苦参 玄参 青木香 槐花 连翘 龙胆草 柴胡各二钱 生地三钱
在头加川芎；在手加金银花；在后加桔梗；在上部加杜仲；在下部加牛膝。用黄酒一碗，
水一碗，煎六分，温服。复渣，仍照前煎六分，露一夜，服。
将马捆倒，以蹄尖往上，锯，见血为止。不要见水。
将先破之处，面糊作饼粘贴。用小砂壶二个，烧酒煎滚，去酒，以热壶口复于面糊上熏
疮。如拔火壶一样，壶冷又易一壶。如此将毒瓦斯拔尽即愈。熏后用猪胆熬成膏
用膏药贴痞块处，将面糊作圈，围膏药上。将皮硝四两，麝香二分，共为细末，置圈内。
将烧酒十两，盛瓶内煎滚摩之，硝运化复干为度。若小孩不用瓶，以猪尿脬盛硝、麝、酒，
扎紧。以绢捆在肉上贴患处摩之，以酒干为度。
用面糊作圈围肚脐，将黄蜡化开，薄薄涂纸上，卷作筒，安面圈内，向脐上，以火烧纸
筒，筒尽再易一筒，以黄拔尽为度。不便令风入脐以膏药粘贴。如黄未拔尽，用数十筒烧，
以筒内黄拔尽为止，即愈。
专治一切肿毒瘰 。
鱼一个，重一斤，即二个无妨。每斤用香油一斤煎鱼，已枯捞去鱼，入黄丹六两熬成
膏，
治一切寒凉腰气，筋骨流痰等症。
香油一斤 野大黄根半斤
煎枯去渣后，入黄丹六两，熬成膏，摊贴之，效。
又方
香油一斤 黄丹六两 黄蜡 白矾 新剃头发（热水净去油腻烧存性）各三钱 乳香
没药各三钱
共入油内熬去渣成膏，百病可贴。
又方
贴风湿骨疼。
独蒜四两 大椒四两 生姜四两 生葱四两 蛇蜕一条（全者佳） 香油一斤
以上共入油内熬出汁，滤渣后入黄丹六两，熬成膏摊贴之。
苦参、玄参、青木香、槐花、连翘、龙胆草、柴胡各二钱，生地黄三钱。
如果病位在头部，加入川芎；在手部，加入金银花；在背部，加入桔梗；在上部，加入杜仲；在下部，加入牛膝。
用一碗黄酒和一碗水，煎煮至剩余六分药液，温服。
将药渣再次煎煮，仍照前法煎至六分，放置一夜后服用。
将马匹捆倒，使其蹄尖朝上，锯开，直到见血为止。不要让伤口接触水。
先用面糊做成饼状，粘贴在已经破溃的地方。准备两个小砂壶，用烧酒煎滚，倒掉酒，趁热将壶口覆在面糊上熏烤疮口。就像拔火罐一样，壶变冷后再换另一个壶。如此反复，将毒气完全拔出即可痊愈。熏烤后用猪胆汁熬制成膏。
用膏药贴在痞块（肿块）处，用面糊做成圈，围在膏药周围。取芒硝四两、麝香二分，共同研成细末，放在圈内。
取十两烧酒，盛在瓶内煎滚，用手摩搓患处，直到硝石运化吸收、表面干燥为止。如果是小孩，不用瓶子，用猪膀胱盛装硝石、麝香和酒，扎紧。用绢布捆绑固定在肉上，贴于患处摩搓，直到酒干为止。
用面糊做圈围住肚脐，将黄蜡融化，薄薄地涂在纸上，卷成筒状，安放在面糊圈内，对着肚脐，点燃纸筒，筒烧尽后再换一个，直到黄色的分泌物被拔尽为止。注意不要让风进入肚脐，可用膏药粘贴封闭。如果黄色分泌物未拔尽，继续燃烧数十个纸筒，直到筒内的黄色物质被拔尽为止，病即痊愈。
专门治疗各种肿毒瘰疬。
取鱼一条，重一斤，如果有两条也无妨。每斤鱼用香油一斤煎炸，待鱼枯焦后捞去鱼，加入黄丹六两，熬制成膏。
治疗各种寒凉引起的腰气、筋骨流痰等症状。
香油一斤，野大黄根半斤。
煎至枯焦后去渣，加入黄丹六两，熬制成膏，摊贴患处，有效。
又一方：
香油一斤，黄丹六两，黄蜡，白矾，新剃的头发（用热水洗净油腻，烧至存性）各三钱，乳香，没药各三钱。
全部放入油中熬制，去渣成膏，可贴治百病。
又一方：
用于贴敷风湿骨痛。
独头蒜四两，大花椒四两，生姜四两，生葱四两，蛇蜕一条（完整的为佳），香油一斤。
以上材料共同放入油中熬出汁液，过滤去渣后加入黄丹六两，熬制成膏，摊贴患处。
Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen), Radix Scrophulariae (Xuanshen), Lignum Aromatis (Qingmuxiang), Flos Sophorae (Huaihua), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Radix Gentianae (Longdancao), Radix Bupleuri (Chaihu) each 2 qian, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shengdi) 3 qian.
