脚膝，行履艰难，骨节烦痛，不能转侧；跌扑闪肭，外伤内损，并皆治之。常服通

生黑豆（一斤，以斑蝥二十一个，去头、足同煮，候豆胀为度，去斑蝥不用，取豆焙干）

Treats left hemiplegia and right paralysis, trembling of hands and feet, slurred speech, whole-body pain, tendon and vessel spasms with inability to flex or extend, stiffness of the neck and back, weakness of the legs and knees, difficulty in walking, vexing pain in bone joints with inability to turn over; it treats all cases of falls, bruises, sprains, external injuries, and internal damage. Regular use promotes blood circulation, disperses wind and regulates qi, strengthens bones, and lightens the body.
Raw Soybean (1 jin [500g], boiled together with 21 Meloidae insects [Mao'ou, 斑蝥] with heads and feet removed, until the beans swell; remove the insects, do not use them, take the beans and dry by roasting)

Grind the above into powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills each time, swallow with warm wine, at any time.
Treats Kidney channel deficiency, attacking downwards to the waist and knees, heaviness and lack of strength, swelling and itching of the legs, ulceration and sores, dull pain in the soles of the feet, tendon and vessel spasms, knee weakness, difficulty in walking, panting upon movement, dark complexion, constipation of urine and feces, reduced appetite; it treats both old and new conditions.

Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with wine paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30-50 pills each time, on an empty stomach, swallow with Chaenomelis decoction, warm wine is also acceptable.
All wind diseases, left hemiplegia and right paralysis, hemiplegia, deviation of mouth and eyes, lockjaw, slurred speech, tendon and vessel pain, attacking upwards and downwards, wandering and不定, heaviness of waist and legs, tinnitus and hearing loss, weakness of legs and knees, inability to flex or extend, bi syndrome, thick and tough skin. Furthermore, it treats women's blood wind attacking downwards, body pain, facial edema with emaciated muscles, bitter taste in mouth and dry tongue, headache or skin itching, urticaria and sores; it also treats hidden wind affecting the brain, lateral and frontal headaches.

Grind the above into powder, make pills with wine paste. Take 15 pills initially, increase to 20 pills, swallow with musk and warm wine, warm wine alone is also acceptable, take slightly before meals. Regular use lightens the body, strengthens sinews and bones, unblocks meridians and activates collaterals, dispels dampness and removes wind. Pregnant women should not take this.
