上为末，以酒一升，慢火熬为膏，更重入炼蜜，丸如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，温荆芥汤
下，不拘时候。
治急风及破伤风立效。

上为细末，入研药和匀，不拘时以温酒调下一钱。
治急风口噤，手足搐搦，涎潮作声不得出。
藿香叶 蝎梢（一方用干蝎） 白附子（炮，各一分） 南星（炮，半两） 丹砂（研）

上先将四味捣罗为末，次入丹砂腻粉粉霜同研匀，每服一钱匕至二钱，薄荷茶调下。
未吐利，再服。
治偏风，积年不瘥，手脚枯细，口面歪斜，精神不守，言语倒错。

上 咀，每服四钱，以水一中盏，入生姜半分，煎至五分，去滓，入竹沥一合，更煎
二三沸，不拘时温服，忌生冷油腻毒鱼滑物。
治疗中风的急症，营卫之气痹阻滞涩，头部和眼睛昏沉眩晕，额角一侧疼痛，手脚无力，动作颤抖抖动，言语蹇涩不利。

将上述药材制成粉末，用酒一升，在慢火上熬制成膏状，再加入炼过的蜂蜜，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用三十丸，用温热的荆芥汤送服，不限定时间。

将上述药材研成细末，加入已研磨的药物混合均匀，不限时间，用温酒调服一钱。
治疗中风引起的口噤（牙关紧闭），手脚抽搐痉挛，痰涎上涌发出声音却无法咳出。
藿香叶 蝎梢（另一版本使用全蝎） 白附子（炮制，各一分） 南星（炮制，半两） 丹砂（研磨） 腻粉（水银与氯化汞的混合物）
先将前四味药材捣碎过筛成粉末，然后加入丹砂和腻粉霜一同研磨均匀，每次服用一钱匕至二钱，用薄荷茶调服。如果尚未出现呕吐或腹泻症状，可再次服用。
治疗偏风（半身不遂），多年不愈，手脚枯瘦细小，口眼歪斜，精神恍惚不能自持，言语错乱颠倒。

将上述药材切碎，每次取四钱，用水一中盏，加入生姜半分，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，加入竹沥一合，再煮沸二三滚，不限时间温服，忌食生冷、油腻、毒鱼及滑肠之物。
Treats acute wind-stroke (Zhong Feng), where Ying and Wei Qi are obstructed and stagnant, causing dizziness and vertigo of the head and eyes, unilateral pain in the frontal angle, weakness in the limbs, tremors during movement, and slurred speech.
Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) [Remove roots and nodes, 2 liang], Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) [Pulverized], Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma, 天麻) [Each 0.5 liang], Myrrha (Moyao, 没药) [Pulverized], Olibanum (Ruxiang, 乳香) [Pulverized], Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu, 地榆), Semen Cucumeris (Tianguazi), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Chuanwu, 川乌) [Raw, remove skin and navel], Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen, 玄参) [Each 1 liang].
Grind the above into powder. Add one sheng of wine and slowly simmer over low heat to form a paste. Further add refined honey and roll into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, administered with warm Jingjie Decoction (Schizonepeta Tea), at any time.
It is highly effective for acute wind-stroke and tetanus (Po Shang Feng).
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) [Pulverized], Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi, 白附子) [Processed], Arisaematis Rhizoma (Nanxing, 南星) [Boiled ten times in vinegar, then dried by roasting, each 3 fen], Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang, 牛黄) [Pulverized, 1 fen], Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) [Pulverized, 1 qian], Gecko (Xi, 蜥蜴) [Lightly roasted], Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan, 僵蚕) [Roasted, each 0.5 liang], Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma, 天麻) [2 liang], Dry Snake Meat (Baihuashe Rou, 白花蛇肉) [Soaked in wine, roasted, 1 liang].
Grind the above into fine powder, mix evenly with the pulverized medicines. Administer 1 qian mixed with warm wine, at any time.
Treats wind-stroke presenting with trismus (Kou Jin), spasms and convulsions of the limbs, and excessive salivation/phlegm rising with gurgling sounds that cannot be expectorated.
Agastaches Herba (Huoxiang Ye, 藿香叶), Scorpio Scorpion Tail (Xie Shao, 蝎梢) [Alternative version uses whole Scorpio (Gongscorpio, 全蝎)], Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi, 白附子) [Processed, each 1 fen], Arisaematis Rhizoma (Nanxing, 南星) [Processed, 0.5 liang], Cinnabar (Dansha, 丹砂), Nifen (Mercuric Chloride mixture, 腻粉).
First, pound and sieve the first four ingredients into powder. Then add Cinnabar and Nifen frost, grinding them together until uniform. Take 1 qian-bi to 2 qian per dose, administered with Mint Tea. If vomiting or diarrhea has not occurred, take another dose.
Treats hemiplegia (Pian Feng) persisting for years without recovery, with withered and thin limbs, facial paralysis (deviation of mouth and eyes), mental instability, and disordered speech.
Ilicis Cornuti Caulis (Yinyu, 茵芋), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, 桂心), Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix (Hanfangji, 汉防己), Aconiti Radix Preparata (Fuzi, 附子) [Processed until cracked, remove skin and navel], Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Cezhi, 侧子) [Processed until cracked, remove skin and navel], Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen, 人参), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang, 麻黄) [Remove forked branches].
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Take 4 qian per dose, add one zhong-zhan of water and half a fen of fresh ginger, decoct until only half a zhong-zhan remains. Filter out the dregs, add one he of Bamboo Sap (Zhuli, 竹沥), boil two or three more times. Take warm at any time. Avoid raw, cold, greasy foods, poisonous fish, and slippery/laxative substances.
