治从高堕下，马逐伤折，筋断骨碎，痛不可忍。接骨续筋，止痛活血。
定粉 当归（各一钱） 硼砂（一钱半）
上为细末。每服二钱，煎苏木汤调下，服讫后时时吃苏木汤。
治久新诸疮，破伤中风，项强背直，腰为反折，口噤不语，手足抽掣，眼目上
沸声。
丹砂（一两） 草乌头（三两，一半生用，一半以火烧存性，于米醋内淬令冷） 麝香
（研）
上为细末和匀。破伤风，以酒一小盏调半钱，神效。如出箭头，先用酒一盏，调服半钱
却以药贴箭疮上。
治湿疥浸淫，流溃遍体，大作瘭浆，搔之水出，小如粟粒，痒痛难忍，肌
不瘥。
腻粉 绿矾 黄柏（微炙，细研） 硫黄（研细，各等分）
上为细末研匀，以生油调药涂之。
治重物压迮，或从高坠下，作热五内，吐血、下血，出不禁止；或瘀血在内，
喘粗气短。
当归 大黄
上等分，炒为末。每二钱，温酒调下，不拘时候。
治肺脏风毒攻发皮肤，血气凝涩，变生疥疮瘙痒，搔之，皮起作痂，增展浸引
瘥。此药活血脉，润皮肤，散风邪，止瘙痒。
蛇床子（半两） 黄连（去须，三分） 胡粉（结砂子，一两） 水银（同胡粉点水研
令黑，
上件药，以生麻油和稀滑。每用药时，先以盐浆水洗疮令净，后以药涂之，干即便换，
不过三、五度，瘥。
【接骨散】治疗从高处坠落或马匹践踏导致的筋骨损伤，筋断裂、骨头粉碎，疼痛难以忍受。具有接续骨骼、连接筋脉、止痛和活血的功效。
定粉（一钱）、当归（一钱）、硼砂（一钱半）。
将上述药物研磨成细末。每次服用二钱，用苏木煎煮的汤剂调服，服药后时常饮用苏木汤。
【如圣散】治疗新旧各种疮疡，以及破伤后感染风邪（破伤风），出现颈部僵硬、背部挺直、腰部反折（角弓反张）、牙关紧闭不能言语、手足抽搐、眼球上翻并发出叫声等症状。
丹砂（一两）、草乌头（三两，一半生用，一半用火煅烧至存性，在米醋中淬凉）、麝香（研细）。
将上述药物研磨成细末并混合均匀。若为破伤风，用一小杯酒调服半钱药末，效果神奇。如果是箭头伤口，先用一杯酒调服半钱药末，然后将药粉贴敷在箭疮上。
治疗湿疥蔓延浸渍，流脓溃烂遍布全身，形成大的脓疱，搔抓后流出液体，小如粟粒，瘙痒疼痛难忍，肌肤无法痊愈。
腻粉、绿矾、黄柏（微火炙烤后细研）、硫黄（研细），各等分。
将上述药物研磨成细末并混合均匀，用生油调和药粉涂抹患处。
治疗重物压迫或从高处坠落，导致体内发热，吐血、便血，出血不止；或者瘀血滞留体内，呼吸急促、气短。
当归、大黄。
两者等分，炒制后研磨成末。每次取二钱，用温酒调服，不限时间。
治疗肺脏风毒侵袭皮肤，气血凝滞涩阻，变生疥疮瘙痒，搔抓后皮肤隆起结痂，病情扩散蔓延且难以痊愈。此药能活血脉、滋润皮肤、疏散风邪、止痒。
蛇床子（半两）、黄连（去须，三分）、胡粉（结成砂状，一两）、水银（与胡粉加水研磨至变黑）。
将上述药物用生麻油调和至稀滑。每次用药时，先用盐水浆清洗疮口使其洁净，然后涂抹药物，干燥后立即更换，不过三到五次即可痊愈。
[Jiegu San (Bone-Setting Powder)] Treats injuries from falling from heights or being trampled by horses, where tendons are severed and bones are shattered, with unbearable pain. It has the effects of knitting bones, reconnecting tendons, relieving pain, and invigorating blood circulation.
Dingfen (Calomel, 1 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 qian), Pengsha (Borax, 1.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with decoction of Sumu (Sappan Wood) for oral administration. After taking the medicine, frequently drink Sumu decoction.
[Rusheng San (Like-Sage Powder)] Treats various old and new sores, and wind-stroke following traumatic wounds (tetanus/lockjaw), presenting with neck stiffness, back rigidity, opisthotonos (back arching), trismus (locked jaw) with inability to speak, convulsions of hands and feet, upward rolling of eyes accompanied by abnormal sounds.
Dansha (Cinnabar, 1 liang), Caowutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, 3 liang; half used raw, half calcined by fire until carbonized, quenched in rice vinegar and cooled), Shexiang (Musk, ground).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. For tetanus, mix half a qian with one small cup of wine for administration; the effect is miraculous. If there is an arrow wound, first take half a qian mixed with one cup of wine orally, then apply the medicinal powder topically to the arrow wound.
Treats wet tinea spreading and oozing, with pus and ulceration covering the whole body, forming large blisters. Scratching causes fluid discharge, lesions small as millet grains, with unbearable itching and pain, and the skin fails to heal.
Nifen (Calomel), Lüfan (Chalcanthite), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, lightly roasted and finely ground), Liuhuang (Sulfur, finely ground), all in equal proportions.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Mix with raw sesame oil and apply topically.
Treats internal heat caused by heavy object compression or falling from heights, hematemesis (vomiting blood), hematochezia (blood in stool), with uncontrolled bleeding; or stasis of blood retained internally, causing panting, coarse breathing, and shortness of breath.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma).
Take equal parts, stir-fry, grind into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine for oral administration, at any time.
Treats wind-toxin attacking the skin due to lung organ dysfunction, causing stagnation and涩ness of qi and blood, resulting in scabies-like sores and itching. Scratching causes skin elevation and crusting, with the condition spreading and failing to heal. This medicine invigorates blood vessels, moistens the skin, disperses wind-pathogens, and relieves itching.
Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, 0.5 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, de-routed, 3 fen), Hufen (Lead White, crystallized, 1 liang), Shuiyin (Mercurius, ground with Lead White and water until black).
Mix the above ingredients with raw hemp seed oil until smooth and thin. When applying, first wash the sore clean with salt water solution, then apply the medicine. Replace immediately when dry. Healing occurs within three to five applications.
