小便出粪，大便出尿，又名阴阳易病
裤裆（男用女裤，女用男裤）烧灰，开水冲，日
胡桃肉四两，黄蜡一两，共研糊丸，每服二钱，或山楂肉为末，艾叶汤调下。
指甲五分，头发钱半，烧研末，每一钱空心酒下。或莴苣捣敷脐上。
燕窝中草，烧为末，水调服。或用纸铺席上，将遗尿后湿纸晒干，烧灰酒服。或鸡肠烧
灰为末，温酒服。加鸡炖皮更妙。
蜀葵花根（洗锉），煎五六沸服。或猪鬃三钱， 存性，末，黄酒冲服。（须避风）
血淋 发灰二钱，藕汁和服，极重者三服愈。或白鸡冠花，烧灰存性，米汤调服三钱，
数服愈。（男妇统治）
多年木梳，烧存性，空心冷水调服（男用男梳，女用女梳）。或苎麻根两茎，切碎，水
一碗，煎半碗服。或木通五钱，甘草二钱，煎服。
侧柏叶、柳梢各五钱，煎汁，露一宿，空心温服。或白矾细末，一满小酒钟，覆脐眼上，
用布包扎一昼夜。
清明日所摘杨柳叶，煎汤服、或陈年冬瓜子炒末，每五钱，空心米汤下。或生白果仁十
枚，擂，用水送服。或韭菜子（炒）一两，为末，空心酒调服一钱三分（此方并治梦遗）。
或荞麦，炒焦，末，鸡子白和丸，梧子大，每五十丸盐汤下，日三服。
又方（治白浊，并治遗精） 白果打烂，包于龟头，扎紧，一夜愈。或每早捣生白果，
冲豆腐浆服。
取一个丝瓜，烧至保留药性（存性），槐花用量减半，两者共同研成细末。空腹时，用米汤送服二钱。
小便中排出粪便，大便中排出尿液，这种病症又被称为阴阳易病。

血淋：发灰二钱，与藕汁混合服用，病情极重者服用三次即可痊愈。或者用白鸡冠花，烧灰保留药性，用米汤调服三钱，服用数次后可愈。（男女通用）

另一方法（治疗白浊，并治疗遗精）：将白果打烂，包裹在龟头上，扎紧，一夜可愈。或者每天早晨捣碎生白果，冲入豆腐浆中服用。
Take one loofah (Luffa Fructus), carbonize it to preserve its medicinal properties, and use half the amount of Sophora flower (Sophorae Flos). Grind both into a fine powder. Take two qian on an empty stomach with rice water.
Feces passing through the urethra and urine passing through the anus is also known as Yin-Yang Exchange Disease (Yin Yang Yi Bing).
Burn the crotch of underwear (men use women's underpants, women use men's underpants) to ash. Mix with boiling water and take orally once daily.
Take four liang of Walnut Kernel (Juglandis Semen) and one liang of Yellow Beeswax (Cera Flava). Grind them together into a paste and make pills. Take two qian per dose. Alternatively, grind Hawthorn Fruit (Crataegi Fructus) into a fine powder and take with Mugwort Decoction (Artemisiae Argyi Decoctum).
Take five fen of fingernails and half a qian of human hair. Carbonize and grind into a fine powder. Take one qian per dose on an empty stomach with wine. Alternatively, crush Lettuce (Lactuca Sativa) and apply it to the umbilicus.
Carbonize the grass found in Swallow's Nest (Hirundo Nidus) into a fine powder and take with water. Alternatively, place paper on a mat, dry the wet paper after nocturnal emission, burn it to ash, and take with wine. Alternatively, burn Chicken Intestine (Gallus gallus domesticus intestinum) to ash, grind into powder, and take with warm wine. Adding chicken meat for stewing yields better results.
Take several inches of White Hyacinth Bean Root (Dolichoris Lablab Radix) and decoct for oral administration. Alternatively, grind Stonecrop Flower (Sedum Sarmentosum) into a fine powder and take one teaspoon with wine, three times daily.
Crush Purslane (Portulacae Herba) to extract juice and take orally. Alternatively, take equal parts of Dried Persimmon (Kaki Fructus) and Centella Herb (Centellae Herba), decoct in water, and drink several times daily.
Wash and chop the root of Hollyhock Flower (Althaeae Radix), decoct until it boils five or six times, and take orally. Alternatively, take three qian of Hog Bristle (Sus Scrofa domestica seta), preserve its medicinal property by carbonization, grind into powder, and take with yellow wine. (Avoid exposure to wind.)
Blood Dysuria (Xue Lin): Take two qian of human hair ash and mix with Lotus Rhizome Juice (Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Succus). For severe cases, three doses are curative. Alternatively, take White Cockscomb Flower (Celosiae Cristatae Flos), carbonize to preserve medicinal properties, grind into powder, and take three qian mixed with rice water. Several doses lead to recovery. (Applicable to both men and women.)
Take a wooden comb used for many years, carbonize to preserve medicinal properties, and take on an empty stomach mixed with cold water (men use male combs, women use female combs). Alternatively, take two stems of Ramie Root (Boehmeriae Niveae Radix), cut into pieces, add one bowl of water, decoct until half remains, and take orally. Alternatively, take five qian of Akebia Caulis (Akebiae Caulis) and two qian of Licorice Root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), decoct, and take orally.
Take five qian each of Biota Leaf (Biotae Cacumen) and Willow Twig (Salicis Ramulus). Decoct to obtain juice, leave exposed to dew overnight, and take warm on an empty stomach. Alternatively, take a full small cup of finely powdered Alum (Alumen), cover the umbilicus, and wrap tightly with cloth for twenty-four hours.
Take one liang of Acorus Rhizome (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) and fourteen Almond Seeds (Prunus armeniaca seeds, specifically Bai Guo/Ginkgo Biloba seed), remove shells and skins, decoct in wine, and take orally.
Take willow leaves picked on Qingming Festival, decoct in water, and take orally. Alternatively, take aged Winter Melon Seed (Benincasae Semen), stir-fry until browned, grind into powder, take five qian per dose on an empty stomach with rice water. Alternatively, take ten raw Ginkgo Biloba seeds (Bai Guo), pound into a paste, and take with water. Alternatively, take one liang of Leek Seed (Allii Tuberosi Semen), stir-fried, grind into powder, and take 1.3 qian mixed with wine on an empty stomach (this formula also treats seminal emission during dreams). Alternatively, take Buckwheat (Fagopyri Dibotrys Rhizoma), stir-fry until charred, grind into powder, mix with egg white to form pills the size of wu-tzu seeds, take fifty pills per dose with salt water, three times daily.
Another prescription (for treating cloudy urine and seminal emission): Mash Ginkgo Biloba seeds (Bai Guo), wrap around the glans penis, tie tightly, and recover within one night. Alternatively, mash fresh Ginkgo Biloba seeds every morning and mix with tofu milk for oral consumption.
