上研匀，用甘草膏和，每两作一百丸。每服一丸，含化。小儿夜多惊啼，薄荷水化下。
治疳气羸瘦，面色萎黄，腹胁胀满，头发作穗，揉鼻咬甲，好吃泥土，利色无
往来，目涩口臭，齿龈烂黑。常服长肌退黄，杀疳虫，进乳食。
大皂角 干虾蟆（用各等分，同烧存性，为末，一两，入下项药） 青黛（研，一分） 芦
荟（研） 朱砂（研飞） 麝香（研，各一钱）
上合研匀，用汤浸蒸饼和为丸，如麻子大。每三岁儿，服二十丸，不计时候，温米饮下，
更量大小加减。
治小儿脾胃不和，呕逆恶心，冷热不调，减食泄泻，腹痛肠鸣，少力嗜卧。
浓朴（去皮，姜炙，六两） 白术（三两） 干姜（炮） 甘草（炙，各二两）
上为末。每服一钱，水八分盏，生姜二片，煎六分，去滓，稍热服，乳食前服。
治肺胃受冷，咳嗽气急，胸膈痞满，喉中呀呷，呕吐涎沫，乳食不下。
半夏（汤洗七次，切，焙） 浓朴（去粗皮，姜汁炙） 丁香（各四两） 陈皮（去瓤）
人参
上为细末，用生姜汁打面糊为丸，如麻子大。三岁儿每服二十丸，生姜汤下，食后服，
量儿大小加减。

治疗疳气导致的身体消瘦羸弱，面色萎黄，腹部和胁肋胀满，头发结成穗状，揉鼻子咬指甲，喜欢吃泥土，大便颜色正常但排便不畅，眼睛干涩口臭，牙龈腐烂发黑。经常服用可以长肌肉、退黄疸，杀灭疳虫，增进乳食。

以上混合研匀，用汤浸过的蒸饼调和制成丸剂，大小如麻子。每三岁儿童服用二十丸，不限时间，用温米饮送下，并根据患儿具体情况增减剂量。
治疗小儿脾胃不和，呕吐逆气恶心，冷热失调，食欲减退泄泻，腹痛肠鸣，乏力嗜睡。
厚朴（去皮，姜汁炙，六两） 白术（三两） 干姜（炮制） 甘草（炙，各二两）
以上研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分盏，生姜两片，煎至六分，去渣滓，稍热时服用，在吃奶或进食前服用。
治疗肺胃受寒，咳嗽气急，胸膈痞闷胀满，喉中发出呀呷声，呕吐涎沫，乳食难以下咽。

Calms the heart and spirit, resolves phlegm and saliva, unblocks the throat and diaphragm, and relieves restlessness and thirst.
Borax (ground, 1 fen) Cinnabar (ground and water-flown, 50 liang) Moschus (ground) Plagiostachys balfourii (ice flakes/Bingpian, ground, each 0.5 liang) Dragon Brain/Longnao (ground).
Grind the above ingredients uniformly, mix with Licorice paste, and form into 100 pills per liang of powder. Take one pill at a time, holding it in the mouth to dissolve slowly. For children who cry frequently at night due to fright, dissolve with mint water.
Treats gan syndrome (infantile malnutrition) characterized by emaciation, sallow complexion, abdominal and hypochondriac distension, hair matted into tufts, nose-rubbing, nail-biting, pica (eating dirt), normal stool color but difficult defecation, dry eyes, foul breath, and blackened, rotting gums. Regular use promotes muscle growth, reduces jaundice, kills gan parasites, and improves appetite for milk and food.
Gleditsia sinensis fruit (large soap pod) and Dried Bufo bufo gargarizans (toad skin/meat) are taken in equal parts, burned together until only the carbonized residue remains, then ground into powder (1 liang). Add the following: Indigo Naturalis (ground, 1 fen) Aloe (ground) Cinnabar (ground and water-flown) Moschus (ground, each 1 qian).
Mix and grind uniformly, bind with steamed wheat dough soaked in water, and form pills the size of hemp seeds. For every three years of age, administer 20 pills at any time, washed down with warm rice drink; adjust dosage according to the child's condition.
Treats spleen and stomach disharmony in children, presenting with vomiting, nausea, cold-heat imbalance, reduced appetite, diarrhea, abdominal pain, borborygmus, fatigue, and lethargy.
Magnolia officinalis bark (thick bark/Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, peeled, ginger-fried, 6 liang) Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome (3 liang) Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (dry ginger, processed) Glycyrrhiza uralensis root (licorice, fried, each 2 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add 8 fen of water and 2 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until 6 fen remains, strain, and take slightly warm before meals or nursing.
Treats cold invasion of the lung and stomach, manifesting as cough, rapid breathing, chest and diaphragmatic fullness and oppression, wheezing sounds in the throat, vomiting of salivary fluid, and inability to retain milk or food.
Pinellia ternata tuber (washed seven times in hot water, sliced, dried) Magnolia officinalis bark (peeled of rough skin, ginger juice-fried) Syzygium aromaticum flower bud (each 4 liang) Citrus reticulata peel (pith removed) Codonopsis pilosula root (Ren Shen).
Grind into fine powder, bind with wheat flour paste made using fresh ginger juice, and form pills the size of hemp seeds. For a three-year-old child, administer 20 pills per dose, washed down with ginger soup, taken after meals; adjust dosage according to the child's size and condition.
