生手足第四指，初生痛极，久则溃烂脱节
甘草嚼烂浓敷，干即换，日夜勿停，数
一足拘挛口有臭气者是
鳖甲烧存性，研末，水调服一钱，日三服。或雄鸡顶上毛并
纺车上弦线烧灰敷。
生右胯者是
初起者肥皂核一把，略煨，杵极细腻，入连须葱白再捣极烂，作饼磕患处。若燥硬加醋
或蜜复加和捣磕之，数次即散（并治一切肿毒）。
又方 核桃七个，烧研，黄酒下，三服见效。已成者，猪腰一个，切开纳银朱五钱于内，
罨患处，一夜即消。或胡芦巴炒细为末，黄酒冲服（并消诸毒）。外治，千年锻石入明矾一
块，盐少许，米汤调敷。
（凡顶上生疮，五色如樱桃状，破则自顶上分裂，连皮剥落脱至足，名曰肉人） 常
饮牛乳自消。

全蝎三两，去勾足焙干为末，捣油核桃肉为丸，绿豆大，日服二次，早晚各六分，烧酒
送，七日全愈。妇人阴内生疮 杏仁烧灰存性，加麝香少许，共为末纳入。
肥皂烧至存性，明矾烧至枯干，两者等量研磨成粉末，用麻油调和后外敷。
疮疡大小如樱桃且呈现五色者，疮破溃后会导致颈部皮肤断裂。
每日饮用黄牛乳，日久即可痊愈。

通草研末，用鸡蛋清调和外敷。嚼烂黄豆敷贴亦可。（四肢门中有相关方剂）。

又一方：核桃七个，烧后研末，用黄酒送服，服用三次见效。已成形的，取猪腰一个，切开后将五钱银朱纳入其中，罨敷患处，一夜即可消退。或者将胡芦巴炒细为末，用黄酒冲服（兼消各种毒邪）。外用方：千年锻石加入一块明矾，少许盐，用米汤调和外敷。
（凡是头顶生疮，颜色五色如同樱桃形状，破溃后从头顶自然分裂，连皮剥落脱至足部，名为“肉人”）常饮牛乳可自行消散。
全蝎三两，去掉钩和足，焙干后研成粉末，与捣碎的油核桃肉制成丸药，大小如绿豆，每日服用两次，早晚各六分，用烧酒送服，七日可完全痊愈。妇人阴内生疮：杏仁烧灰存性，加入少许麝香，共同研成粉末纳入患处。
Saponariae Fructus (Feizao) is calcined to retain its properties, and Alum (Fan) is calcined until dry. Both are taken in equal parts, ground into powder, mixed with Sesame Oil (MAYOU), and applied externally.
For sores the size of a cherry exhibiting five colors, once the sore breaks, the skin of the neck may rupture.
Drinking yellow cow's milk daily will lead to recovery over time.
Sores arising on the fourth finger of the hands or feet initially cause extreme pain; if prolonged, they ulcerate and cause joint separation.
Chew Licorice Root (Gancao) thoroughly and apply it thickly to the affected area; replace when dry, day and night without stopping, for several days.
Olive pits (those with salt should be boiled to remove saltiness), cut open and ground. Apply using a chicken feather brush; the swelling will subside after twenty days.
This condition is named "Zhu Jie" (Worm-eaten Joint).
Apply chewed raw soybeans to the affected area; this also treats sores growing under the fingernails/toenails (named "Zhu Jia").
Powdered Tetrapanacis Medulla (Tongcao) mixed with egg white for external application. Applying chewed soybeans is also effective. (See the Limbs section for formulas).
If one foot is spasmodic and the breath has a foul odor:
Calcined Tortoise Shell (Biejia) retained in its original state, ground into powder, mixed with water, and taken orally (one qian), three times a day. Alternatively, use the feathers from the crest of a rooster...
Burn the string from a spinning wheel into ash and apply as a poultice.
For those occurring on the right hip:
At the initial stage, take a handful of soap pits, slightly roast them, pound them until extremely fine, add green onions with roots intact, and pound until very mushy. Form into a cake and apply to the lesion. If it becomes dry and hard, add vinegar or honey, mix again, pound, and apply; it will dissipate after several applications (also treats all types of swellings and toxins).
Another prescription: Roast seven walnuts, grind into powder, and take with yellow rice wine; efficacy is seen after three doses. For established cases, take one pig kidney, slice it open, insert five qian of Cinnabar (Yinzhu), and apply to the affected area; it will subside overnight. Alternatively, stir-fry Phaseoli Semen (Huluba) until fine, make into powder, and take with yellow rice wine (also dissipates various toxins). External treatment: Use thousand-year-old lime (Qiannian Duanshi) with a piece of Alum (Fan) and a little salt, mixed with rice gruel for external application.
(Any sore growing on the top of the head, resembling a cherry in shape and color, which splits naturally upon breaking, peeling off the skin down to the feet, is named "Rou Ren".) Regular consumption of cow's milk will cause it to subside spontaneously.
Apply petals of white lotus flowers. (Refer to the Mouth and Nose section).
Three liang of Scorpion (Quanxie), remove hooks and legs, bake dry, and grind into powder. Mix with pounded oil walnut meat to form pills the size of mung beans. Take twice daily, morning and evening, each dose being six fen, washed down with distilled liquor (Shaojiu); full recovery in seven days. Sores inside the female vagina: Burn Almond (Xingren) to ash retaining its properties, add a small amount of Musk (Shexiang), grind together into powder, and insert into the affected area.
