上七味 咀，以煎成猪膏一斤，微火煎白芷黄，药成。每用摩疮上，日再用。
治疗烫伤、火烧伤初期出现的水泡，热毒侵袭蔓延，患处红肿疼痛，毒气壅盛，腐烂化脓。具有收敛疮口、清除热毒、缓解疼痛的功效。
当归、黄蜡（各一两），麻油（四两）。
以上药材先将麻油加热煎煮，使当归煎至焦黑色，滤去药渣，随后加入黄蜡迅速搅拌，冷却后装入瓷盒中。每次使用时，将药膏摊涂在旧布上贴敷于患处。
治疗风邪与热毒客居搏结于皮肤，导致身体生疮，瘙痒疼痛无时休止，以及严重疥疮引发的溃烂，患处红肿疼痛，浸淫扩散不止。具有拔除热毒、缓解疼痛、促进肌肉生长、收敛疮口的功效，效果显著。
猪脂（炼制，六两），松脂（半两），腻粉，胡粉，黄连（研为细末），甘草（研为细末，各一两）。
以上药物，先用猪脂煎煮松脂，接着加入二两黄蜡，过滤去除药渣，然后加入腻粉及上述四种药末，搅拌均匀，倒入瓷器容器中。每次取少量药膏涂抹患处，每日更换三至四次。
治疗风邪毒气外袭皮肤，熏蒸引发肿胀，发作部位不定，游走往来，时常发生瘙痒疼痛；或者风毒之势形成疮疡，患处红肿且多脓液，疮口边缘紧绷拘急。凡是风邪引起的肿胀，均予以治疗。
吴茱萸，藁本，独活，细辛，白僵蚕（去除丝嘴，炒制），半夏，蜀椒（去目，炒制），防风（去皮）。
以上药物细细切碎，用炼制的腊月猪脂二斤，以文火煎煮，待白芷煎至赤黑色为度，用绵布过滤去渣，加入黄蜡，盛入瓷器中保存。每次使用时，取少量药膏按摩患处直至发热，每日三次服用（注：原文“日三服”在此外用膏剂语境下疑为“日三摩”或笔误，但依字面翻译为每日三次使用/按摩）。
治疗内痔和外痔，肿块结节坚硬，或不时瘙痒，或疼痛难忍，或肛门周围生疮，红肿溃烂侵蚀硬结，久不消散。

Treats initial stages of scalds and burns, presenting with blisters (Baojiang), where heat-toxin invades and spreads. The affected area is red, swollen, and painful, with excessive toxic qi leading to putrefaction and pus formation. It promotes wound contraction, clears heat-toxin, and alleviates pain.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) and Beeswax (Huangla) (each 1 liang), Sesame Oil (MAYOU) (4 liang).
First, heat the sesame oil and decoct until Angelicae Sinensis Radix turns dark black. Strain out the dregs, then add Beeswax and stir vigorously. Allow to cool and store in a porcelain container. When using, spread the ointment on old cloth and apply as a patch.
Treats wind-pathogen and heat-toxin lodging and clashing in the skin, causing sores on the body with unceasing itching and pain, as well as severe scabies turning into sores. The affected area is red, swollen, and painful, with exudate spreading continuously. It extracts heat-toxin, stops pain, generates flesh, and contracts wounds, proving highly effective.
Pig Fat (Zhu Zhi, refined, 6 liang), Pine Resin (Songzhi) (0.5 liang), Calomelas (Nifen), Lead Carbonate (Hufen), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (powdered), Licorice Root (Gancao) (powdered, each 1 liang).
First, decoct Pine Resin in Pig Fat. Then add 2 liang of Beeswax, filter out residues, and subsequently add Calomelas and the four powdered herbs. Stir evenly and pour into a porcelain vessel. Apply a small amount to the sore three to four times daily.
Treats external invasion of wind-pathogenic toxic qi into the skin, causing swelling due to steaming. The onset is unpredictable, wandering around, accompanied by intermittent itching and pain. If wind-toxin progresses to form sores, the area becomes red with abundant pus, and the edges are tight and tense. This formula treats all types of wind-induced swelling.
Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu), Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix (Gaoben), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin), Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiangcan) (cleaned of silk and mouth, fried), Pinelliae Tuber (Banxia), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shujiao) (eyes removed, fried), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (skin removed).
Finely chop the above ingredients. Decoct in 2 jin of refined pig fat from the twelfth lunar month over gentle heat. Boil until Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma et Radix turns dark red-black. Filter through cotton cloth to remove dregs, add wax, and store in porcelain. When using, take a small amount to massage the area until warm, apply three times daily.
Treats internal and external hemorrhoids, characterized by hard nodules, intermittent itching, unbearable pain, or sores around the anus that are red, ulcerated, and erode the nodules without resolving for a long time.
Phellodendri Cortex (Huai Baipi), Melia Fruit (Lianshi) (each 5 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) (each 2 liang), Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou) (2 he), Peach Kernel (Taoren) (60 pieces), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui).
Chop the seven ingredients. Decoct in 1 jin of prepared pig lard over low heat until Angelicae Dahuricae Radix turns yellow. The preparation is complete. Apply to the sore twice daily.
