治虚劳，心胸烦满喘促，大小便不利，四肢浮肿。

上为细末，每用羊肾一对，切去脂膜，以水一盏半，煎羊肾至一盏，去肾下药末半两，
更煎至六分，去滓，空心及晚食前，分为二服。
治疗虚劳病，伴有症瘕（腹内结块）积聚且久不消散的情况。
桃仁（一千二百粒，用热水浸泡后去皮、去尖及双仁部分，研磨，随即用水过滤取得浓汁五升），鳖甲（去除裙边，用醋炙）。
以上药物研成细末，在锅（铛）中先煎煮桃仁汁，待其消耗掉一半时，再加入上述两种药末，用木片不停地搅拌，煎煮较长时间后，再倒入优质酒，将三种成分煎至像稀糖一样粘稠的状态，装入瓷器中保存。空腹时及晚饭前，用热酒一中盏调服一茶匙。忌食苋菜、生冷食物及湿面。
治疗虚劳病，出现心胸烦闷胀满、气喘急促，大小便不通利，四肢浮肿的症状。
陈橘皮（去掉白色内层，二两），紫苏子（微炒，三分），汉防己，甘遂（煨至微黄，各半两），甜葶苈子（微炒）。
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三二百下，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，空腹时及晚饭前，用姜枣汤送服。
治疗虚劳病，肾脏虚弱乏力，耳聋，或者经常听到钟磬风雨之声，适宜服用此药以补肾虚。
磁石（二两，烧至通红，用醋淬炼七次，捣碎，研磨，用水飞法处理），鹿茸（去毛，用酥油炙），楮实子（以上各一两），杜仲（炮制，去皮脐），防风（去芦头），远志（去心）。
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜调和并捣杵三五百下，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，空腹时及晚饭前用温酒送服。
治疗虚劳病，肾脏亏损，耳聋身体消瘦，脚膝无力疼痛。
磁石（二两，捣碎，用水淘洗去除红色汁液），牛膝（去苗），白蒺藜（微炒，去刺），桂心，人参（去芦头），白芍药，泽泻。
以上药物研成细末。每次取羊肾一对，切去脂膜，用水一盏半，煎煮羊肾至剩下一盏量时，去掉羊肾，加入药末半两，继续煎至六分量，滤去药渣，空腹时及晚饭前，分两次服用。
Treats consumptive disease (Xu Lao) accompanied by zheng jia (abdominal masses) and accumulation that do not dissipate.
Tao Ren (Peach Seed, *Persicae Semen*, 1200 grains, soaked in hot water to remove skin, tips, and double kernels, ground, then filtered with water to obtain 5 sheng of thick juice), Bie Jia (Softshell Turtle Shell, *Trionycis Carapax*, remove skirt edges, processed with vinegar).
The above are ground into fine powder. First decoct the Tao Ren juice in a pan; when it has reduced by half, add the two powdered medicines. Stir constantly with a wooden spatula and decoct for a long time. Then add good wine. Decoct the three ingredients until they resemble thin syrup. Store in a porcelain vessel. Take one tea spoonful mixed with one cup of hot wine on an empty stomach and before evening meals. Avoid amaranth, raw/cold foods, and wet noodles.
Treats consumptive disease (Xu Lao) presenting with vexation and fullness in the chest and heart, panting and shortness of breath, difficulty in urination and defecation, and edema of the four limbs.
Chen Ju Pi (Aged Tangerine Peel, *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium*, remove white pith, 2 liang), Zi Su Zi (Perilla Fruit, *Perillae Fructus*, slightly stir-fried, 3 fen), Han Fang Ji (Stephania Root, *Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix*), Gan Sui (Kansui Root, *Kansui Radix*, baked until slightly yellow, each 0.5 liang), Tian Ting Li (Sweet Descurainia Seed, *Descurainiae Semen*, slightly stir-fried).
The above are ground into fine powder. Mix with refined honey and pound 200-300 times. Form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, administered with ginger and jujube decoction on an empty stomach and before evening meals.
Treats consumptive disease (Xu Lao) characterized by kidney deficiency and weakness, deafness, or tinnitus resembling sounds of bells, chimes, wind, and rain. This formula is suitable for tonifying kidney deficiency.
Ci Shi (Magnetite, *Magnetitum*, 2 liang, calcined until red, quenched in vinegar seven times, crushed, ground, and washed with water via levigation), Lu Rong (Deer Antler Glue/Horn, *Cervi Cornu Colla* or *Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum*, remove hair, process with su oil), Chu Shi Zi (Breadfruit Seed, *Broussonetiae Fructus*, each 1 liang), Du Zhong (Eucommia Bark, *Eucommiae Cortex*, processed, remove skin and navel), Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root, *Saposhnikoviae Radix*, remove rhizome), Yuan Zhi (Polygala Root, *Polygalae Radix*, remove heart).
The above are ground into fine powder. Mix with refined honey and pound 300-500 times. Form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with warm wine on an empty stomach and before evening meals.
Treats consumptive disease (Xu Lao) characterized by kidney damage, deafness, emaciation, and pain with weakness in the feet and knees.
Ci Shi (Magnetite, *Magnetitum*, 2 liang, crushed, washed with water to remove red juice), Niu Xi (Achyranthes Root, *Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix*, remove seedlings), Bai Ji Li (Japanese Caltrop Fruit, *Tribuli Fructus*, slightly stir-fried, remove spines), Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*), Ren Shen (Ginseng Root, *Ginseng Radix*, remove rhizome), Bai Shao Yao (White Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix Alba*), Ze Xie (Alisma Rhizome, *Alismatis Rhizoma*).
The above are ground into fine powder. For each dose, take one pair of sheep kidneys, cut away the fatty membrane. Add 1.5 cups of water and decoct the kidneys until 1 cup remains. Remove the kidneys, add 0.5 liang of the powdered medicine, and continue decocting until 0.6 cups remain. Strain the dregs. Divide into two doses, taken on an empty stomach and before evening meals.
