（即蚂蝗） 泥土为丸，香油为衣，每服二、三百丸。空心温酒送下，随出。
将鸭一只，以水灌之。少时，将鸭倒悬，令吐涎与病患服之，即化。
鼠脑涂之即出。
多饮滚酒即解。
酱调水服。若在胸中作楚，急用胆矾研水灌之，或用真菜油灌之立解。或用稻草
烧灰，以新汲水淋汁一碗，冷服立解。
将净地下挖深二尺许，入新汲水于内，搅三百下，待澄清饮之，立解。
玉簪花根擂水吞之，勿粘牙。又用生姜汁立解。
又方
五倍子二两，研末，黄酒送下。若毒在上，则吐；在下即泻。
煎黄连汁服之，即解。
水煎墙上黄土二钱饮之，即解。
将芦根捣汁一碗，饮。并煎汤浴体，愈。
猪牙烧为末一钱，水送下。
猪粪烧为末，每一钱水送下。
食鳖肉误食苋菜，成鳖腹胀，速饮白马尿一碗，即化。
以苍耳草嫩叶杵汁灌之，仍将叶敷伤口。毒入肠者，以两刀相磨，取磨下之汁
服。又或用益母草煎服。
又方
马桑皮和盐杵烂敷伤口。兼治蜈蚣毒。
又方
以生姜、半夏捣烂敷。即以二味煎酒服。
凡人家多蜈蚣，以头发常烧烟或床下，或厨房闻之，入土三尺。
香白芷捣烂为末，麦冬去心，好酒煎服，良久有黄水自伤口出。候水尽，肿消皮合，仍
将药渣捣烂敷之。又扁豆叶捣烂敷。
菜刀烧红，将生白矾少许放刀尖上，化水滴患处即愈。
（水蛭）用泥土制成丸剂，以香油为外衣，每次服用二三百丸。空腹时温酒送服，水蛭即可排出。
取一只鸭子，用水灌喂。过一会儿，将鸭子倒悬，让其吐出涎液给患者服用，水蛭即可化解。
用鼠脑涂抹患处，水蛭即可排出。
大量饮用滚烫的酒即可解除毒性。
用酱调和水服用。如果感觉胸中疼痛不适，立即用胆矾研成水灌服，或者灌入真正的菜油，立即可解。或者用稻草烧成灰，用新汲取的井水淋出汁液一碗，冷服后立即可解。
在干净的地下挖深约两尺，注入新汲取的水，搅拌三百下，待水澄清后饮用，立即可解。
捣碎玉簪花根加水吞服，注意不要粘在牙齿上。另外，用生姜汁也可立即解毒。
又一方：五倍子二两，研成粉末，用黄酒送服。如果毒邪在上部，则通过呕吐排出；如果在下部，则通过腹泻排出。
将芦根捣成汁液一碗，饮用。并煎汤洗澡，即可痊愈。
猪牙烧成粉末一钱，用水送服。
猪粪烧成粉末，每次一钱，用水送服。
吃鳖肉时误食苋菜，导致腹部胀大如鳖腹，迅速饮一碗白马尿，即可化解。
用苍耳草嫩叶捣汁灌服，并将叶片敷在伤口上。如果毒邪进入肠道，将两把刀相互摩擦，取磨下的汁液服用。或者用益母草煎服。
又一方：用生姜、半夏捣烂敷贴。同时用这两味药煎酒服用。
凡是家中蜈蚣多的地方，经常燃烧头发产生烟雾，或在床下、厨房点燃闻之，蜈蚣会钻入土中三尺深处。
香白芷捣烂成粉末，麦冬去心，用好酒煎服，过一会儿有黄水从伤口流出。等水流尽，肿胀消退皮肤愈合，仍将药渣捣烂敷贴。另外，扁豆叶捣烂敷贴。
菜刀烧红，将少许生白矾放在刀尖上，熔化后的水滴在患处即可痊愈。
(Hirudo, leech) Formed into pills with soil, coated with sesame oil. Take 200–300 pills per dose. Swallow with warm wine on an empty stomach; the leech will be expelled.
Take one duck and force-feed it water. After a short while, hang the duck upside down to induce vomiting of its saliva, which is then administered to the patient; the leech will dissolve.
Apply mouse brain to the affected area; the leech will be expelled.
Drink large amounts of boiling wine to resolve the condition.
Mix with sauce and take with water. If there is pain in the chest, immediately administer a solution of Alum (Danfan, 胆矾) or pour in genuine rapeseed oil for immediate relief. Alternatively, burn straw to ash, leach one bowl of juice with fresh well water, and drink cold for immediate relief.
Dig a hole about two chi deep in clean ground, fill with fresh well water, stir three hundred times, wait for it to clarify, and drink; relief is immediate.
Crush the root of *Lilium lancifolium* (Yuzanhua, 玉簪花) with water and swallow, ensuring it does not stick to the teeth. Alternatively, ginger juice provides immediate relief.
Another prescription: Two liang of Chinese Gall (Wubeizi, 五倍子), powdered, taken with yellow wine. If the toxin is located superiorly, it will be vomited out; if inferiorly, it will be purged via diarrhea.
Decoct *Coptis chinensis* (Huanglian, 黄连) juice and drink; the toxin is resolved.
Boil two qian of loess from a wall in water and drink; the toxin is resolved.
Crush *Phragmites communis* rhizome (Lugen, 芦根) to obtain one bowl of juice and drink. Also, bathe in the decoction to achieve recovery.
Burn pig tusks to powder (one qian), taken with water.
Burn pig feces to powder, one qian per dose, taken with water.
If abdominal distension resembling a turtle's shell occurs after eating turtle meat and amaranth simultaneously, quickly drink one bowl of white horse urine to dissolve the accumulation.
Crush tender leaves of *Xanthium sibiricum* (Cangercao, 苍耳草) to extract juice and administer; apply the leaves to the wound externally. If the toxin has entered the intestines, rub two knives together and ingest the resulting juice. Alternatively, decoct *Leonurus japonicus* (Yimucao, 益母草) and drink.
Another prescription: Mash *Coriaria sinica* bark (Mangsangpi, 马桑皮) with salt and apply to the wound. Also treats centipede bites.
Another prescription: Crush fresh ginger (Shengjiang, 生姜) and Pinellia ternata (Banxia, 半夏) and apply topically. Simultaneously, decoct these two herbs in wine and drink.
In households with many centipedes, burning hair to produce smoke, or placing burning hair under beds or in kitchens, causes centipedes to burrow three chi deep into the earth.
Powder Angelica dahurica (Baizhi, 白芷), remove the heart of Ophiopogon japonicus (Maidong, 麦冬), decoct with good wine and drink. After some time, yellow fluid will exude from the wound. Once the fluid stops and swelling subsides with skin closure, continue applying the crushed dregs topically. Additionally, crush broad bean leaves (Feidouye, 扁豆叶) and apply topically.
Heat a kitchen knife until red hot, place a small amount of raw Alum (Baifan, 白矾) on the tip, allow it to melt, and drip onto the affected area for cure.
