治肛门痒。或出脓血。有虫傍生孔窍内。蜣螂丸方。
蜣螂（七枚五月五日收去足翅微炙捣末） 新牛粪（半两） 好肥羊肉（一两炒令香）
上件药。都捣如膏。丸如莲子大。炙令热。以新绵薄裹。纳下部中。半日。少吃饭即大
便中虫俱出。三五度即永瘥。
又方。
白蒺藜（半两微炒） 硫黄（一两细研） 猪牙皂荚（一两烧灰）
上件药。捣罗为末。入硫黄同研令匀。用葱薤汁和丸。如莲子大。以绵裹一丸。纳下部
中。日二三易。
又方。
雄黄（半两） 胡粉（半两）
上件药。细研。以枣肉和丸。如莲子大。以绵裹一丸。纳下部中。日再易之。
治下部痒如虫行方。
朱砂（一分细研） 白矾（一两烧灰） 芎
上件药。捣罗为末。每用绵裹一钱。纳下部中。日再易之。
又方。
死蛇（一条如指粗者）
上掘地作坑。置蛇于中烧之。取有孔板覆坑上。坐熏之。其虫尽出。
夫肛门为大肠之候。其气虚为风热所乘。热气击搏。故令肛门赤痛也。
治大肠风热所攻。肛门赤痛。川大黄散方。

上件药。捣细罗为散。每于食前。以清粥饮调下二钱。
肛门生虫，是由于胃气虚弱、肠道空虚，导致蛲虫下行侵袭所致。肛门是大肠的外候（反映大肠状况的部位）。蛲虫是九种寄生虫中的一种。
治疗肛门瘙痒，或流出脓血，有虫在孔窍内滋生。蜣螂丸方：
蜣螂（七枚，五月五日采集，去掉足和翅膀，轻微炙烤后捣成粉末） 新牛粪（半两） 优质肥羊肉（一两，炒至香气溢出）
以上药物，一起捣烂如膏状，制成如莲子大小的药丸，加热后，用新棉布薄薄包裹，纳入肛门内。半天时间，稍进食后，大便中寄生虫就会全部排出。经过三到五次治疗即可彻底痊愈。
又一方：
白蒺藜（半两，轻微炒制） 硫黄（一两，细研） 猪牙皂荚（一两，烧成灰）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入硫黄共同研磨均匀。用葱白汁调和制成如莲子大小的药丸，用棉布包裹一丸，纳入肛门内。每天更换二到三次。
又一方：
雄黄（半两） 胡粉（半两）
以上药物，细细研磨。用枣肉调和制成如莲子大小的药丸，用棉布包裹一丸，纳入肛门内，每天更换两次。
治疗下部瘙痒如虫爬行的方子：
朱砂（一分，细研） 白矾（一两，烧成灰） 川芎
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末。每次取一钱，用棉布包裹，纳入肛门内，每天更换两次。
又一方：
死蛇（一条，粗细如手指）
在地上挖坑，将蛇放入其中焚烧。取一块有孔的木板覆盖在坑上，坐在上面熏蒸。寄生虫就会全部排出。

治疗大肠风毒侵袭，导致红肿疼痛，使人烦热不安的牛蒡子散方：
牛蒡子（一两，轻微炒制） 白矾 川大黄（一两，锉碎，轻微炒制） 当归（半两，锉碎，轻微炒制） 枳壳（三分，麸炒至微黄，去瓤） 川芎（半两） 甘草（半两，炙烤至微红，锉碎）

治疗大肠风热壅盛，毒气攻冲肛门，导致红肿疼痛的槟榔散方：
槟榔（一两） 沉香（半两） 枳壳（三分，麸炒至微黄，去瓤） 赤芍药（半两） 川大黄（一两，锉碎，轻微炒制） 防风（半两，去芦头） 川芎（半两） 犀角屑（半两） 甘草（半两，炙烤至微红，锉碎）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至六分，去渣滓。每次在饭前温服。
又一方：
皂荚树白皮（一两，涂酥油炙烤至黄色） 甘草（半两，炙烤至微红，锉碎） 枳壳（三分，麸炒至微黄，去瓤）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次在饭前，用米汤调服二钱。
又一方：
枳壳（半两，麸炒至微黄，去瓤） 川朴硝（一两） 川芎（半两） 沉香（半两） 川大黄（一两，锉碎，轻微炒制） 甘草（一分，炙烤至微红，锉碎）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次在饭前，用清米汤调服二钱。
Parasites in the anus arise from weak stomach Qi and empty intestines, allowing Ascaris lumbricoides (pinworms) to descend and invade. The anus is the external manifestation of the Large Intestine. Pinworms are one of the nine types of intestinal parasites.
For treating anal pruritus, or discharge of pus and blood, with parasites breeding within the orifices: Calocopris Pill Formula.
Calocopris (seven pieces, collected on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, feet and wings removed, lightly roasted and pounded into powder), Fresh Cow Dung (half tael), Good Fatty Mutton (one tael, stir-fried until fragrant).
Pound all ingredients together into a paste. Shape into pills the size of lotus seeds. Heat them, wrap thinly in new cotton cloth, and insert into the lower orifice (anus). After half a day, after eating a little food, the parasites will be expelled completely in the stool. Three to five treatments will result in permanent cure.
Another formula:
Tribulus Terrestris Fruit (half tael, lightly roasted), Sulfur (one tael, finely ground), Gleditsia Sinensis Pod (one tael, burnt to ash).
Pound and sieve all ingredients into powder. Mix with sulfur until uniform. Use juice from Allium fistulosum (scallion) bulbs to bind into pills the size of lotus seeds. Wrap one pill in cotton cloth and insert into the lower orifice. Change two to three times daily.
Another formula:
Realgar (half tael), Lead Carbonate (Hufan) (half tael).
Finely grind both ingredients. Bind with jujube pulp into pills the size of lotus seeds. Wrap one pill in cotton cloth and insert into the lower orifice. Change twice daily.
Formula for treating lower body pruritus resembling insect crawling:
Cinnabar (one fen, finely ground), Alum (one tael, burnt to ash), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong).
Pound and sieve all ingredients into powder. Each time, take one qian wrapped in cotton cloth and insert into the lower orifice. Change twice daily.
Another formula:
Dead Snake (one piece, thickness like a finger).
Dig a pit in the ground, place the snake inside, and burn it. Cover the pit with a perforated board and sit on top to fumigate. The parasites will all be expelled.
