[Formula] Shengdi Huang Jian (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh Juice Decoction)
First Formula:
Chicken Egg White (2 eggs, extract the white) Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, ground into fine powder) Hanshuishi (Calcitritum, finely ground, each half liang)
Take a small cup of freshly drawn cool water to dissolve the Mangxiao and other powders first. Then add the chicken egg white, stir until uniform. Take divided into two doses at any time.
Second Formula:
Indicated for heat disease after sweating, where heat toxins are not yet exhausted, leading to fever and mania due to fright.

Chop the herbs. For each dose, take five qian, add one large cup of water, decoct until five fen of liquid remains. Strain and take warm at any time.
Third Formula:
Indicated for heat disease, characterized by mental confusion, erratic joy and sorrow, mania, and urge to run.

Grind all into fine powder, mix thoroughly. Combine with refined honey, pound 300-500 times. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20-30 pills at any time, washed down with Mint Decoction.
Fourth Formula:
Indicated for heat disease, deficiency-heat in Heart and Spleen, sudden congestion of Lung Qi, swelling and pain in the throat, dryness of mouth and tongue, difficulty swallowing saliva, and obstruction to drinking water.
Xijiao Xie (Rhinoceros Horn Shavings) Huangyaozi (Dioscorea bulbifera Bulbil) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) Yujin (Curcumae Radix) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, cut and fried) Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix) Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried) Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, each half liang) Luoshi [Teng] (Trachelospermi Caulis, [character missing])
Grind into fine powder, add Mayaxiao (Saltpeter) and grind evenly. Combine with refined honey, pound 300-500 times. Form pills the size of small bullets. At any time, hold one pill in the mouth to dissolve slowly and swallow with saliva.
Fifth Formula:
Indicated for heat disease, vexation and heat in chest and heart, dry mouth, yellowing of skin and flesh. Suitable for consumption.
