治疗各种疔毒及一切恶疮初起阶段，以及瘟疫毒邪引起的咽喉等部位肿痛等症状。病情较轻者服用两粒，病情较重者服用四粒。先用无根水（雨水或露水）送服，随后含服一粒在舌下使其融化。

For severe trauma caused by heavy blows, resulting in the stagnation of dead blood (stasis), hiccups, inability to eat, and internal tissue necrosis accompanied by injury, applying this plaster externally can revive the dying.
*Frankincense* (Resina Olibani) 1.5 qian (de-oiled) *Myrrh* (Resina Myrrhae) (processed as above) *Calomelas* (Hydrargyri Chloridum Mite) 3 qian *Dragon's Blood* (Sanguis Draconis) 3 qian *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian) 0.3 fen *Moschus* (Shexiang) 0.1 fen *Camphora* (Zhangnao) 2 qian *Cera Flava* (Huangla) 1 liang *Porcine Subcutaneous Fat* (Zhubanyou) 1.2 liang
The above seven medicinal materials are ground into an extremely fine powder. The yellow wax and porcine subcutaneous fat are melted together, mixed with the powder to form a plaster, and applied to the affected area. For patients in a coma (described as "flowing water" day and night), consciousness is restored immediately upon application.
To treat early-stage *Yamei Chuang* (Chancre/Kanekuri, typically syphilis), cure is achieved within seven to eight days. If the disease has not yet manifested, it may take half a month or one month to show effects. For sores already erupted on the palms, soles, and back, they will be cleared within three to four days, preventing any future complications; this is a miraculous prescription.

First, use 5 qian of *Rheum Palmatum* (Dahuang) with the aforementioned six ingredients, decoct until cooked. Add another 5 qian of Dahuang, boil three times. Take with two large bowls of wine, decoct down to one bowl of liquid, strain and discard the dregs.
Add 5–6 liang of *Lonicera Japonica Caulis* (Jinyinteng), decoct in wine and administer orally. Apply the dregs topically to the sores; four to five doses yield immediate results.
To treat all types of *Ding Du* (carbuncles/furuncles) and the initial stage of all malignant sores, as well as symptoms such as swelling and pain in the throat caused by epidemic toxic pathogens. For mild cases, take two pills; for severe cases, take four pills. First, swallow with "rootless water" (rainwater or dewwater). Then, hold one pill under the tongue to dissolve.

Mix with human milk.
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills using *Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma* juice (Ren Shen Zhi), sized like millet seeds, coated with gold foil.
