治心肺积热，上攻咽喉，肿痛闭塞，水浆不下，或喉痹重舌，木舌肿胀，皆可服。
青黛 盆硝 蒲黄 甘草（各等分）
上为细末，研匀，每用少许，吹入咽喉内，细细咽下。若作丸，用砂糖为丸，每两作五
十丸，每服一丸，噙化咽下。
治冬月寒痰，咽喉不利，语音不出。《针经》云∶寒气客于会厌，卒然如 ，宜服。
官桂 草乌（各一字） 半夏（洗，五钱）
上为细末，生姜自然汁浸，蒸饼和丸，如芡实大，每服一丸，至夜噙化，多年不愈者，
并皆治之。
治咽喉疼痛，虚者少用，实者多用。
防风（去芦，一两） 羌活 僵蚕（炒） 白药子（蜜炙） 硼砂 荆芥 黄药子 大
黄（湿纸裹，煨令香熟） 细辛 川芎 红内消 山豆根 郁金 甘草（以上各半两） 牙
硝（三钱） 薄荷（半斤）
上为细末，研薄荷汁同蜜少许调，每服一匙，不拘时服。
治悬痈肿痛不可忍。
玄参 升麻 射干 大黄（各一钱半） 甘草（一钱）
上作一服，用水二盅，煎至一盅，不拘时缓缓噙咽服。
治咽喉肿痛。
黄丹 朴硝 猪牙皂角（ ） 砂仁壳（ 灰，各半两）
上为细末，每用少许，以鹅翎蘸药入口中，敷舌上下及肿处，然后以温水灌漱。如咽喉
间毒已破，疮口痛者，用猪脑髓蒸熟，淡姜醋蘸吃下，立效。
治疗心肺积热，热气上攻咽喉，导致咽喉肿痛闭塞，连水浆都无法咽下，或者出现喉痹、重舌、木舌肿胀等症状，都可以服用此方。

治疗冬季寒痰阻滞，导致咽喉不利索，声音发不出。《针经》说：寒气侵袭会厌穴，突然感到咽喉阻塞不适，适宜服用此方。

将上述药物研成细末，用生姜自然汁浸泡，再用蒸饼和药粉制成丸剂，大小如芡实，每次服用一丸，到夜晚时含在口中慢慢化开。多年不愈的病症，都能治愈。
治疗咽喉疼痛，体质虚弱者少用，实证患者多用。

将上述药物研成细末，研磨薄荷汁并加入少许蜂蜜调匀，每次服用一匙，不拘泥于固定时间服用。
治疗悬痈肿痛剧烈，难以忍受。
玄参 升麻 射干 大黄（各一钱半） 甘草（一钱）
作为一剂药，用水二盅，煎煮至一盅，不拘泥于固定时间，缓缓含咽服用。
治疗咽喉肿痛。
黄丹 朴硝 猪牙皂角（烧存性/灰化） 砂仁壳（烧成灰，各半两）
将上述药物研成细末，每次取少量药粉，用鹅毛蘸取药粉放入口中，涂抹在舌头上下及肿胀部位，然后用温水漱口冲洗。如果咽喉间的毒邪已经破溃，疮口疼痛，可用猪脑髓蒸熟，蘸淡姜醋吃下，立即见效。
To treat accumulated heat in the Heart and Lung channels attacking the throat, causing swelling, pain, and obstruction where even water and food cannot be swallowed; or for treating throat bi (throat obstruction), double tongue, and wooden tongue with swelling, this formula can be taken.
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Pening Xiao (Mirabilite), Puhuang (Tylphae Pollen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Take a small amount each time, blow it into the throat, and swallow it slowly. If made into pills, use rock sugar as a binder to form pills; make fifty pills from one liang of powder. Take one pill per dose, hold it in the mouth to dissolve slowly, and swallow.
To treat cold phlegm in winter causing throat discomfort and loss of voice. The *Zhen Jing* states: "When cold qi invades the Huian (meeting of the apertures), sudden obstruction occurs." This formula is suitable.
Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Caowu (Aconiti Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (washed, 5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Soak in fresh ginger juice, mix with steamed dough to form pills the size of Euryale Seed (Qianshi). Take one pill per dose, hold it in the mouth at night to dissolve slowly. It treats chronic cases that have not healed for years.
To treat sore throat. Use less for deficiency patterns, more for excess patterns.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (remove rhizome, 1 liang), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) (stir-fried), Baiyaoyzi (Dioscoreae Bulbiferae), Pengsha (Borax), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Huangyaoyzi (Dioscorea bulbifera), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (wrapped in wet paper, baked until fragrant), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Hongneixiao (unknown specific herb, likely referring to a local remedy or processed mineral/herb mixture), Shandougen (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix), Yujin (Curcumae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (all above half liang), Yanxiao (Sal Nitri, 3 qian), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (8 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Grind Bohe juice and mix with a small amount of honey. Take one spoonful per dose, at any time.
To treat severe pain and swelling of Xuan Yong (suspension abscess, often referring to uvular or soft palate abscess).
Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Shegan (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1.5 qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (1 qian).
Take as one dose. Add two zhong of water, decoct until one zhong remains. Hold in the mouth and swallow slowly at any time.
To treat sore throat and swelling.
Huandan (Mineral Lead Oxide), Puxiao (Mirabilite), Zhuya Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) (processed to ash/charred), Sha Ren Ke (Amomi Fructus Shell) (processed to ash, both half liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take a small amount each time, dip an goose feather into the medicine, place it in the mouth, and apply to the upper and lower surfaces of the tongue and swollen areas. Then rinse with warm water. If the toxin in the throat has already ulcerated and the wound is painful, take steamed pig brain marrow, dip it in mild ginger vinegar, and eat it. Immediate effect is expected.
