治疗肾脏虚损，阳气完全匮乏，适宜服用保寿丸方。

以上药物，捣碎。先取莨菪子、雄雀粪、砂三味，用白蜜四两，同浆水三升一起煮，不停手搅拌，煎得像饴糖一样稠，然后加入诸药末，调和捣击三五百下，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每天空腹及晚饭前，用盐汤送下十丸。
治疗肾脏虚损，阳气萎弱，适宜服用助阳气神效钟乳丸方。

The Kidney is the root of Yuan Qi (Original Qi) and the storage house for Jing (Essence) and Zhi (Will). Internally, it governs the bones, and its Qi connects to the genitalia. If a person suffers physical injury from overexertion or excessive sexual desire, leading to the decline and loss of Qi and Blood, disharmony of Yin and Yang, deficiency of the Zang-Fu organs, and exhaustion of Essence and Qi, which fails to nourish the body, thus resulting in the withering and weakness of Yang Qi.
For treating Kidney deficiency and damage, characterized by weak knees and withering/weakness of Yang Qi, the Tianxiong San (Aconitum Coreanum Powder) formula is suitable.
