治虚汗不止，及体虚失血，大效。
官桂（去粗皮，三钱） 附子（炮，去皮脐，四钱）
上作一服，水二盅，生姜五片，枣二枚，煎至一盅，食前服。
治元脏气虚，真阳耗散，两耳常鸣，脐腹冷痛，头旋目晕，四肢倦怠，小便滑数，泄泻
不止，并皆治之。
方见泄泻门
治内挟积冷，脐腹弦痛，引腰背，面色痿黄，脏腑自利，小便滑数，小肠气痛，并皆治
之。

楝子（去核） 巴戟（去心） 茴香（炒） 木香（以上各一钱） 桃仁（去皮尖双仁） 川

治气虚积冷，心腹绞痛。
附子（大者一枚，炮，去皮脐，三钱） 茴香（炒） 肉豆蔻（煨） 干姜（炮） 人
参白术 白茯苓（去皮） 木香（以上各一钱） 丁香 甘草（炙，各半钱）
上作一服，水二盅，入盐少许，煎至八分，空心服。
治元脏虚冷，真阳不固，三焦不和，上热下冷，耳内虚鸣，腰背疼痛，心气虚乏，饮食
无味，膀胱久冷，夜多小便，妇人月事愆期，血海久冷，赤白带白带下，及阴毒伤寒，四肢
厥冷，不省人事。急用枣汤吞一二百粒，即便回阳。此药大能调治荣卫，升降阴阳，补虚损
益，元阳返阴。
方见头痛门

治疗体内夹杂积冷，肚脐及腹部拘急疼痛，牵引腰背部，面色萎黄，脏腑自行下利，小便频数且滑利，小肠气痛，上述症状均可治疗。

治疗气虚夹杂积冷，心腹剧烈绞痛。
附子（大者一枚，炮制，去除外皮和脐部，折合三钱） 茴香（炒制） 肉豆蔻（煨制） 干姜（炮制） 人参 白术 白茯苓（去除外皮） 木香（以上各一钱） 丁香 甘草（炙烤，各半钱）
以上药材作为一剂服用，加水两盅，加入少许盐，煎煮至八分满，空腹时服用。
治疗元脏虚冷，真阳不固，三焦功能失调，上部发热下部寒冷，耳内空虚作响，腰背疼痛，心气虚弱匮乏，饮食无味，膀胱长期寒冷，夜间小便次数多，妇女月经延期，血海长期寒冷，赤白带下，以及阴毒伤寒，四肢厥冷，神志不清人事不省。紧急时用枣汤送服一二百粒，即可立即回阳救逆。此药大能调理营卫，升降阴阳，补益虚损，使元阳回归。
方剂见“头痛”门类。
Treats persistent spontaneous sweating (Xu Han) and hemorrhage due to body deficiency, with remarkable efficacy.
Guigui (Cinnamomi Cortex, removed coarse bark, 3 qian) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, removed outer skin and umbilical scar, 4 qian)
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and two dates (Jujubae Fructus). Decoct until one zhong remains, and take before meals.
Treats deficiency of Qi in the Yuan Zang (Primordial Viscera), dispersion of True Yang, constant ringing in both ears, cold pain in the navel and abdomen, dizziness and blurred vision, lassitude of the four limbs, frequent and slippery urination, and persistent diarrhea. All these conditions are treated by this formula.

Treats internal accumulation of cold pathogens causing string-like pain in the navel and abdomen radiating to the lower back, sallow complexion, spontaneous diarrhea of the viscera, frequent and slippery urination, and Qi pain in the Small Intestine. All these conditions are treated by this formula.
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) Bidengqie (Piperis Fructus) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, removed outer skin and umbilical scar) Huluhaba (Trigonellae Semen Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, removed coarse bark) Boguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus, fried) Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fructus, removed seeds) Bajitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix, removed heart) Huixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, fried) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) [The above ingredients each weigh 1 qian] Taoren (Persicae Semen, removed skin, tips, and double kernels) Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix, processed, removed outer skin and umbilical scar, each 0.5 qian)
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water and a small amount of salt. Decoct until eight-tenths remain, and take on an empty stomach.
Treats Qi deficiency combined with accumulated cold, causing severe colicky pain in the heart and abdomen.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, large one piece, processed, removed outer skin and umbilical scar, equivalent to 3 qian) Huixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, fried) Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen, baked) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, processed) Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Bai Fuling (Poria, removed skin) Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) [The above ingredients each weigh 1 qian] Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 0.5 qian)
Combine the above as one dose, add two zhong of water and a small amount of salt. Decoct until eight-tenths remain, and take on an empty stomach.
Treats deficiency-cold of the Yuan Zang (Primordial Viscera), instability of True Yang, disharmony of the San Jiao (Triple Burner), heat in the upper body and cold in the lower body, empty ringing in the ears, pain in the waist and back, deficiency and exhaustion of Heart Qi, loss of taste in food, long-term coldness of the Bladder, frequent nocturia, delayed menstruation in women, long-term coldness of the Blood Sea, red and white leukorrhea, Yin-Du Cold Damage (Yin Toxin Cold Syndrome), cold extremities, and unconsciousness. Urgently swallow one or two hundred pills with Jujube Decoction; Yang Qi will be restored immediately. This medicine greatly regulates Ying and Wei (Nutritive and Defensive Qi), ascends and descends Yin and Yang, tonifies deficiencies and benefits damage, and restores True Yang.
