上述药物，捣碎过筛成末，与前药混合均匀。用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每日空腹时，用温酒送服二十丸。
治疗肾脏受风邪冷气侵袭。脐腹部疼痛。砂丸方。

上述药物，捣碎过筛成末，用好酒一升，先煎化硇砂溶解后，用纱绢过滤，去除石渣。随后依次加入诸药末。用慢火煎煮浓缩。
补益温暖下元。治疗虚寒冷气。通利腰脚。治疗脐腹部疼痛。温暖脏腑。改善面色。砂丸方。

上述药物，全部细研均匀。用瓷瓶盛装，密封瓶口。用七斤炭火煅烧至通红。放冷后取出，细研。

Naoshan (Natrii Chloridi et Ammonii Chloridum, two liang, finely ground) Qingyan (Halitum, two liang, finely ground) Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, five jin, pounded and juiced) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, half a jin, raw, skin and umbilicus removed, ground into powder)
