大黄（二钱） 连翘（四钱） 黄芩 薄荷 山栀子 朴硝 甘草（各一钱）
上作一服，水二盅，入蜜一匙，竹叶十片，煎至三五沸，去渣，温服，不以时候。
黄连 黄柏 黄芩 大栀子（各二钱）
上作一服，水二盅，煎至一盅，食远服。
大黄 当归 芍药 荆芥 麻黄 甘草（各一钱半） 白术（三钱半）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜三片，薄荷少许，煎至一盅，去渣，不拘时温服。
大黄 瞿麦 蓄 车前子 木通 山栀子 甘草（各一钱） 滑石（二钱） 加木

上作一服，水二盅，灯心二十茎，煎至一盅，不拘时温服。

上为末，滴水为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，熟水下。又方去黄芩用黄连。
芍药 黄柏（去皮，各一两） 当归 黄连（各半两）
上为末，滴水为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，熟水下，食前。
黄连 黄柏 黄芩 大黄（各等分）
上为末，滴水为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，新水下。加栀子减大黄，名栀子金花丸
。
第一方：大黄（二钱），连翘（四钱），黄芩、薄荷、山栀子、朴硝、甘草（各一钱）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，加入蜂蜜一匙，竹叶十片，煎煮至沸腾三五次后，滤去药渣，温服，不限具体时间。
第二方：黄连、黄柏、黄芩、大栀子（各二钱）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至剩下一盅，在饭后较远的时候服用。
第三方：大黄、当归、芍药、荆芥、麻黄、甘草（各一钱半），白术（三钱半）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，生姜三片，少许薄荷，煎煮至剩下一盅，滤去药渣，不限时间温服。
第四方：大黄、瞿麦、蓄草、车前子、木通、山栀子、甘草（各一钱），滑石（二钱），加木香（适量）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，灯心草二十茎，煎煮至剩下一盅，不限时间温服。
第五方：大黄、黄芩、黄柏（以上各等分）。
以上药材研为细末，滴入清水制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，用温水送下。另一个方子是去掉黄芩，改用黄连。
第六方：芍药、黄柏（去皮，各一两），当归、黄连（各半两）。
以上药材研为细末，滴入清水制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，用温水送下，饭前服用。
第七方：黄连、黄柏、黄芩、大黄（各等分）。
以上药材研为细末，滴入清水制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，用新汲水送下。若加入栀子并减少大黄，则名为栀子金花丸。
第八方：大黄、赤芍药、当归、甘草（炒制，各二钱）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至剩下一盅，滤去药渣温服。
第九方：犀角（镑片）、黄连、大黄、芍药、甘草（各二钱半）。
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至剩下一盅，滤去药渣温服，不限时间。
Formula 1: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang, 2 qian), Forsythiae Fructus (Lianqiao, 4 qian), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Folium Menthae (Bohe), Fructus Gardeniae (Shanzhizi), Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) (each 1 qian).
Take the above herbs as one dose. Add two zhong of water, one spoonful of honey, and ten leaves of Phyllostachys nigra (Zhuye). Boil until it boils three to five times, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Formula 2: Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Fructus Gardeniae (Da Zhizi) (each 2 qian).
Take the above herbs as one dose. Add two zhong of water and boil down to one zhong. Take after meals.
Formula 3: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Herba Ephedrae (Mahuang), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) (each 1.5 qian), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu, 3.5 qian).
Take the above herbs as one dose. Add two zhong of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and a small amount of Folium Menthae (Bohe). Boil down to one zhong, remove the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Formula 4: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Herba Dianthi (Qumai), Herba Polygoni Avicularis (Biazhong), Semen Plantaginis (Cheqianzi), Caulis Akebiae (Mutong), Fructus Gardeniae (Shanzhizi), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) (each 1 qian), Talcum (Huashi, 2 qian), add Radix Aucklandiae (Muxiang, appropriate amount).
Take the above herbs as one dose. Add two zhong of water and twenty stems of Juncus effusus (Dengxin). Boil down to one zhong, and take warm at any time.
Formula 5: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai) (equal parts of the above).
Grind the above herbs into powder, make pills with dripping water, sized like Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi). Take thirty pills per dose with cooked water. Another prescription removes Huangqin and uses Huanglian instead.
Formula 6: Radix Paeoniae Alba (Shaoyao), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai, peeled) (each 1 liang), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) (each half liang).
Grind the above herbs into powder, make pills with dripping water, sized like Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi). Take thirty pills per dose with cooked water, before meals.
Formula 7: Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang) (equal parts).
Grind the above herbs into powder, make pills with dripping water, sized like Sophora japonica seeds (Wutongzi). Take thirty pills per dose with fresh drawn water. If Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) is added and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang) is reduced, it is named Zhizi Jinhua Wan.
Formula 8: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao, stir-fried) (each 2 qian).
Take the above herbs as one dose. Add two zhong of water and boil down to one zhong. Remove the dregs and take warm.
This formula is Liangge San plus half liang of Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian).
Formula 9: Cornu Rhinocerotis (Xijiao, sliced), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Radix Paeoniae (Shaoyao), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) (each 2.5 qian).
Take the above herbs as one dose. Add two zhong of water and boil down to one zhong. Remove the dregs and take warm at any time.
