铜绿 苦楝树向阳面的根（锉碎） 木香（以上各等分）
以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成末。用水煮面糊调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。不限时候，用温酒送服五丸。
又一个方子。
苦楝子（三两） 附子（一两，炮制裂开去脐） 硼砂（一两，用酒熬成膏状）
以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成末。用硼砂膏调和制成丸剂，大小如绿豆。不限时候，用温酒送服五丸。
又一个方子。
吴茱萸（三两，用汤浸泡七遍后焙干，微炒） 槟榔（一两） 香子（一两）

野狼毒（半两，锉碎，用醋拌炒至黄色） 防葵（半两） 附子（三分，炮制裂开去皮和脐）
以上药物，捣碎过罗筛成末。用炼蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。不限时候，用温酒送服五丸。
治疗阴部突然疼痛如针刺，大汗淋漓的症状，适宜使用此方。
小蒜（一升） 薤根（一升） 杨柳根（一斤）
以上药物，一并锉碎。用酒三升，煮沸。趁着热气熏蒸患处，即可痊愈。
Yin pain (pain in the genital region) arises from deficiency and impairment of Kidney Qi, invasion by Wind pathogenic factors, flow of Qi into the Kidney meridian, striking against Yin Qi, and contention between healthy Qi and pathogenic factors, thereby causing pain in the yin organs.
For treating pain or swelling in the yin region, Dan Shen San (Salvia Powder) is suitable.
Dan Shen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, 1 liang), Bing Lang (Areca Seed, 1 liang), Qing Ju Pi (Green Tangerina Peel, 0.5 liang, soaked in water, white pith removed, dried), Xiang Zi (Fructus Psoraleae, 0.5 liang).

For treating sudden pain in the yin region.
Tao Ren (Semen Persicae, 1 liang, soaked in water, peel and tip removed, double-kernel removed, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow), Ku Lian Zi (Fructus Meliae Toosendan, 1 liang), Xiang Zi (Fructus Psoraleae, 1 liang), Mo Yao (Resina Myrrhae, 1 liang).
The above herbs are finely crushed, passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. Before meals, take 2 qian with hot wine.
For treating pain caused by cold-dampness invading the yin region.
Bai Ji Li (Spina Gleditsiae, lightly stir-fried and thorns removed), Fu Zi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, processed until cracked, peel and umbilicus removed), Xiang Zi (Fructus Psoraleae, lightly stir-fried).
The above herbs are taken in equal parts, finely crushed, and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. Before meals, take 2 qian with warm wine.
For treating unbearable severe pain in the yin region.
Peng Sha (Borax, 1 liang, finely ground, placed on a lamp dish, a small pit dug, fired with fire until red-hot, then one large chalice of su (melted butter/oil) added and burned in the pit, finally ground into powder) [Note: Text implies processing Borax with su], Fen (1 fen - *textual ambiguity, likely refers to the processed Borax portion*).

For treating sudden stabbing pain in the yin region accompanied by profuse sweating.
Xiao Suan (Allium Macrostemon Bulb, 1 sheng), Xie Gen (Rhizoma Allii Macrostemonis, 1 sheng), Yang Liu Gen (Root of Salix babylonica, 1 jin).
The above herbs are all chopped. Boiled in 3 sheng of wine until boiling. Use the steam to fumigate the affected area while hot; this will lead to recovery.
