药材：附子（半斤，炮制裂开，去皮和脐，捣碎过筛成粉末）；生地黄（十斤，捣碎绞取汁液，拌入附子末中煎至干燥）；肉苁蓉（炒制，去刺）；干姜（二两，炮制裂开，锉碎）；鹿角胶（二两，捣碎，炒至黄燥）；干漆（一两，捣碎，炒至烟出）；牛膝（三两，去苗）；桂心（三两）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和，捣杵三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每日空腹时，用温酒送服三十丸。逐渐增加剂量。

药材：羊肾（五对）；附子（五两，炮制裂开，去皮和脐）；钟乳粉（二两）；桂心（二两）；诃黎勒皮（二两）；赤箭（天麻，二两）；山茱萸（二两）；薯蓣（山药，二两）；肉苁蓉（二两，酒浸一夜，刮去皱皮，炙干）；菟丝子（二两）。
以上药材，捣碎过筛成粉末。羊肾去除筋膜，切成片。每一片上铺一层药末，如此层层相隔，直至用完所有材料，制成饼状。

[Cinnamon Twig and Aconite Pill Formula (Fuzi Wan)]
Herbs: Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, half jin, processed until cracked, peel removed along with the navel, pounded into powder); Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens, ten jin, pounded and pressed to extract juice, mixed with Fuzi powder and decocted until dry); Rongshurong (Cibotii Rhizoma, stir-fried, spines removed); Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Dryum, two liang, processed until cracked, cut into small pieces); Lu Jiao Jiao (Corp Cervi Cornus Colla, two liang, crushed, stir-fried until yellow and dry); Ganqi (Resina Draconis, one liang, crushed, stir-fried until smoke emerges); Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, three liang, sprouts removed); Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, two or three liang).
The above herbs are pounded and sieved into powder. Honey is refined and used to bind the powder, which is then pounded 300 to 500 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach daily, washed down with warm wine. Gradually increase the dosage.
[Indications] Deficiency-cold of the Lower Yuan. Warms the Spleen and Kidney. Augments Qi and strength.
[Another Cinnamon Twig and Aconite Pill Formula]
Herbs: Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, ten large pieces, hollow out half from the center using a sharp knife); Zhusha (Cinnabaris, one liang, finely ground and water-insoluble sedimented); [Text missing/erroneous, inferred as Asafoetida based on context "Asafoetida all mixed together"] (one liang, finely ground).

Soak the Fuzi in fresh well water for seven days and nights. Change the water once every shichen (two hours). Do not expose to sunlight during this period. After the required time, dry in the shade.
[Indications] Wind-cold and stagnant Qi in the Water Organ (Kidney). Resists cold and heat. Warms the waist and knees.
[Kidney and Aconite Pill Formula (Shenfu Wan)]
Herbs: Yangshen (Ovis/Capis Kidney, five pairs); Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, five liang, processed until cracked, peel and navel removed); Zhongru Fen (Gypsum Fibrosum Powder, two liang); Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex, two liang); Helile Pi (Terminalia Chebulae Pericarpium, two liang); Chijian (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, two liang); Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus, two liang); Shuyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, two liang); Rongshurong (Cibotii Rhizoma, two liang, soaked in wine overnight, scraped to remove wrinkled skin, roasted dry); Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, two liang).
The above herbs are pounded and sieved into powder. Remove the fascia from the Yangshen and slice them. Spread a layer of herb powder on each slice, stacking them alternately until all materials are used, forming cake-like shapes.

Herbs: Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, two liang, soaked in vinegar for seven days, peel and navel removed, sliced, dried in shade); Liuhuang (Sulfur, one liang, finely ground and water-insoluble sedimented); Binglang (Arecae Semen, one liang); Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, one liang).
The above herbs are pounded and sieved into powder. Mix with Liuhuang and grind evenly. Chop the Yangshen finely and pound into a paste. Mix with the herb powder and pound 300 to 500 times. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds.
[Indications] Debility of the Lower Yuan. Ascending deficiency-cold. Stabbing pain in the heart and abdomen.
