生地黄汁（三合） 川大黄（一分锉碎微炒捣罗为末）
上件药。入酒三合相和。微暖顿服之。每日空心一服。不过三日。即下恶血。
治打损。聚血腹中。不散。烦闷方。

上用大麻根和叶。捣取汁。每服三合。
治疗因击打损伤导致瘀血滞留于脏腑，引发心胸烦闷的方剂。牡丹散方。
牡丹（一两半） 牡丹子（一两半） 桂心（一两） 当归（一两，锉碎后微炒） 鬼箭羽（一两） 益州姜（一两，捣碎后微炒）。
以上药物，捣碎并过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用一大盏酒，煎煮至剩余五分药液，加入川芒硝一分，搅拌均匀。空腹时温服。若步行二三里后再服一次，总共可服三次。服药后应当通过排便排出瘀积的陈旧血液，待宿血排尽，疾病即可痊愈。
另一个方剂。
桃仁（一两，用水浸泡后去皮尖及双仁部分） 桂心（一两） 牡丹子（一两） 川大黄（一两，锉碎后微炒） 荷叶蒂（三十七枚）。
以上药物，捣碎并过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用一大盏水，煎煮至剩余五分药液，加入朴硝一分，搅拌均匀。空腹时分两次服用，以排出恶血为度。
治疗因击打造成的内部损伤，腹部有瘀血，伴有疼痛和烦闷，适宜服用此方。
蒲黄（二两） 当归（一两，锉碎后微炒） 桂心（一两）。
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用，用温酒调服二钱，每日服用三到四次。
另一个方剂。
刘寄奴（一两） 延胡索（一两） 骨碎补（一两）。
以上药物，都捣成粗末制成散剂，分为五份服用。每次服用，用一小盏水和一小盏童便，共同煎煮至一盏量，去渣。每次在饭前温服。
治疗因击打损伤及坠落伤，腹内有瘀血的方剂。䗪虫散方。
䗪虫（三十枚，微炒） 虻虫（十枚，去掉翅膀和脚，微炒） 水蛭（十枚，微炒） 桂心（半两） 桃仁（五十枚，用水浸泡后去皮尖及双仁部分，用麸皮炒至微黄） 川大黄（一两，锉碎后微炒）。
以上药物，捣成粗末制成散剂。每次服用三钱，用酒和水各半中盏，煎煮至六分，去渣。每次在饭前温服。
另一个方剂。
虻虫（一分，微炒） 牡丹（一两） 生干地黄（一两）。
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次在饭前，用暖酒调服二钱。
另一个方剂。
生地黄汁（三合） 川大黄（一分，锉碎后微炒，捣罗成粉末）。
以上药物，加入三合酒混合，微微加热后一次性服下。每天空腹服用一次，不超过三天，即可排出恶血。
治疗因击打损伤，瘀血积聚在腹部不散，引起烦闷的方剂。
豉（三合） 青竹茹（一两）。
以上药物，分为两份服用。每次服用，用一大盏水，煎煮至剩余五分，去渣，温服。每日服用三到四次。
治疗因伤损消散瘀血的大黄散方。
川大黄（半两，锉碎后微炒） 桃仁（一分，用水浸泡后去皮尖及双仁部分，用麸皮炒至微黄） 乱发（如鸡蛋大小，用四寸布包裹同烧成灰）。
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用，用温酒调服二钱，每日服用三到四次。
另一个方剂。
川大黄（一两，锉碎后微炒） 桂心（三分） 桃仁（三分，用水浸泡后去皮尖及双仁部分，用麸皮炒至微黄）。
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用，用温酒调服二钱，每日服用三到四次。
治疗因损伤导致瘀血不散的方剂。
取上述生地黄汁一中盏，与酒半盏混合，煎煮三五沸。饭前温服。
治疗因击打损伤，腹中瘀血不散的方剂。
白马蹄（烧至烟尽）。
以上捣碎，细罗过筛制成散剂。每次服用，用温酒调服二钱，每日服用三到四次。
另一个方剂。
牡丹子（二两）。
以上药物，捣细并过罗制成散剂。每次服用，用热酒调服二钱，每日服用三到四次。
另一个方剂。
取大麻根及其叶子，捣取汁液。每次服用三合。
Formulas for treating blood stasis in the zang organs caused by blunt trauma, presenting with irritability and chest distress. Mudan San (Moutan Powder) Formula.
Mudan Bark (Radix Paeoniae Rubrae, 1 liang 5 qian), Mudan Seeds (Semen Paeoniae, 1 liang 5 qian), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 1 liang), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 1 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried), Guijianyu (Ramulus Corni Swinhoei, 1 liang), Yizhou Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Preparatum from Yizhou, 1 liang, crushed and lightly stir-fried).