If the lesion is on the head, add Rhizoma Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong); if on the hand, add Flos Lonicerae (Jinyinhua); if on the back, add Radix Platycodi (Jiegeng); if in the upper part of the body, add Cortex Eucommiae (Duzhong); if in the lower part, add Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi).
Decoct with one bowl of yellow wine and one bowl of water until six-tenths remains, take warm.
Re-decoct the dregs, still following the previous method to reduce to six-tenths, expose overnight, then take.
Tie the horse down, position its hooves pointing upwards, saw open until blood appears. Do not allow contact with water.
First, make a paste from flour and apply it as a cake over the ulcerated area. Prepare two small clay pots, boil liquor (Baijiu) inside them, discard the liquor, and while hot, place the pot mouth over the flour paste to fumigate the sore. Similar to cupping therapy, replace with another hot pot when the first cools. Repeat this process until all toxic vapors are extracted, then the condition will heal. After fumigation, prepare an ointment using pig bile.
Apply the plaster to the site of the lump (Pi Kuai). Make a ring of flour paste surrounding the plaster. Take 4 liang of Natrium Sulfate (Xiaoning) and 2 fen of Moschus (Shexiang), grind into fine powder, and place within the ring.
Take 10 liang of liquor (Baijiu), heat in a bottle until boiling, and rub the area until the salt is absorbed and the surface is dry. For children, do not use a bottle; instead, fill a pig bladder with Natrium Sulfate, Moschus, and liquor, tie it tightly, bind it with silk cloth onto the flesh at the affected site, and rub until the liquor dries.
Make a ring of flour paste around the umbilicus. Melt Yellow Beeswax (Huangla), spread thinly on paper, roll into a tube, and place it within the flour paste ring facing the umbilicus. Burn the paper tube; when exhausted, replace with another. Continue until all yellow discharge is extracted. Prevent wind from entering the umbilicus by sealing it with plaster. If the yellow discharge is not fully extracted, burn dozens more tubes until all yellow matter is removed, then the disease will be cured.
Specifically treats various swelling toxins and scrofula (Luoli).
Take one fish weighing 1 jin (two are acceptable). For every 1 jin of fish, use 1 jin of Sesame Oil (Xiangyou) to fry the fish. Once the fish is charred, remove it. Add 6 liang of Lithargyrum (Huandan) and decoct into an ointment.
Treats various conditions caused by cold-dampness affecting the waist, such as "waqi" and phlegm flowing in muscles and bones.
1 jin of Sesame Oil (Xiangyou), 0.5 jin of Wild Polygonum Root (Yeda Huanggen).
Decoct until charred, strain the residue, add 6 liang of Lithargyrum (Huandan), and decoct into an ointment for application. Effective.
Another prescription:
1 jin of Sesame Oil (Xiangyou), 6 liang of Lithargyrum (Huandan), Yellow Beeswax (Huangla), Alum (Baifan), freshly shaved human hair (cleaned of grease with hot water, burned to retain efficacy) each 3 qian, Resina Boswelliae (Ruxiang), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao) each 3 qian.
Decoct all in oil, strain the residue to form an ointment, applicable for various diseases.
Another prescription:
For applying to rheumatic bone pain.
4 liang of Single Garlic Bulb (Dusuan), 4 liang of Large Pepper (Dajiao), 4 liang of Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang), 4 liang of Green Onion (Shengcong), one Snake Slough (Shetui, whole is best), 1 jin of Sesame Oil (Xiangyou).
Decoct all materials in oil to extract the juice, filter out the residue, add 6 liang of Lithargyrum (Huandan), and decoct into an ointment for application.
