜风经效醋石榴子方：
酸石榴（七颗，去皮，放入瓷盆中，置于蒸饭的甑上蒸烂，然后绞取汁液） 冬消梨（二十颗，去皮核） 茺蔚子（半两） 枳壳（半两，裂开，去除皮和脐）
以上药材，除汁液外，将其他药材捣碎过筛成末。取前两种汁液，煎煮成膏状，与药末混合制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用不限时间，用温酒送服。
治疗紫癜风，去根源的代赭丸方：
代赭石（一两） 铁粉（一两，细研） 金箔（四十片，细研） 朱砂（半两，细研） 当归（半两） 沉香（半两） 麝香（少许） 墨（适量，烧灰）
以上药材，捣碎研磨均匀。用水浸泡蒸饼，调和药末制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次服用不限时间，用温蜜酒送服二十丸。
治疗紫癜风方：
石灰草（数量不限，烧成灰，用多层纸衬垫淋水取汁，熬制成膏） 雄黄（一两） 朱砂（三钱） 腻粉（一钱）
以上药材，全部研磨均匀。用石灰草膏调和，涂抹于患处。干燥后再涂。
治疗紫癜风，硫黄膏方：
硫黄（一两，细研） 雄黄（三分，细研） 白矾（一两，细研） 轻粉（半两） 白附子（半两） 附子（半两，炮制）
以上药材，捣碎过筛成末，加入已研磨好的药物搅拌均匀。用油四两，黄蜡二两，先煎油至沸腾三五次，加入蜡，随后加入药末。
又一方：
雄黄（三分） 硫黄（二至三分） 白矾（一两）
以上药材，全部研磨成粉。用猪脂调和均匀。每次取适量涂抹于患处，每日三次使用。
治疗紫癜风，桑枝煎方：
桑枝（十斤，锉碎） 益母草（三斤，锉碎）
以上药材，用水五斗，慢火煮至五升，滤去渣滓。倒入小锅中，熬制成膏。每晚睡前，用温酒调服半盏。
Zidian Feng (Purple Spotted Wind) refers to a condition characterized by the appearance of purple spots on the skin, where scratching causes the skin to rise, but without itching or pain. This is generally caused by wind-damp pathogenic factors invading the couli (skin texture and muscle interstices), clashing with blood and qi.
Baihua She San (White Flower Snake Powder) for Treating Zidian Feng:
Baihua She (Agkistrodon halys, two liang, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until slightly yellow) Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, half liang, roots and joints removed) Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, half liang) Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, half liang) Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, half liang, processed) Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, half liang) Xijiao xie (Rhinocerotis Cornu, half liang, shaved)
The above medicines are crushed, finely sieved into powder, mixed evenly with Cishi (Magnetitum) powder. Before meals, take two qian with warm wine. Avoid hot noodles, chicken, pork, fish, garlic, etc.
Jingxiao Cu Shiliu Zi Fang (Acid Pomegranate Seed Formula for Effectiveness) for Treating Zidian Feng:
Suan Shili (Punica granatum, seven fruits, peeled, placed in a porcelain basin, steamed over rice until soft, then juiced) Dong Xiaoli (Pyrus bretschneideri, twenty fruits, peeled and cored) Chongwei Zi (Leonuri Fructus, half liang) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, half liang, split, peel and navel removed)
Except for the juices, the remaining medicines are crushed and sieved into powder. The first two juices are decocted into a paste and mixed with the powder to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take at any time, washed down with warm wine.
Daizhe Wan (Hematite Pill) for Treating Zidian Feng and Eliminating the Root Cause:
Daizheshi (Haematitum, one liang) Tiefen (Ferrum Pulveratum, one liang, finely ground) Jinbo (Lamina Aurea, forty pieces, finely ground) Zhusha (Cinnabaris, half liang, finely ground) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, half liang) Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, half liang) Moxiang (Moschus, a small amount) Mo (Carbon, appropriate amount)
The above medicines are crushed and ground evenly. Steamed leaven cake soaked in water is used to bind the powder into pills the size of mung beans. Take at any time, washed down with warm honey wine, twenty pills per dose.
Formula for Treating Zidian Feng:
Shihui Cao (Calcium Carbonate grass, quantity unspecified, burned to ash, juice extracted by percolation through multi-layered paper, boiled into paste) Xionghuang (Realgar, one liang) Zhusha (Cinnabaris, three qian) Nifen (Calomelas, one qian)
The above medicines are all ground evenly. Mix with the Shihui Cao paste and apply to the affected area. Reapply when dry.
Liuhuang Gao (Sulfur Ointment) for Treating Zidian Feng:
Liuhuang (Sulfur, one liang, finely ground) Xionghuang (Realgar, three fen, finely ground) Baifan (Alumen, one liang, finely ground) Qingfen (Calomelas, half liang) Baifuzi (Fuzi, half liang, processed) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, half liang, processed)
The above medicines are crushed, sieved into powder, and mixed evenly with the ground ingredients. Use four liang of oil and two liang of yellow beeswax. First boil the oil for three to five boils, add the wax, then add the medicine powder.
Another Formula:
Xionghuang (Realgar, three fen) Liuhuang (Sulfur, two to three fen) Baifan (Alumen, one liang)
The above medicines are all ground into powder. Mix evenly with suet (pig fat). Apply to the affected area each time, three times a day.
Sangzhi Jian (Mulberry Branch Decoction) for Treating Zidian Feng:
Sangzhi (Ramulus Mori, ten jin, chopped) Yimucao (Leonuri Herba, three jin, chopped)
The above medicines are decocted in five dou of water with slow heat until reduced to five sheng. Filter out the dregs. Pour into a small pot and boil into a paste. At bedtime every night, take half a cup mixed with warm wine.
Formula for Treating Zidian Feng:
Liuhuang (Sulfur, two liang, finely ground)
First, rub the affected area with coarse cloth to cause slight injury. Mix Liuhuang powder with flour paste (mian zhi) to form a paste. Apply three times a day.