The above herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one large cup of wine until reduced to five parts. Add Chuan Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 1 fen), mix well. Take warm on an empty stomach. If walking for two or three li, take another dose. Up to three doses may be taken. Stasis and old blood should be discharged through defecation. Once all old blood is expelled, the disease will be cured.
Another formula.
Taoren (Semen Persicae, 1 liang, soaked in water, skin and kernels removed, double-kernel ones discarded), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 1 liang), Mudanzi (Semen Paeoniae, 1 liang), Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata, 1 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried), Heyetdi (Petiole Nelumbinis Nuciferae, 37 pieces).
The above herbs are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with one large cup of water until reduced to five parts. Add Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 1 fen), mix well. Divide into two doses to be taken on an empty stomach. Continue until foul blood is discharged.
For treating internal injury from blunt trauma, with blood stasis in the abdomen accompanied by pain and irritability, this formula is suitable.
Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae, 2 liang), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 1 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 1 liang).
The above herbs are finely crushed, sieved through a fine mesh, and made into a powder. For each dose, take 2 qian mixed with warm wine. Take three to four times daily.
Another formula.
Lijinu (Herba Siegesbeckiae, 1 liang), Yanhusuo (Rhizoma Corydalis, 1 liang), Gusuibu (Rhizoma Drynariae, 1 liang).
The above herbs are coarsely crushed and made into a powder, divided into five doses. For each dose, decoct with one small cup of water and one small cup of child's urine until reduced to one cup. Strain and take warm before meals.
Formula for treating abdominal blood stasis due to blunt trauma or falls. Chong San (Ground Beetle Powder) Formula.
Chong (Ground Beetle, 30 pieces, lightly stir-fried), Mengchong (Blue Bottle Fly Larva, 10 pieces, wings and legs removed, lightly stir-fried), Shuizhi (Leech, 10 pieces, lightly stir-fried), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 0.5 liang), Taoren (Semen Persicae, 50 pieces, soaked in water, skin and kernels removed, double-kernel ones discarded, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow), Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata, 1 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried).
The above herbs are coarsely crushed and made into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with half a medium cup of wine and half a medium cup of water until reduced to six parts. Strain and take warm before meals.
Another formula.
Mengchong (Blue Bottle Fly Larva, 1 fen, lightly stir-fried), Mudan (Radix Paeoniae Rubrae, 1 liang), Sheng Gan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 1 liang).
The above herbs are finely crushed, sieved through a fine mesh, and made into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine before meals.
Another formula.
Sheng Di Huang Zhi (Jus Radicis Rehmanniae Recens, 3 he), Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata, 1 fen, sliced, lightly stir-fried, crushed and sieved into powder).
Mix the above ingredients with 3 he of wine, warm slightly, and take in one dose. Take once on an empty stomach daily. Within three days, foul blood will be discharged.
Formula for treating irritability caused by blood stasis accumulating in the abdomen due to blunt trauma and not dispersing.
Chi (Folium Sojae Preparatum, 3 he), Qing Zhuru (Interna Bambusae in Texta Viridis, 1 liang).
Divide the above herbs into two doses. For each dose, decoct with one large cup of water until reduced to five parts. Strain and take warm. Take three to four times daily.
Dahuang San (Rhubarb Powder) Formula for treating trauma and dispersing blood stasis.
Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata, 0.5 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried), Taoren (Semen Persicae, 1 fen, soaked in water, skin and kernels removed, double-kernel ones discarded, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow), Luangfa (Crinis Carbonisatus, size of a chicken egg, wrapped in a four-cun cloth and burned to ash).
The above herbs are finely crushed, sieved through a fine mesh, and made into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine per dose. Take three to four times daily.
Another formula.
Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Preparata, 1 liang, sliced and lightly stir-fried), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 3 fen), Taoren (Semen Persicae, 3 fen, soaked in water, skin and kernels removed, double-kernel ones discarded, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow).
The above herbs are finely crushed, sieved through a fine mesh, and made into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine per dose. Take three to four times daily.
Formula for treating blood stasis that does not disperse due to injury.
Take one medium cup of fresh Rehmannia juice and half a cup of wine, mix, boil for three to five boils. Take warm before meals.
Formula for treating non-dispersing abdominal blood stasis due to blunt trauma.
Baimati (Unguis Equi, burnt until smoke ceases).
Crush and sieve finely into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with warm wine per dose. Take three to four times daily.
Another formula.
Mudanzi (Semen Paeoniae, 2 liang).
The above herbs are finely crushed, sieved through a fine mesh, and made into a powder. Take 2 qian mixed with hot wine per dose. Take three to four times daily.
Another formula.
Take the roots and leaves of Cannabis Sativa, crush to extract juice. Take 3 he per dose.
