治中风神不清。即凉膈散加青黛、蓝根。

【正舌散】治疗中风导致的舌头僵硬、转动不灵，言语不清，效果显著。

将上述药材切碎，分为两帖。每帖用水两盏，加入生姜五片、去核的大枣一枚，煎煮至剩余八分水量，滤去药渣，不限时间服用。
【转舌膏】治疗中风引起的抽搐痉挛，舌体僵硬、不能言语。即取凉膈散（清热泻火、通便的方剂），加入石菖蒲（开窍醒神）、远志（安神益智）研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子，外用朱砂（清心镇惊）粉末包裹衣层。每次服用一丸，用薄荷汤送服化开，饭后或临睡前服用。
治疗中风导致的神志不清。即取凉膈散，加入青黛（清热解毒）、蓝根（板蓝根，清热凉血）。
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子，外用朱砂粉末包裹衣层，再覆盖金箔。每次服用一丸，用茶清（淡茶水）送服化开，饭后临睡前服用。
【大神效活络丹】治疗左半身瘫痪、右半身活动不利，效果极佳。

【清肺益气方】清肺气以养魄，中风患者多出现昏沉冒昧的症状，这是因为肺气不清所致。

将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，每两药粉制成十丸。临睡前嚼服一丸，用愈风汤（祛风通络的方剂）煎汤送下。此方能上清肺气，下强骨髓。
【大神效活络丹·续】治疗风湿引起的各种痹症，筋骨疼痛，清心明目，宽胸理气并止血溢，养气暖膝，缓解腰臂疼痛，口眼歪斜，行走艰难，筋脉拘挛。年四十岁以上者服用，到老不生风疾，大有神效。

将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼后用温酒或茶清漱口送下，根据病症部位上下调整服药方式。若患头风病，则用擂茶送服。
[Zhengshe San (Tongue-Correcting Powder)] Treats stroke resulting in tongue stiffness and difficulty in movement, along with slurred speech; it is highly effective.
Scorpio cauda (scorpion tail, detoxified, 14 units) Poria cocos (one tael)
Crush the above herbs and divide into two doses. For each dose, add two cups of water, five slices of fresh ginger, and one jujube (pitted). Decoct until only eight-tenths of the liquid remains, strain out the dregs, and take at any time.
[Zhuanshe Gao (Tongue-Turning Paste)] Treats stroke-induced convulsions, tongue rigidity, and aphasia. It is prepared by taking Liangge San (Cooling the Diaphragm Decoction), adding Acorus tatarinowii Rhizome (Shichangpu, for opening orifices and revitalizing the spirit) and Polygala Tenuifolia Root (Yuanzhi, for calming the mind and benefiting intelligence), grinding them into fine powder, and forming pills with refined honey. The pills are sized like marbles, coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha, for clearing heart heat and calming fright). Take one pill per dose, dissolved in Mentha haplocalyx Decoction (Bohe Tang), taken after meals or before bedtime.
For stroke causing mental confusion: Take Liangge San, add Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, for clearing heat and detoxifying) and Isatis Root (Langen, for cooling blood and clearing heat).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, form pills with refined honey, size like marbles, coat with Cinnabar powder, and cover with Gold Leaf. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in clear tea (Cha Qing), taken after meals and before sleep.
