治鼻常有清涕。
桂心 细辛 干姜（炮） 皂荚（一分） 川椒（去目并合口者，炒出汗，各半两）
上为细末，以羊脂和成膏，每用如枣核大，绵裹塞鼻中。
治鼻流清涕不止。
上将白芷研为细末，以葱白捣烂和为丸，如小豆大，每服二十丸，不拘时茶汤送下。
治鼻中生疮。
乌犀（镑） 羚羊角（镑） 牛黄（研） 柴胡（净，各一两） 丹砂（研） 天门冬
（去心，焙） 贝母（炒，去心） 胡黄连 人参（各半两） 麦门冬（去心，焙） 知母
（各三分） 黄芩 甘草（炙，各一分）
上为细末研匀，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，空心用温酒送下。
治鼻生疮，痒痛不止。
生地黄汁 生姜汁（各一合） 苦参（一两，锉） 酥（三合） 盐花（二钱，后入）
上将地黄汁生姜汁浸苦参一宿，以酥和于铜石器中，煎，九上九下，候汁入酥尽，去滓
，倾入盒中，每用少许，滴于疮上。诸风热疮亦佳，其盐花至半却下。
治鼻内生疮疼痛，或窒塞不通，及治鼻 气不宣通，并宜涂用之，甚效。
辛夷（一两） 细辛 木香 木通 白芷 杏仁（汤浸，去皮尖，研，各半两）
上为细末，以羊髓猪脂各二两，同诸药于石器中慢火熬成膏，待冷入龙脑麝香末各一钱
，为丸，以绵裹塞鼻中，数日内即愈。
治疗鼻中经常流出清稀鼻涕。

乌犀（镑片）、羚羊角（镑片）、牛黄（研细）、柴胡（净选，各一两）、丹砂（研细）、天门冬（去心，焙干）、贝母（炒，去心）、胡黄连、人参（各半两）、麦门冬（去心，焙干）、知母（各三分）、黄芩、甘草（炙，各一分）。
将上述药物研成细末并混合均匀，用炼蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用二十丸，空腹时用温酒送服。
治疗鼻内生疮，瘙痒疼痛不止。
生地黄汁、生姜汁（各一合）、苦参（一两，锉碎）、酥油（三合）、盐花（二钱，最后加入）。
先将地黄汁和生姜汁浸泡苦参一夜，然后用酥油在铜器或石器中煎煮，反复升降九次，待药汁完全融入酥油中，滤去药渣，倒入容器中。每次取少许，滴于疮面上。对于各种风热疮疡也效果良好，其中盐花在煎至一半时加入。
治疗鼻内生疮疼痛，或鼻塞不通，以及治疗鼻气不宣通，均适宜涂抹使用，效果显著。

将上述药物研成细末，用羊髓和猪脂各二两，与诸药一起在石器中用慢火熬制成膏，待冷却后加入龙脑、麝香末各一钱，制成丸剂，用棉布包裹后塞入鼻孔中，数日内即可痊愈。
Treatment for frequent clear nasal discharge.
Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum, processed by frying), Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus, 1 fen), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper, remove eyes and closed ones, stir-fried until sweat appears, each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with sheep fat to form an ointment. Use an amount the size of a jujube pit each time, wrap in cotton, and insert into the nostril.
Treatment for incessant clear nasal discharge.
Take Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) from the aforementioned prescription, grind into a fine powder. Mash Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) thoroughly and mix with the powder to form pills the size of small beans. Take 20 pills each time, at any time, washed down with tea water.
Treatment for sores in the nose.
Wuxi (Rhinocerotis Cornu, shaved), Lingyangjiao (Capricornis Subauli Cornu, shaved), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus, ground), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, cleaned, each 1 liang), Dansha (Cinnabar, ground), Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix, remove heart, baked), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, fried, remove heart), Huhuanglian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, each 0.5 liang), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix, remove heart, baked), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, each 3 fen), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, each 1 fen).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Blend with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills each time on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine.
Treatment for sores in the nose with incessant itching and pain.
Shengdihuangzhi (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice), Shengjiangzhi (Zingiberis Recensis Rhizoma Juice, each 1 he), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, 1 liang, chopped), Su (Butyrum), Yanhua (Halitum, added later, 2 qian).
Soak Kushen in Shengdihuangzhi and Shengjiangzhi overnight. Then decoct with Su in a copper or stone vessel, performing nine cycles of lifting and lowering. Wait until the juice is fully absorbed into the butter, filter out the dregs, and pour into a container. Apply a small amount to the sores each time. This is also effective for various wind-heat sores; add Yanhua when the mixture is half done.
Treatment for painful sores inside the nose, nasal obstruction, and treatment for blocked nasal qi, all suitable for topical application, very effective.
Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos, 1 liang), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, soaked in water, remove skin and tips, ground, each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with 2 liang each of Yangsui (Ovis/Capis Medulla) and Zhuzhi (Pericarpium Lardis Porci). Slowly simmer together in a stone vessel to form an ointment. After cooling, add Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum) and Shexiang (Moschus) powder, each 1 qian. Form into pills, wrap in cotton, and insert into the nostrils. Healing occurs within a few days.
